SYNOPSIS

Marnie and Naomi are part of Liars Anonymous, an exclusive group dedicated to helping compulsive and pathological liars. When one of the group members is murdered, Marnie and Naomi embark on a mission to discover the truth.

MY OPINION

If I summed this book up with one word, it would be "fun." It's a citizens gone rogue popcorn thriller with a unique premise (one that I haven't seen at least) that centres around lifelong liars. I've encountered a few brazy liars in my time on Bookstagram, so reading this was a real treat. I enjoyed this approach to an unreliable narrator; right away the author gives us a reason for their lying ways, instead of a surprise "bloop, I was lying just for funsies!" reveal at the end.

Howevaaaa I do think Marissa missed an opportunity to get hella complex with it. Don't get me wrong, there's tons of manipulation, bishes being crazy, and baby bombshells that culminate into a balls to the wall final showdown. Buuuuut, I felt like she could've pushed it more. I mean she had it teed up perfectly: no one is telling the truth. This literally gives you a free pass to go buckwild with the plot. Instead, we got a lightweight version of Good Samaritan meets Look Closer. DON'T BE DISCOURAGED, this is still a super fun book that I would happily recommend to anyone. Especially my mainstream thriller heads.

The ending, as per usual, is my main point of contention. There were shades of Scooby Doo and "catching up with a friend" telling but, I have to admit... that epilogue though???? I actually liked it for once. And that's saying a lot, because most of the times epilogues are like a really greasy fry at the bottom of the bag. You know it's gonna give you bubble guts but you can't leave a fry untouched.

Anyways, yes yeetage of disbelief and a smidge (ok couple of smidges) logic are needed for this one. But the pacing is Usain Bolt, there's jokey jokes, and lots of actividades. The writing flows nicely; it's neither chonky nor fluffy, just crisp and punchy. My fave character was the cat, Mr. Peabody. The protagonist we all needed.

This is a sweet and short review *gasp*. I just... enjoyed it. A solid popcorn thriller that delivers. I'm interested to read more from this author.

PROS AND CONS

Pros: well-written, fast-paced, funny, unique premise, suspenseful at times, lots of baby bombshells along the way keep you reading, epilogue had me like OKKKURTTTT

Cons: the ending (scooby doo, telling vs. showing), Naomi's ending was way too conveniently happy – literally went from zero to I'm gonna buy you a bigger diamond than the one Kobe gave his wife after he cheated on her

In the novel we meet a group of people who attend a liars anonymous group. They are all there for different reasons. When one of the participants is murdered three of them try to figure out what has happened.

We follow two main POVs in the book. First there is marnie and then Naomi. We get their perspective on the same events, and sometimes it got a bit repetitive for this reason. It was still interesting, but I might have liked it more if there was a bit more back and forth, letting the whole story unfold.

Being in a group for liars was an interesting idea, but I must admit it made me a bit skeptical. Would such a group really be a thing? I can’t quite imagine it. But putting that aside, it made you instantly wonder who was lying and priming you to pay extra attention. When you came to the end, you realized there were a lot of actors in the group, and when I thought about some of the reactions described early in the book, I though ‘well, is it possible to react like that when..’
It’s very hard to write a book where the POVS are hiding things, because it demands that everything makes sense in the end, and unfortunately in liars anonymous it often didn’t. I also found the intricate web of different things going through on at the same time a bit too far-fetched. There were so many unlikely scenarios. It felt like the author tried hard to write a book that would shock you, and that was a bit off-putting.
On the plus side, the writing style was to my liking. Your eyes flew through the text, nothing blocking the flow which was nice. I liked the pacing too, there was always a reason for reading on.

I will read more of the authors work, since I can see she has potential.

“We are Liars Anonymous, a support group for pathological and compulsive liars. Every person in this room is a known liar, which means not a single one of us can be trusted-including me”.

This was a wild ride! I love when books have unreliable narrators. The book alternates between Marnie and Naomi, two members of Liars Anonymous. I didn’t see the twist coming, which I love and the ending was shocking. In a book where everyone is lying what could possibly go wrong?

Marnie Thorpe regularly attends Liars Anonymous, a group for pathological and compulsive liars. She becomes friends with young, naive Claire. Marnie wants to help her new friend who got herself in a less than desirable situation. After disappearing from Marnie’s house, Claire is found murdered.

