New York City, 1925. Mary, an immigrant who has escaped the terrors of the Russian pogroms, spends eighty-four hours a week working to support her family at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory. Alongside her best friends Minnie, Ethel, and Rose, Mary manages to survive the locked doors and cruel punishment inflicted on them by their horrific bosses. As long as she has them, she can take anything that comes her way.
