在海洋可以沉，但放鬆、呼吸，又可以浮。
寫這本書真的很勇敢。平時有看到脂脂肪的畫作和脂心底話，覺得靈光一閃，但不知道那輕輕一句是這樣擘開身心靈才能挖出的靈光，就像是海水的波光底下，有整片深不見底的海洋。原來脂脂肪的赤裸不只是個造型，是坦然面對傷痛的態度。