Marnie is determined to figure out what happened to her friend. She is convinced someone from the group killed her and that they are all in danger. Who can she trust when everyone is a liar?

Liars Anonymous is available November 17,2022.

What do you get when you cross pathological liars with compulsive liars with court ordered to therapy liars? You get lies, deception, double crosses, triple crosses, mayhem, madness, collateral damage, murder, and a whole lot of twisted fun from this runaway train novel written by the talented Marissa Finch!

Liars Anonymous is a group of hand selected liars put together by therapist Dr. Quick as a way to study, document, and write about what makes these people tick, and if and how they can be rehabilitated. Containing two members ordered by the court to attend, and the rest screened by Dr. Quick herself, this is not like a typical AA group where people come and go. These participants must meet once a week at the designed location and must participate in the therapy. As time is progressing, a member of their group is found murdered … by other members of the group. Think you can guess how this will go? Of course you can! They are ALL liars and they all have something to gain, a score to settle, and just flat out untruths to spin around and around.

This book is told through alternating views of Marnie and Naomi, both participants in the group, and both with tons to gain and lose as well as to coverup and lie about. From the start this book sucks you in hard and has you trying to cipher through all the information and misinformation you’re being given through the tales of the players. This is high octane fun at its best and the ending blew me away! Hang on to your seat for this thrill ride! Lucky for you… you only have to wait until November 17, 2022 to grab this gem up and pull up a seat at Liars Anonymous for your own front row seat! Don’t worry, we do serve donuts and burnt coffee!

Highly recommended for anyone who likes mystery/ thrillers, who dunnits, and anyone who’s ever loved playing that game … bull hockey… there’s not two truths and a lie here … they’re ALL lies. Strap in and have fun with this one! It could be one of my favorites for 2022.

Thank you so much to #NetGalley, #VictoyyEditingNetGalleyCoOp, and the twisted tale teller herself #MarissaFinch for extending an ARC in exchange for my honest opinions.

Happy reading my friends! 😊

The difference between how you see yourself and how others see you is actually pretty profound once you start looking...

A SHORT PREVIEW:
While in a therapy group called Liars Anonymous, the main POV, Marnie, who's signed herself up for the class, narrates her seemingly normal comings and goings. As her relationships with the people in her group take turns, you start to realize that there is something more sinister at play when a fellow group therapy member turns up dead. As Marnie is increasingly caught in a web of lies, she starts to be triggered into reliving trauma-suppressed memories of another girl that died under suspicious circumstances. Read the full unraveling of the characters' psyches and find your heart beating faster and faster with every lie uncovered.

MUSINGS:
- I've always maintained that what others think of you is none of your business... unless you're an ACTUAL PSYCHOPATH? And while psychopaths definitely deserve at least some pity because many times, environmental / 'lack of nature' factors create their horrible tendencies... it's still wild and semi-crazy to think about how many people walk around every day on the verge of straight-up snapping. I have a few other recommendations for books from a psycho's POV, and this one is definitely one of the better reads!!
- This is the first thriller in a while that I've read where you truly need to read every page and not skim. You can't skim even a sentence because you might miss something so crucial!!!
- If you're the type that loves true crime podcasts or movies like Inception - you will absolutely love Marissa Finch's Liars Anonymous! Every time I turned around, there was another tiny clue and things that I picked up on but only made sense at the end of the book!!! Gah, I need someone to read this just so that we can talk about it together!!!
- Another thing this book did was highlight the absolute frigid nature of humanity these days. Do we notice when our neighbors go missing? Do we know what people are really like behind their manicured lawns and crisply painted front doors? This book will make you that suspicious old lady neighbor!!
- Other questions this book made me consider: How far do you go for strangers? How do I rationalize gut feelings about strangers? (You'll understand what I mean when you start to read!)
- The ending is EVERYTHING. The last 30 pages, I literally read 3 times to make sure I picked up on everything. I can't even explain how good it was?! And if you start thinking there's just a lot going on... well, there is, and that's what makes this story so attention-grabbing!

FAVORITE QUOTE:
'There's a reason most probation terms often forbid fraternizing with other felons. It's too easy to get ideas. Too easy to find people willing to act on them with you.'

Notes:
- Alternating POVs
- Unreliable narrators
- Character and plot-driven
- Available on Kindle Unlimited
- Satisfyingly wrapped up ending. (None of that left to the imagination stuff!!)
- Trigger Warnings: childhood s3xual abuse

**I received this book as an advanced reader copy, but all reviews are my own. - SLR

"We are Liars Anonymous, a support group for pathological and compulsive liars. Every person in this room is a known liar, which means not a single one of us can be trusted — including me."

