Pamela.

"You're Gideon Bach! Aren't you?" I shouted as I bounded over the lecture hall to close the distance between us.
"I'm Pamela," I pointed to my chest, nearly jumping with excitement. "Remember? Pamela Fraser? We used to live right next door to each other."
The entire auditorium had suddenly gone deadly quiet as everyone gave their attention to me and Professor Bach.
He looked at me, his expression neutral and void of emotion. Then his next words
hit me like a truck.
"I'm sorry, but I don't know you, Miss Fraser?" he said, his voice cold as ice, before he walked away with another student.

I stared at him open-mouthed. What? He didn't remember me? How was that even possible?
A standalone teacher/student romance.

A Beautiful Love Story
You'll enjoy Pamela and Gideon's story. It's told from a dual POV which is great as we're able to hear each one thoughts. They were next door neighbors years ago and now he's her professor who pretends not to remember her. He was her hero who saved her from a house fire when she was eleven. The characters are well defined and likable. He's a secret billionaire who loves to teach and inspire students. This was a beautiful love story. Hot Professor: A Teacher Student Forbidden Romance. It's a standalone full-length novel with no cheating or cliffhanger and complete with a satisfying happily-ever-after. The story is well written with well developed characters and a complex storyline that hooks you from the first chapter and keeps you invested in the characters until the end. It is told from a dual point of view and takes the reader from past to present. It's filled with emotion, lust, secrets, tension, heartaches, hurt, push and pull, twist and turn, taboo, humiliations, family drama, anger, passion, forgiveness, angst, pain, hate-to-love, revelations, and love.
Pamela had a crush on Gideon when they were teenagers and he was her neighbor. One day there was a fire and he saved her life. He moved away but she had always wanted answers about the incident. Now years later she at college and it's like fate their paths crosses again on campus when she meets the popular professor and it was Gideon. He knows the truth about the fire all those years ago and his not happy to see Pamela. Whenever she tries reaching out to him he pushes her away. He constantly humiliates her whenever she tries to communicate. He does that because of the pain. Will he tell her the reason why he's being so harsh? Will they ever find happiness and get their HEA?

Forgiving the Sins of Others to Make Your Own Future❤🔥❤

A complex story that tangles the past and present enough that the future is a fork in the road. Once neighbors as teens Pamela had a crush on Gideon then their connection was abruptly cut off after he saved her from a fire. Now years later their paths cross on campus when Pamela meets the popular hot professor. Gideon knows the truth about what happened all those years ago and tries to push Pamela away... But is it to protect her or himself?? With a lot of push and pull Gideon finally gives in but one taste isn't enough and yet that one taste could destroy them both. Learning to forgive can save a lot of heartache. What happens when Pamela learns the truth and pushes Gideon away?? What happens when Gideon learns the secret Pamela is hiding?? Can these two lovers forgive the sins of others to make way for their own future?? An incredible Must Read that will get your juices flowing!!! Great characters, even the bad ones, his/her POV, no cliffhanger and a very hard won HEA. A great addition for Iona Rose to add to her heart thumping collection. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book from Savannah May and Bad Boy Updates. I am happily waiting for the next story from Iona Rose.

So in the beginning I wasn't really sure how to feel about this book. There were so many different emotions that you feel when Pamela see's Gideon for the first time in a long time. The way that he pretends not to know who she is then for Pam to become sort of obsessed with making him see reason, was kind of I felt like humiliating for her. She just kept pushing and pushing until he finally said well screw it, if you want me then I'm only going to give you the physical not the emotional parts. Then as the book unfolded you really saw the love and care that he had for her from when they were younger, It was just that the family drama between their families was what holding him back. What I'm trying to say is, Although I felt like the emotions in the beginning were too complex and felt too real for me from the obsession to the humiliating moments that she found herself in, As the book unfolded I found myself not wanting to put the book down. I fell in love with Gideon and Pamela's love story. This book was well written and totally captured the emotions that the characters were trying to portray. I loved it and totally recommend.

These Days, It Would Be So Much More Loving And Romantic For Gentrified Women To Normalise Abortion.

Imagine explaining to your child that it was concieved in dishonesty between someone of power and someone they had influence over.

Someone they were watching very closely and using sex to ignore their invasive, impulses.

But of course, he gets away with spending years jnfantilising and gaslighting her, because she wanted a breather to consider her options.

But of course, the real empathetic message of healthcare and healing fro trauma is missed once again.

There are kids whose parents go after them like but we have to accept this dishoensty and need to control her pain as acceptable.

Another romance where all Mr Darcy had to do is Confess and then the fundamental discoveries of what he is like when it doesn't benefit him, well she doesn't have to discover who he really is when hes lied to her and hid a fundamental part of himself from her.

Another 21st Century Patriarchial Parable that ended before he had to learn to address his impulses after her sex bombs her into submission.

As always, trauma that disproportionately impacts the impoverished to unhealthy levels of PPDs, is ignored and turned into angst.

