Borrowed from my colleague because I used to do a lot more purposeful vocabulary instruction and integration. I wanted to get some motivation to get back into the swing of things. This covers a lot. I like the Heinemann line of texts and already own some Frey and Fisher books. Didn't read this word for word, skimmed and searched
This book would not be a bad pick for someone who was new to teaching and did not already know many teaching strategies. However, for someone with more experience, this book offers limited value. There are some tips and strategies that are helpful, but if you are looking for a book that is packed with value for your time, this would not be it.