After a meeting and during a blizzard, Claire asks our POV Marnie for a ride home. Despite her dislike for people, Marnie obliges. When they reach Claire's apartment a man is standing out front and Claire panics, begging Marnie to drive away. Little things start adding up against Claire: she doesn't get snacks at the store because she didn't bring her wallet but yet she was supposed to ride the bus; she claims she saw the guy again on their trip back but Marnie didn't.

I'm so invested by this point--Chapter freaking Two--and desperate to find out what in the world is going on! And then something specific Marnie explains about her and Claire's "condition" made me rethink what I'd be told of the story up to that point. Marnie is just as much of a liar as Claire. So, an unreliable narrator. Oooooooooh, man! And after learning how interconnected all the members of Liars Anonymous are . . . It could be any one of them.

Put your detective goggles on for this novel and DO NOT take them off. Pay close attention to every piece of dialogue and monologue. There are clues! Clues as to each person's true intentions . . .

Do I need to say that this is a must read? It'll blow you away and then you'll want to reread it.

So the beauty of this book is that you go in knowing that, since your characters are part of a therapy group for liars, there’s a good chance that your characters will be extremely unreliable. Yet, as you read, you forget this!

When the author deftly reminds you that you can’t trust anyone in the book, it’s a wonderful eye-opener.

I liked the story and the characters. I was extremely curious as to the why and how of everything.

The only sour note for me was that, when all was done, the explanation is complex, convoluted and a little of everything but the kitchen sink. It’s…kind of a lot.

Fun book, though, and it was definitely entertaining!!

Fill Me With Candy & Call Me A Piñata! 😳😯🤯😳😯

I absolutely was enamoured with this unique, fun yet twisted premise that Finch cooked up & served like a perfect Thanksgiving dinner! The unique plot had me salivating at times with each twist and turn that was so unexpected. Even half way through, when I thought I was onto something and had an idea, she totally braked the thriller car and did an illegal U-turn that set me spiralling and absolutely thrown off course! I couldn't believe how she ended it that left me shook and unbelievably, undeniably speechless! Like a jolt to the heart with a defibrillator, I was shocked not once, not twice, but freakin' three times! How I didn't end up in cardiac arrest is beyond me. But dear heavens & for the love of left over Halloween chocolate, I was done for! I love the unreliable-ness and uncertainty with characters who depend on lying. Another fantastic hit by Finch!

Mყ 𝐒ყɴ𝐨ρѕιѕ: An unusual support group run by Dr. Quick, called Liars Anonymous, is where a small number of pathological and compulsive liars find themselves meeting once a week. Marnie has no agenda to make friends here, but somehow finds herself being pulled into Claire's one night when she offers to give her a ride home and Claire confesses she's being stalked. While Marnie takes it with a grain of salt, she has her stay the night at her home. When Claire goes missing and then found dead, it brings up Marnie's past that's all too familiar. She's certain someone in the group murdered Claire, the question is how do you catch a liar?

A group therapy for liars?!! What a brilliant story concept! Marissa Finch deliciously explored the lives of pathological liars in this psychological thriller mystery. Unfortunately this one had a slightly shallow execution despite its clever storyline. More specifically, the unique plot had me tantalized but the dialogue was rather superficial and became monotonous at times. I loved trying to figure out who was lying and who was telling the truth as each twist and turn was revealed. It had me constantly guessing ‘was anyone telling the truth?’ Mainly this was an intriguing read. I liked how Finch disclosed a warning to the reader at the start that you can't trust a word that any of the characters say. That said, as I was reading it was incredibly hard to ascertain who to believe and who was lying. Fortunately, in addition to the surprise twists and the warning to readers, the characters made up for the shallow dialogue. They were twisted, deceiving, and ridiculously unreliable (in a terribly good way) with each one having their own distinct personality and flaws to match. Collectively, this was a fast paced psychological thriller with a uniquely intriguing premise. Rich in flawed and deceitful characters and heavy on cursory dialogue.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable thriller that keeps one guessing, what happened, to whom, by whom, why and who is telling the truth. It centers on a group of liars who meet weekly. Two of the group who attend have been sanctioned by the courts to attend these meetings as part of their rehabilitation for felonies they've committed. The others have their own reasons for attending. Claire, one of the group is murdered and the story really ramps up with possibilities. Ultimately the question of whether one can be cured is raised or does the leopard never change his spots? I personally liked the explanation and differentiation between compulsive and pathological liars. 4 and a half stars.

