Imprisoned Mate
I was locked into a dark facility and forced to play live-in nurse for a monster.
Which isn’t easy because whenever I clean his torture wounds he attacks me.

Rynar was from another realm and came to our realm to find his sister. While here he was captured by some evil people and tortured. He escaped once and on the second capture he meets a nurse named Gia. They survive the imprisonment and return to his sister's wolf compound. They fall in love and fight to stay together. The evil people come back to take him and sister again. Rynar sees Gia injured and thinks she died. There is a happy surprise waiting for him when he finally succeeds in escaping. I enjoyed the twists and turns in this book. I had trouble putting it down, wanting to find out how it ended. I liked the ending very much and look forward to reading more of this authors books. I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes paranormal romance with a hint of evil trouble involved.

Meh
It was an interesting premise, I guess.
A short read.
Too many wrongly used homophones. Poor execution. Sentence fragments, improper punctuation, not knowing how to use quotation marks, confusion between speakers.
I'm sure the author has an entire world they've built for this story but there were pieces lacking.
Information was thrown at us. Show was definitely lacking where it would have been better than tell.
Needs a good editor.
1 star for putting themselves out there as an author. No stars for releasing a half-finished idea.

They escape back to Silverdawn pack. When Rynar and Raven, his sister are taken again, Kaleem, alpha of Silverdawn pack brings all manner of creatures to fight. After winning the fight they get unexpected visitors.

This is the story of Gia and Rynar. I was drawn in from the start and enjoyed how their chemistry blossomed. There is a lot that goes on in this story with suspense, action, distrust, danger and romance that kept me intrigued. I couldn’t wait to see how it all turned out. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

WOW!!
This story was full of surprises. Kidnapping, torture, disposable nurses. Black magic. Evil. A honorable nurse. Attraction between the human and the non-human. HEA!! Roller-coaster ride to get there. Been a long time since I got teary-eyed, but this ending had me there.

Gia and Rynar
This story had me fully engaged from page one. Layla Silver created not only a seemingly impossible love story but created a whole cast of characters that the reader can become immersed in and care about. I was actually angry with all Rynar was subjected too and felt the helplessness of Gia. Highly recommend this book.

Epic, tragic, romantic & hopeful
This book is a lot. There are great & horrible characters & events. There is great love & devotion. Good triumphs over horrible evil. You are left with the warm fuzzies.

Imprisoned Mate
This was a battle to be talked about. Even though Raynar was imprisoned by the worst of the worst, some good came of it. He found Gia and a forever home. The pack gained new powers and everyone has a little slice of happiness.
