In a world gone mad, we have one final chance to end an ancient evil... if we can survive. I believed I knew who I was, but in one moment, I learned nothing about my life was as it seemed. Now the Sentinels and I have to put right an ancient wrong... or watch the world fall beneath a rabid vampire horde.
But fighting this battle already cost us everything, and I'm not the warrior I used to be. With a curse breathing down my neck and against an enemy who's been preparing for millennia, we're running out of time.
And the final cost to win might be more than I can bear.

Since the copy I read contains the complete copy including of the fourth and last book, my review will be for the whole complete series.
An ordinary college girl, it was all Wren knew of her self until the paranormal world reveal them self after her "accident". Vampires, rabid, demons, witches, Manor hiding them self under abandoned house, angry car attempted to kill, shifters friends, holy water is not the only answer to kill vampires. Name it and all the other world she never knew become her new world.
In the first book, it was a bit slow. The main characters just meet. The suprising fact of her new life just revealed. Making her slow to take the new reality, Wren picked her self up at the end. The Sentinels were divided between scared of the possibility the Queen that has been a terror for them has arise and inevitable connection between the five of them. For the steamy part? For me one fingering makes the steamy claimed for the first book, non existent.
The second book, more question arise. Lots of puzzle left unanswered. Captive with her twin sister on the verge of being a Goul, suprising things happened. Angel on earth while Amelie, the Vampire Queen arise. The chemistry between Wren, Asher, Liam, Ulysses and Gideon was slow. While the goverment agents involved only making things worse. Still, the steamy only going sizzle in this second book.
The third book answer lots of question while bringing in new questions. Reincarnation bring good answer on their chemistry. But one question I have biggest was, beside the magic sword she have, what else Wren could do to fight Amelie and this new old dark magic?
With Amelia doing her devide and conquer with the Sentinels, Wren with her two sentinel must run with time to claimed back their lost part to save the world. The battle was intense. The steamy part was getting boiling hot. The ending on third book making my biggest question on Wren's power getting stronger.
The last book bring all in one answer. Pure and true heart. As simple as that is Wren's power. The steamy scenes were there but I got the feeling the author still holding back. The spices are just lacking in explicit detail. After the intense battle through out the series, the ending was so simple, I was like...🙄 Not exactly dissapointed but that expectation of more after such intense journey, couldn't be help.
And why Harper being the only Angel on earth didnt do anything to help matters?
For me the plot line was promising, but that feeling of the author holding back still there. The gory details on vampire erot*c feeding was lost. In all those scenes I got the images that the feeding was so clean, the smegsi scene was so clean with no blood or anything left to tell. Like I said, no gory details. While the intense battle through out the series I love, the downside was the chemistry between the five main characters relied heavily on their past shared memories. Without those past memories, I find it hard to feel their chemistry. If you're like me who love strong chemistry specially between main characters and details specially in steamy scenes, this lost link was big fat lost.
Overall, this series is a good intro for me to the author. Definitly marking her next book to read.

Wow just wow am blown away by how good this book was and the ending could not be more amazing.
Wren sure grew alot and i love how fierce, strong and protective she became no matter what got thrown her way and her sentinals were even more protective maybe a little to much at times.
The way the story went i enjoyed every page of it altho the ending no matter how beautiful i wish it never ended! It even made my eyes leak.
Do i wish the battle with urlfiege and Amalie at the end was a little bit.. well more epic and glorius then i have to say yes. Yes i wish that was the case BUT the way it happend was kind of perfect and makes alot of sence, did not see that coming and eventho i didnt like very much it was perfect.
I cant believe the journey is over, it was glorious and amazing and i will be re-reading this series at some point in time because its just that good!
★“This world is full of all kinds of marvelous things-some safe, some decidedly not.”★
—>>> By the time the thrilling conclusion to this series, much has happened within the dynamics between Wren and her four Sentinels. She has developed a different rapport with each, and likewise, but little by little, something about this female and her strong sense of justice and right and wrong, even when there was so much grey, showcased her qualities to be the exact opposite to their centuries-old, yet still painful experiences with Amalie. Would be interested in reading Erin’s story as well, as she was quite helpful yet distanced herself from everyone else when she saw them again. Daddy issues had reigned supreme in this fantasy romance, but fortunately, Wren was NOT her daddy’s girl. Loved Friday and Barnaby. Entertaining series!
I love a good supernatural romance, and this didn’t disappoint! An evil once thought distinguished is back and trying to control the entire world. But Wren and her Sentinels won't allow it. Not only are they fighting for all of humanity, but for their new (yet ancient) developing connection.
It is so difficult to review just the fourth book in the series as they were all amazing and flowed so seamlessly together. For a new author, Sierran Rowan has created a fantastic world that has not only a great storyline but steamy romance scenes and strong heroes and heroines. If you are a fan of Laurell K. Hamilton, which I am, I would highly recommend this to any adult.

I made it through the series but what a waste of a FMC. I kept waiting, from book one, for her to do something and stop being a hindrance but that never changed.
There really was no explanation for the villains and how they got that was which was annoying. And the was no explanation about how her twin was so different. There were a lot of plot points that didn't go anywhere to be honest. Not too mention the entire other half of the FMC heritage is just in the wind.
In the good side the MMC has since depth. Again we didn't get much on their current life or the past but they at least have their individual struggles that make sense.
On the whole the series want a waste of time. I find myself frustrated because I'd rather have a flushed out story than plot cliffhangers for potential sequels.
This was a terrific conclusion to the Vampire Rebellion. The format of "Why Choose"/Reverse Harem is excellent for this type of tale. While it might have more appeal on the surface to a younger audience, I think this book is appealing to anyone who loves adventure, excellent tension, terrific secondary characters, a rollercoaster unexpected ending that plays out in the best of ways, and a good romance.
I did not want to see the series end; it was that good.
I highly recommend this to those who want a series that grips you from the first book through the last. Buckle up and let it take you on a terrific journey during a nice weekend. I could not stop reading it!.

