Anche questo volume ovviamente è molto bello. Vengono introdotti dei nuovi personaggi interessanti e un mestiere di cui prima avevamo sentito poco parlare, ovvero la squadra di estrazione. Il bello però sembra che arriverà nel prossimo volume, che mi fiondo a leggere.

Molto bello. Accettare l'offerta dell'associazione significherebbe tapparsi le ali, ma anche entrare in una delle gilde esistenti comprometterebbe ogni libertà di movimento per Jinwoo. Secondo me, la cosa migliore per lui sarebbe continuare a collaborare con Jinho, ma vedremo cosa deciderà di fare. Intanto, dopo averci deliziato della sua presenza in modalità minatore sexy, pensa bene di unirsi a un gruppo di hunter in qualità di facchino per entrare in un gate di livello A. Ovviamente, quale portatore certificato di scarogna, dentro il gate si nasconde qualcosa di pericolosissimo. Jinwoo ormai è una calamita per i boss anomali e dubito che sia frutto del caso...

En este volumen se empiezan a desentramar los secretos que venimos viendo desde el principio del Manhwa y, como es costumbre, el dibujo es exquisito y muy claro con sus escenas de acción.
El problema del volumen anterior, en el que la historia a penas avanzaba, se solventa con este, donde además de ir avanzando con un buen ritmo, se empiezan a presentar más puntos interesantes de la trama con la intervención más presente de otros países, nuevas amenazas y descubrimientos.
Con ganas de que salga el décimo.

Sung Jin-woo is forced to face the reality of what has created the gates and his legacy for the future. He battles against a trifecta of monarchs who hope to kill the human who is using the shadow lord's powers. He is saved by interference from the Light and meets Ashborne. After learning about the fall of the Rulers and the betrayal of their god, he returns to the world and resets time to prevent the sacrifice of others.

The timey-wimey stuff feels like a bit of a cheat and the speed run regarding his son is a mindless excuse to draw more epic battle scenes. However, readers will probably appreciate both of those points if they have made it this far. Everything maintains a consistent tone and tries to leave a message of hope by granting everyone a happy ending. It is a rather predictable power fantasy, but that doesn't mean those traditional components are not well done here.