Not the usual college romance. 5*
Gideon and Pamela have known each other since their childhood and were neighbours for years. Even as kids they loved each other. So, what could have changed? Their story goes back well over 10 years involving others in the scars they carry. That backdrop to the story is what brings the novel out of being another college romance cliche. She is a university student, and he is a professor. A big no-no with strict regulations. However, attraction and desire that are ingrained in every cell in their bodies can’t be denied. The book is well written with very good character development, good use of language, phraseology, vocabulary, and editing. It is a lovely, very hot, and steamy romance. My few reservations were the fact that it was too long, making it a very slow-burn story with some of the dramatic moments involving James, feeling forced. However, I don’t hand out 5* ratings often. This novel deserved it for the protagonists’ interactions being so well described. I am happy to recommend this book to all romance lovers.

Pamela grew up next door to Gideon and always had feelings for him, but a sudden fire led them to lose touch. Fast-forward almost 10 years and he is now teaching at the school she is attending, but will the truth really be easy to share with her and can old wounds really heal?

The story takes the reader on a rollercoaster ride that involves a dual POV,  age gap, forbidden student-teacher relationship, tons of spicy moments and extra surprises along the way.

I enjoyed the read for the most part, I felt that Gideon's character was well described, but Pamela's led a lot to be desired. There was a lot of extra writing throughout this book which made it longer than it had to be, and it got to a point where it was just too hard to wrap my head around. I think sticking with the "ex" trouble would have been a much better route than including the two extra curve balls later in the book.

Pamela is a college student and runs into an old neighbor and crush of hers, Gideon. Gideon is a professor at the university attends but pretends like he does not know her. The story is just a story about the two of them becoming a couple. It is slow going because Gideon is very reluctant to become involved. There isn't any action and very minimal violence. The violence is in the form of an ex who is not happy about the new relationship. There isn't much humor either. There is a lot of turmoil and drama though. Several times I thought that the story was just dragging on. I kept reading because there was an underlying reason for Gideon acting the way he did, and I wanted to know what it was. We do get a happy ending to their story.

An enjoyable book, a bit of a slow start but does build throughout. Pamela recognises one of her college professors to be her old neighbour from years ago, Gideon, however he claims initially not to know her. Pamela is determined to get him to confess knowing her and eventually gets the recognition she needs. Pamela has always had feelings for Gideon and despite his best efforts to avoid her she pursues him, and it turns out Gideon has been holding back his feelings for Amanda too. Whilst a relationship with a student would be frowned upon, it doesn’t stop the two from forming a secret relationship. However, a crazy ex-boyfriend and a family secret threatens their relationship before it has even properly begun. An enjoyable book with great characters and a happy ending.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Gideon and Pamela. She's a college student, preparing to graduate. He's a successful business owner and professor. When her roommate talks her into coming to class with her, she never expects to see her childhood neighbor in front of the room. But Gideon ignores her and she can't fathom why. She's always felt a deep connection with him, especially after he saved her from a fire. But he keeps pushing it off. The push and pull between them is constant. The chemistry is thru the roof. But when the past comes back to haunt her, can he still protect her or will he lose everything?.

This book would have benefited from an editor that just corrected the inconsistencies in the storyline. A lot of little things add up and there were a lot. I sometimes think authors believe more is better, trust me, it's not. This book was way too long, too repetitive, and frankly could have been reduced by about 25% and been a better book. Gideon and Pamela were childhood friends and neighbors until their worlds were torn apart by their parent's infidelities. She's clueless and he is bitter and cant understand why she's not. I found the book just a frustrating read and was only 2 1/2 stars from me.

This book will keep you entertained through every chapter. The characters are quite fun and you will grow to love their banter and their relationship. Gideon is a character who will grow on you as you see how much he cares for Pamela. The problem is he has to get over his own issues before he can fully commit himself to her. Pamela is sweet but she is also determined and she won’t let Gideon’s insecurities ruin what future they may have together. When they do come together it is explosive and you will thoroughly enjoy their lust, love, and explosive connection on every page. This book will give you all the feels and you will really enjoy the storyline and the characters. Happy Reading!!.

Pamela's friend has her come to class with her one day and Pamela gets a shock of her own. Pamela recognizes the professor as someone from her past. Gideon doesn't want to remember the time he knew Pamela and tries to push her away. However, something about her draws him in. The attraction between them is off the charts hot. Will they give into each other? Will they get into trouble?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Pamela have a history that she doesn’t know is complicated since she was a child at the time. Everyone from then has kept secrets from her, especially Gideon. After he finally admits to himself how much he wants her, they have the complication of him teaching at her university—a big no no for them both. I do like she has nothing to do with his department. They have zero idea of how to communicate with each other. It is kind of sad that Meredith has to run interference. She is a good character. The story was a little on the long side.

Gideon happens to save Pamela from a fire when they were younger. Years later shen Pamela is in college she finds that her professor is Gideon. Gideon ignored her at first but even with a connection they still refuse to move on from the past. Gideon was attracted to Pamela years ago and Pamela is attracted to Gideon but they have to move forward from the past. The story is full of desire, forbidden cravings, secrets, and sizzling steam. Will they be able to resolve what happen to each other when they were younger? Will they get their HEA? I recommend this story.