I loved it! I was hooked from page one and it actively held my interest throughout the entire story. Definitely wasn't what I was expecting.. in fact it was even better! I loved how you couldn't trust anyone through it and I had a hard time figuring out who the killer of Claire was. DEFINITELY was not who I was expecting! Definitely worth the time to read and it deserves nothing less than 5 stars!

Fast paced and a binge read! I loved this author’s writing style. I was engaged the entire time and enjoyed the multiple twists throughout this thriller. Both main characters (Marnie & Naomi) are crazy in their own ways which made this very entertaining. I also enjoyed the other quirky characters in the Liars Anonymous support group and how everyone was connected to each other in trying to solve who murdered one of the members named Claire. The ending was a little too neat-and-tidy, but I absolutely loved this book! Highly recommend.

This was great fun! All revolving around a support group for liars, a half dozen characters tell their possible stories and one of them kills another member of the group. Possibly a lie, who knows. Told from a variety of POV’s the plot is wonderfully confusing, the pacing is excellent and the characters are all enticing. Thoroughly enjoyable with twist after twist.

Claire insists she's being stalked, so Marnie lets her stay at her house. She’s half convinced the whole thing is just another lie, until Claire turns up dead.

Claire's murder unlocks some repressed memories for Marnie, memories of another young woman. Her instinct tells her someone from her group is responsible, but how do you get the truth from a group of liars?

This is my third (I think) book from this author, and I love her style. Great storytelling with believable characters every time! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for my early read. LIARS ANONYMOUS is available now.

When Marnie thorn decides to give a ride to Claire a girl from the liars anonymous group she belongs to, she’s at first reluctant. She ultimately agrees though and winds up bringing her, but When they pulled up outside of Claire’s house she claimed to see her ex boyfriend and seem to be fearful of him. Although she knows Claire is a liar she decide is best to be on the safe side and takes her to her home, but the next morning when Marnie wakes up Claire is nowhere to be found. She is worried about Claire because Claire just told the group she was expecting a baby in although Maurnie casually checks around for Claire she doesn’t find her but what she finds out about her it’s something to worry about. The first half of the book is told through the point of view of Marnie but then it switches to another liars anonymous member Naomi she along with the rest of the group really doesn’t like Mornie but to be honest I liked Maurnie at first way better than Naomi but I digress Naomi takes the lead and she investigates Marnie. To make a long story short this was an awesome book. Everyone seems to be deceiving everyone and some people even deceive their self. I was amazed that an author could have all these loose ends and make them seem so authentic and legitimate to come to such a satisfying ending. There was one part at the very end when someone goes to make restitution or some form of that I thought they went to the wrong person but that’s neither here nor there nor a big plot point and the rest of the book is so good it doesn’t even change my reading from the five stars this book deserves. I loved it loved it loved it and couldn’t put it down! I received this book from Net Galley and the publisher but I am leaving this review voluntarily please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate most of my review.

Liars Anonymous isn't what I was expecting at all, it was so much better and extremely clever. This is the kind of book that if I tell you anything about the characters at all I'm giving you clues.

Set around a support group, 'Liars Anonymous' everyone is (Unsurprisingly) a liar. When I say no one can be trusted I mean no one. Told from Marnie's and Naomi's points of view both characters admit they are liars. In fact Marnie will make you second guess much as she often states, 'I could be lying'. I admit reading those first two parts with Marnie and I hated Naomi. But you needed that opener with Marnie to get to know things, people. In fact what I liked about this book is we are told in the first two parts by Marnie one set of events. Then rehashed again with Naomi the same events. It's funny how things can alter, change, be lies right? Other characters in this are fairly strong and three dimensional. Easily pictured, this reminded me a lot of an old 80's mystery like Clue (If you've ever seen the film). Almost over the top at times, outrageous, yet you still want to solve that mystery.

I read this over a 24 hour period and couldn't wait to see if my hunches were right and how this would end. For some things they were, but not all. The story is well paced and although it does feel repetitive when told again from Naomi's point of view its good to hear all the things you didn't hear or maybe see the first time round. A solid 4 star read, I highly rate this one. It certainly makes me want to read other books by the author! I want to add, there are a lot of good reviews for this book and I honestly see why!

