*This is a fast burn, paranormal, why choose romance, meaning she doesn’t have to choose between the love interests. This is a standalone novella. The story changes POVs between the main character and her men. This is a steamy story and is intended for 18+. This is under 30,000 words.*
I saw this book recommendation on TikTok and saw it was a novella and would be a quick read so I gave it a go. I loved the book overall and the whole plot but since it's a genre of fantasy romance with reverse harem/why choose that I love to read, I wish it was longer and a series. I would have ate that shit up if it was a duology or a trilogy series. I loved the cute little banter moments between the characters and even the side characters. overall this novella was a nice quick read and wa very enjoyable and was one of the books that got me out of my months long reading slump, so YAYYYY!!
There isn't much plot, and it is just an insta-lust read. Sometimes those can be fun. If you are looking for a quick, spicy read this is it. There is a slight halloween/fated mate theme, but really it is just a lot of spice, lol.
I’m really not sure how to explain this book!! But if you need a quick raise in your tempter 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 it is quick & straight to the point and I loved every minute of it!
This was a silly, quick read that got me in the Halloween mood. It’s mostly spice with a little bit of plot, which was exactly what I was looking for.
There wasn’t anything super unique or different about the story, but that’s perfectly fine. I actually enjoyed the normalcy of most of the spicy scenes, especially considering it’s a paranormal romance. It made the fantasy elements feel a bit more grounded.
Overall, it was a fun, easy read for the season, and I’ll definitely keep picking up D.M. Page books in the future.