RIVETING, STEAMY AND EMOTIONAL!

I thoroughly enjoyed Pamela and Gideon’s journey to acceptance, trust, love and forgiveness!

Their journey was not smooth as it was wrought with emotions from the past entangled with trust issues which nearly ended their relationship but love does overcome many obstacles if you are worthy!

Their dynamic changed from childhood friends that got estranged after an occurrence happened, to lovers ten years later that could not keep their hands off each other, no matter how many times they tried….

They were just meant to be….

Gideon and Pamela kept me glued to this story. She has known him for some time although he told her he didn't which confuses Pamela. He has secrets that he is withholding but and although he is drawn to her, he keeps her at bay but the heart wins in the end. Will these two get their chance for a happily ever after? This is a well written story that had me connecting with Pamela and Gideon and in their corner to get their chance for happiness. I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.

HOT Professor: A Teacher Student Forbidden Romance was a great story. Gideon had saved Pamela from a fire many years ago. But now seeing each other again he acts like he has no idea who she is. It’s confusing and saddening. Gideon is trying to keep his feelings bottled up inside him but eventually it will all come out. This is a great storyline and characters. It’s very complex and detailed. I loved getting to know them separately and together. I would definitely recommend this book.

Good characters and good romance
4.5
At first, the story between Pamela and Gideon seemed to be moving towards a simple story, but in the end, it's not really the teacher with a student (by the way, she doesn't have him as a teacher), but a more complex story between attraction and rejection for a reason that only becomes clear later, all with steamy interludes and twists.
It creates situations in which I both loved and hated Gideon.

Overall this was a good read. I liked the plot. I liked the characters even though I really got tired of their back and forth with being together and not being together. Gideon hanging onto all that rage especially when you could tell that Pamela didn’t know what happened in the past. I wanted to sit them down and give them a stern talking to. I’m glad they managed to get their HEA in the end. Lots of inconsistencies which is a first for Ms. Rose.

The characters were very complex and there was A LOT of detail and conversing. At time it seemed to drag on for me but the concept and parts where it wasn't constant dialogue was amazing. I didn't like the fact that they made the FMC 12 and the MMC 19. It made it seem a bit off putting at times when discussing the past. It wasn't fully the book for me but I feel that those who like detail and dialogue would love this book.

This isn't your typical college student has the hots for her professor. Yes, Gideon Bach is smoking hot, but Pamela has her own reason for pursuing him. They knew each other years ago, and she thought their connection would still be there. Gideon realizes who she is, and know he can't get her out of his head. Pamela is persistent and finally confronts him. They have more to work though beside her being a student and the more their layers are peeled back, the more you are drawn in. Such a great story!

Gideon saved Pamela when they were younger, not realising how his actions impacted her life.

Years later and he ends up being her professor in college, he denies knowing her to start with, thinking he is protecting her as there are things she doesn't know. But soon they both give into their attraction to each other. One taste of her is not enough for Gideon, but will they be able to have a HEA.

This is a second chance romance story. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

Devoted 2 days to read this extremely, unnecessarily loooong book. Way too much dialogue. I can't stand when a MC is in love with the other MC, yet keeps them at arms length every other page. In their head (we know this because of the dual POV) they're in love, but acts as if they can't stand them. Finally about 50% in, I finally gave up. I couldn't do it anymore. I still had about another day or so of reading and I decided to find something better. And let me be clear that I do NOT mind a long book. I've read longer, but way more interesting!!

This is a love story which is told beautifully from both points of view.

Pamela and Gideon were next neighbours some years ago but he is now her professor, but does he remember her? Or is it only her with the memories of him being her hero when he saved eleven year old her.

The characters are extremely likeable and with such a beautiful love story we are not disappointed by this latest read from Iona.

Pamela and Gideon have a history before Gideon becomes Pamela’s professor. They were next door neighbors and he saved her from a house fire when she was 11. Now Gideon is a billionaire and a professor to help young people. Their feelings for each other are strong and real, but Gideon tries to avoid it. The plot is logical and interesting. The characters are sophisticated and relatable. I enjoy the story.

There’s a bit of an ick factor because Gideon saved Pamela from a fire when he was 19 and she was 11. Now, she’s in college and he’s her professor. She had a crush on him then and again now. He pretends not to know her, but would like to now that she’s not a kid.
It’s a stretch that he doesn’t need to work, but is a professor to shape young minds (and shape other things as well).

Gideon saved Pamela from a house fire when she was young. She used to follow him around and he had feelings for her even though he was older. Then her family moved away and they lost touch. Pamela has one year of university to do when she met Gideon at again. He denied knowing her at the start but they eventually get together. I’m not going to spoil the rest only to say I enjoyed this story. I received an ARC for an honest review which I have given

HOT Professor is another smoking hot read by Iona Rose. Once I began reading Gideon and Pamela's story I simply couldn't put it down. Gideon saved Pamela when she was a teenager and he was her neighbor. Now she is in college and Gideon is one of her professors. She is shocked when he claims tp not remember her. One thing he can't deny is the intense chemistry between them. Definitely recommend!