This book caught my attention with the title "Liars Anonymous" and the fact it was a thriller was right up my alley. Growing up, I lived in a family where lying seemed to be second nature and it caused a lot of family drama more often than not, but at times it also seemed to calm the situation. Growing up in this house, it does open your eyes to the world of manipulation and how easy it is for some random person to believe a story. For instance, my sister once took ashes to school when she was in intermediate and told people I had died and was fundraising for my funeral. A) they were ashes from the fireplace and B) she was only 11-12 years old herself and already had years prior started compulsive lying for her advantage. Being close, I saw it but I seemed to be the only person who saw her true colours. In Liars Anonymous, it talks about a group of liars who are in group therapy - a bit like an AA meeting but for Liars. In this story, we have our main character Marnie who has a dark secret of her own, and Claire - our dead body. The book starts with the discovery of Claire's dead body and then learning her true identity and then Marnie trying to get to the bottom of who killed her and I have to say, I didn't expect this twist. Marnie has her own reasons for attending the group and wanting to get revenge on someone who hurt the person closest to her. If you love revenge and new identities/con artists then you will enjoy Marissa Finch's thriller "Liars Anonymous".

In a unique “support group,” a group of pathological and compulsive liars meet each week to discuss their problems and try to work on their problems with lying. However, one week, Marnie helps out a member of the group, inviting her to stay at her house overnight to avoid an ex. However, the next week, Claire is gone. When she’s discovered murdered, Marnie and the other group members must ask themselves who could do such a thing, and more importantly, what if it’s one of them?

This book is unique in that about halfway through it “restarts” and tells the story over from a different perspective, giving you two views of events. The key is figuring out what is really happening and what is not, because after all, we’re talking about a group of confessed liars. And that’s really the thrill of it all. No one can be trusted and no one is innocent. Not even the victim.

And trust me, the book is full of twists that just do not let up, ever. I can’t really discuss too much about the plot because it’s best if you go in close, but wow, things get really intense and I was just glued to the pages! I could not put it down.

I highly recommend this book to someone looking for a great suspense filled mystery/thriller, filled with tension and twists that just leave you breathless. You won’t be disappointed!

I love an unreliable narrator and in this story I got more than one.....just like the title implies. I liked the structure of the book, where we are told -and shown- the story from the POV of two main characters, Marnie and Naomi. Both are members of the titular club, one of her own volition and the other by court mandate. Their storytelling overlaps, but not so much that it's overly repetitive. The who-done-it aspect of the plot was incidental to me. I was more engrossed in the characters and trying to decipher who was spinning "big" lies, and about what. What are the reasons that brought these disparate people to the club. There's a very ominous vibe throughout the story and I was thoroughly engrossed. When we see the true colours of one character it's quite frightening and it's at this point the story begins to wrap up. The killer is revealed and it's not a surprise.....I found it predictable from early on; but it's still a very satisfying ending to a satisfying story. A talented author and a unique story that deviates from the usual blueprint of this genre. PS: Cheers to Mr Peabody!

“We are Liars Anonymous, a support group for pathological and compulsive liars. Every person in this room is a known liar, high means not a single one of us can be trusted—including me.”

Welcome to Liars Anonymous, the support group for compulsive and pathological liars. Marnie Thorpe is at Liars Anonymous for one reason, and it isn’t to make friends. Still, when beautiful, ephemeral Claire finds herself in trouble, Marnie steps in to help. Claire says she’s being stalked, so Marnie let’s her crash at her house. She’s half convinced that its all a lie - until Claire turns up dead. Claire’s murder triggers something for Marnie. Memories of another loss, another young women taken too soon. Her gut tells her someone from their group is responsible, and that none of them are safe.

The first half of this book was a little slow paced and redundant to me. The constant back and forth about whether we could trust anything the narrator said had me questioning whether I wanted to continue reading. Surprisingly, the second half of the book picked up and I was genuinely shocked after reading the epilogue. This was definitely an interesting read. I rated “Liars Anonymous” 3.5 ⭐️‘s.