Oh wow! This 4th book is something else. It has so much action, drama, and suspense. It has you journeying alongside Wren and the guys and they have to go through issue after issue. It has you say man can’t they catch a break. You can feel their pain and happiness throughout the story. That ending was epic and throughly enjoyed how it ends. It is extremely well written and developed. Sierra Rowan is a fantastic author. I really enjoyed her style of writing as it is strong and has a way to pull you in. This is absolutely a fantastic story that I throughly enjoyed and will say it is definitely a must read and doesn’t disappoint.
I’m loving this series every book is entertaining and exciting and this is book 4 in the Vampire Rebellion and sadly this is the last book in this series. I loved the ending, the characters especially Wren who grew up so much over the 4 books, the descriptions, the storyline and the bad guys who are very bad, and all of the action, adventure, suspense, danger, passion and so much more to keep you entertained and turning the pages. I loved this story/ series and I definitely recommend this book/ series.
This is a great conclusion to this series! It’s been one hell of a journey for our mc Wren but she’s made it this far and now she must face the final battle with her men, with Gideon, Asher, Liam and Ulysses to save the world. Action, adventure, these five have been through a lot barely catching a break and their journey has been tough but their bonds are strong as are they. Well written, exciting, enthralling with amazing world building, the author has done a fantastic job pulling this all to a close.
I debated reviewing each book but then stopped myself hoping somewhere they’d get a little less confusing and repetition would fall away to new information but in four books it took until midway through the fourth for things to really come to a head with information and a slightest inkling of character growth. All for the final show down to be so, so, so very underwhelming.
That said, it was a cool idea. Reincarnation and supernaturals. Execution was just lacking.
I thought the last book was action packed! The action is this one has that beat hands down. Wren and the sentinels are on the run from the moment book three ends until the end of this one. Every time they think they have room to breathe, Amalie somehow finds them and it doesn’t ever end well. Thank goodness Gideon was the bookworm he was because he is the one that figures out how to save Wren from Amalie’s attempt at her life. You won’t want to miss the ending of their story. It will have you on the edge of your seat!
This was an amazing series and i loved this ending. The way all of the pieces (and people, hehe) clicked together really made for a fantastic final chapter in this journey. I was happy with how the old vampire was defeated, thinking it very beautiful and appropriate, and so glad life does what it always does, picks up the pieces and moves on.

Wren and her sentinels just want to save the world from Amalie and her father - but will they succeed? And at what cost? This is a brilliant conclusion to an awesome series! I have loved the development of the characters, and the terrific story line! I am almost sorry that it is over but I'm sure we will see more froom this amazing author :-).

This is a great ending for an amazing series. I enjoyed reading it. In my opinion it's a must read and it won’t disappoint. It's filled with action, drama, and suspense. This had me on the edge of my seat with anticipation. I couldn't wait to see how it would end. I really enjoyed this series and it's well worth the read. I highly recommend reading this book if not the whole series. I look forward to reading more from Sierra Rowan.

Series review: I enjoyed the 1st book and looked forward to the series. Book 2 the FMC spent >50% of the book separated from her mates. Book 3 she spent the majority of the book separated from 2/4 of her mates. I don’t feel there was enough relationship building to feel very invested in the full RH relationship. The storyline was decent but felt disjointed at times. If each book was a tad longer and a bit more relationship focused I think I would have really loved it. Storyline 3.5⭐️ RH relationships 2⭐️ Spice 2.5 ⭐️

I enjoyed the plot for this series and read through each book very quickly. However, by the end I felt it was very rushed. It either needed to end sooner or have another book added to round out all the new details added in the last quarter of the last book. Separately, I felt like the story arc of the half angel twin sister was completely dropped off when that clearly could have been useful in the end battle.

Arc review I received a free copy of this book via Cherrylily ARCs and am voluntarily leaving a review. The four sentinels are back together wren is hurt ,but getting better as they fight to stay hidden till they can fight again .amalie and urleige have their final battle with wren and what she thought would happen becames more then they all thought. Fantastic story love the ending.
A fitting sequel to this imaginative series. I loved the danger which was palpable. I loved the characters who were once again mesmerizing in their emotions and actions. I felt a bond between them though it was clear the events from the previous book had strained it tremendously. Great storytelling.

From the start of book 1, all the way through to the end of book 4, I was hooked. The plot was intriguing and pulls you in. I loved all of the characters! All were well developed and easily relatable. I hate seeing this series end!!! I’m going to miss Wren and the Sentinels. This is a series that I will read multiple times. Sierra Rowan is now on my favorite authors list.
Reincarnation at its worst/best! Liked the story, even as it became apocalyptic. Kind of like today's world is getting😊. When at least had the sentinels. So all was not lost. Most power crazy individuals forget what they were trying to accomplish in beginning. Good job. Loved the ending.
This is a very good conclusion to the series with action, adventure, battles to be won, and defined MCs. This is an entertaining read and I liked it. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.
I am glad I stuck with this series - overall it ended up being a decent read. I didnt connect with Wren in the beginning- her stubborn attitude was annoying but she did grow through out the series. I have loved the Sentinels from start to finish. I look forward to more by this author
i practically flew through the pages! it was definitely the great finale i was hoping for and a perfect ending for wren and the guys‘ story. would definitely recommend! ✅