Okay, people. Grab your coffee, find a seat. Let’s get started. Welcome to LIARS ANONYMOUS.’
Marissa Finch’s latest thriller introduces us to a rag-tag group of people who otherwise may never cross paths. Some are there under court order, some referred by family and therapists and some volunteered (Yikes!). When Claire, one of the members offers up that she is pregnant and then goes missing, some wonder what happened to her while others go looking for her. When she is found, the group is thrown into chaos. Too many secrets and lies later, a bit here, a bit there, some of the group start to put the pieces together. They go to the police with their accusations, circumstantial at best only to run into a wall.
As suspicions continue to mount, the group continues to meet weekly.
It seems that everyone has a secret. Or is it merely a lie?
This one was a great riddle as there are many viewpoints to follow and perceptions to observe. LOVED IT!

Welcome to Liars Anonymous. A group therapy for Liars. What you have to figure out is who is lying and who is telling the truth. Is anyone telling the truth.

What a twisty tale that will keep you guessing. They meet once a week and they never know if anyone is telling the truth about their lives. Now Claire has announced that she is pregnant and everyone is wondering if it is true. Marnie and Naomi have become friends with Claire and when they see that she hasn't been coming to the meetings, they start to check on her. Marnie is really worried as she was the last to see Claire when Claire spent the night at her house because she said someone had been stalking her and she was afraid to go home.

Now Claire has been found dead and they think one of the group has killed her. But, how will they find out who the killer is and who can they trust, after all they lie!!

this book was very interesting. i like the plot and it’s definitely one of the reasons why i was going to give this 4 stars, however the characters are very lacking. i found myself disliking every character that was introduced. they felt very … fake (?) i don’t know how to describe it but they didn’t have depth. the plotwist didn’t really shock me, though the epilogue was definitely a bit surprising — i won’t spoil anything though. essentially, the plot was super interesting, the characters were annoying me, and the premise of the story felt lackluster. though, i did have a fun time reading this book! i feel like this could’ve been a 5 star book if there were some changes (character depth, atmosphere and premise detailing, etc.)

in short, this book is a typical thriller, it’s fun, short, a page turner, but nothing too deep.

Liars Anonymous by Marissa Finc
Marnie Thorpe is at Liars Anonymous for one reason, and it isn’t to make friends. Still, when beautiful, ephemeral Claire finds herself in trouble, Marnie steps in to help. Claire is being stalked, she says, so Marnie lets her crash at her house. She’s half convinced the whole thing is just another lie — until Claire turns up dead. Claire’s murder unlocks something in Marnie. Memories of another loss, another young woman taken too soon. Her gut tells her someone from their group is responsible, and that none of them are safe. But how can she uncover the truth when she’s surrounded by lies? How can she catch a killer when everyone around her is a liar?
I really enjoyed this book. Loved the cover. 5*.

Liars Anonymous: A support group for compulsive and pathological liars. A unique whodunit filled with unreliable characters who are determined to get to the bottom of the murder of their fellow group member.

For me this was very much a take it or leave it read for the most part. I wasn't fond of the concept of not knowing whether the narrator was telling the truth - the lies aren't just told to the characters, they're told to the reader also. That being said, the end definitely took a turn for the better and I like how all of the loose ends were neatly tied together.

Original! Engrossing! Can YOU figure it Out?

I enjoyed "Liar's Anonymous" immensely. It kept me engrossed & changing my mind about what was the truth so many times. I actually figured out who the killer was halfway through & then the author made me decide on soneone different! So many characters, so many stories. What's true & what isn't? How complicated does it get? Can you figure it out? I enjoyed this author so much that I joined her mailing list- something I've never done before. I highly recommend not only this book but the author.

This novel was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed Marissa Finch's writing style and the frequent humor throughout. There are a lot of twists. Maybe even a few too many. You really can't trust anything that happens because everyone is a liar. I will say that a lot of earlier scenes don't quite make sense by the end. Normally I hate that, but I decided to let it go this time since we were warned that everyone was lying. Liars Anonymous was a very entertaining read and I look forward to reading more by this author. 4.5 stars!

I knew Liars Anonymous will become one of my domestic thriller favorite since the first I saw the title. A support group for liars tried to solve murder case that take one of their member. The problem is all of them is liar...
The story was grabbed me since the first chapter and keep me twisted every several chapters. The writing so good with very fast pace. I enjoyed both POV narrator.

The plot look simple but also brimming with information about liars and manipulative behaviors information. All the characters are morale grey and most of the time you will keep guessing. Some part of plots possible trigger some sensitive readers. I am not sure I like the epilogue part, I likely want those information blend into one of two previous POV.
