Hell Night #3

Vengeance

Rate this book
The Hell Night Series continues with Judge's story!

Fierce, loyal, controlled. Three things Judge became at a young age.

Enduring unimaginable horrors no child should, he swore no person would dictate his or his brother’s lives again.

Revenge fueled him, setting a path destined from the moment he and his brothers escaped their hell. Nothing would stop him from destroying the ones who’d wronged him, even if that meant giving up the only woman to ever make him feel more than the heat of vengeance.

He let Ellie go, threw her away, never knowing the consequences of his actions.

Twelve years later, she reappears in his life, and she has some hellacious secrets of her own. Ones that knock Judge on his ass and threaten his ironclad control.

His life quickly changes course. Priorities are shifted and sacrifices are made. Judge has a decision to make. Will he give up his incessant need for retribution? Or will he sacrifice something he never dreamed he could have, but desperately wants.

Or is it possible to have both?

She was celibate for 12 years whilst he had three mistress’s on the go whom he rotated weeks with. He also had another mistress who had died six months prior so that would have made it four. According to him there was nothing disgusting about being with his women as they all loved and cared for each other.
He broke up with her (h) to “protect” her but apparently was so in love and obsessed with her. I don’t believe that for a minute! He would never have gone back for her if she hadn’t come for help to him. He admitted he was content with his life with his harem, he got emotional and and physical needs sated by them so I really can’t believe that h would be giving him anything he wasn’t already getting. Let’s not forget the nasty way he broke up with her and and kicked her out. She was attacked and physically scarred that same night whilst she was pregnant ( he didn’t know about the baby) so while she was raising his child he was living like Hugh Hefner. Don’t worry though because our lovely heroine absolves him of all blame for kicking her out without at least ensuring she had somewhere safe to go and hey she becomes friends with all of his former mistress’s because they are all such lovely and caring women.
Don’t know about anyone else but I don’t know of any normal woman who would become best buddies with women who have shared her man knowing that in his own way he still loves them and will be providing financially for them! He wanted them all to become friends with h and in the end he got everything his way. Don’t know what h got but a coward and his used up body doesn’t sound like a win to me. This guy was awful!!!

'JUDGE OF HELL' is the third full length novel in Alex Grayson's 'Hell Night' series. It picks up where each hell night leaves us. Spoken in 'Dual Pov's'

MY REVIEW AND OTHERS: can also be found on my blog:
➽ KITTY KATS CRAZY ABOUT BOOKS Image and video hosting by TinyPic This may be Judge's story but it's so much more than that, this is about a band of brothers, they may not be blood but they are as close as ones can be. They protect the innocent and take out the bad. Welcome to Malus. A town shrouded in secrecy, a town that doesn't welcome newcomers with open arms.

❝ Each person we take out deserves nothing less. They prey upon the weak and destroy lives. They break into homes, rape and beat innocent people. They kidnap them and hold them hostage, inflicting permanent damage to their minds and bodies. .❞

Twelve years ago Judge had to let the love of his life Ellie go, no explanation, he treated her like crap, and like yesterday's garbage he threw her away. The consequences of his actions that night so many years ago had a domino effect that not only hurt Ellie but will come back and haunt Judge for the rest of his life. Even though they were only in a relationship for six months, she became the love of his life, his obsession, she gave her virginity to him, and from that point onwards was hoping to build their lives into so much more.

But that's not how this story goes..YET..

❝ We weren't together that long, but from the moment I saw him, I thought he was the one. I fell in love with him hard and fast, pictured a future with him. I thought he felt the same.❞

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

❝ He's the only one who can make me feel like I'm floating on air. Send electric tingles through every fibre of my body. Make my stomach dip and clench with desire and my mind incoherent of anything else around me. ❞

Now she's back asking him for a favour, a matter of life or death, one that he agrees to without hesitation.

I tiptoed into this one with a lot of unease, only because I wasn't looking that forward to his story as I previously was, I always felt that connection he had towards Jenny, I thought it was stepping in the right direction with those two, I could feel their feelings progressing into more, or maybe that was just wishful thinking on my part. But then we saw how that ended and it got me a bit worried where the author was going to take us with his story. So when we're introduced to a brand spanking new character I can't say I was openly thrilled. But I knew in a ways that that was where the author was going because he hadn't established any sort of deep feelings for the other woman in the standing arrangement they had, he was content but not what one would call happy.

All that aside I did enjoy this story, I'm a sucker for second chance romances and I'm glad this is the journey the author took me on, even though it was unexpected. So I kind of forgave her for all of the above lol. As with the previous book I love how this author incorporates a tad of darkness and grittiness for all us dark hearted peeps, throw in a bit of romance and it's the perfect balance.

Then you reach that ending, my palms got sweaty, my heart started racing, the new comer coming at us in book#4 is who I was exactly praying, hoping, waiting for. The next book is going to be epic!! And what a way to wrap up this unputdownable series!! If you've not read this series, stop what you are doing, head off to Amazon and start one clicking, this series is not one you want to miss out on.

I'll admit right off the bat I went into this one with a lot of trepidation, and a good bit of disappointment. I had certain "expectations" on how I wanted Judge's book to play out, so when I found out the author was bringing in a completely new heroine instead of working with Judge's women whom we had already meet in the previous two books I felt a little "meh" about the whole thing. Still, I do really like this author, so I figured I'd give it the old college try. Unfortunately, I think my disappointment colored my feelings. I couldn't connect with the romance in this one. Frankly, the whole situation between the hero, heroine, and his mistresses was a hot f-cking mess of absurdity.

description

Maybe because the author spent two previous books setting up the whole "mistresses" angle. Maybe because they were all genuinely sweet and had way more chemistry with Judge than the heroine here. Maybe because their presence was way too heavy in this book. Maybe because they became #besties with the heroine by the end (gag). I mean for god’s sake they invited them <-- I just can't even. What was next, sitting around a campfire singing Kumbiya? (lol) Maybe because the way she found out about his mistresses was nasty, and hurtful. Maybe because they were in fact attached to him, and upset when he ended things. I dunno. It just didn't work for me AT ALL. The whole situation was a clusterf-ck from the beginning of this book until the end. I don't even get me started on the fact the heroine didn't move on or sleep with another man in 12 years. <-- I mean..seriously?? It is 2019 why are we still getting heroines like this??!! *rolling my eyes*

description
Judge also annoyed me with how angry he was at the heroine in the beginning. I mean..DUDE..seriously??!! You treated her like a piece of trash which resulted in something horrible happening to her. I don't care is SHE doesn't blame you. If you hadn't been such a prick it wouldn't have happened, so THIS reader totally blamed him. (lol) And, honestly, after the dick move you pulled why would she want to tell you about .

However, the story outside of the "romance" was still top-notch, and I can't WAIT for Emo's book, so that is the only reason I am giving this book three stars...so yea, I loved it, can you tell??!! (lol) #disappointedpartyofone

Another dumb book where the hero actually got to have a harem for sex and love and the heroine was celibate (the author made her be assaulted after the hero threw her out of his apartment to make sure she would never have any lovers) until he decided he wanted her again. It's 2019, why is it still such a sin for women to have sex and love outside the hero? He had it, why couldnt she? So to be clear, the hero had money, love, sex and emotional support from four women while the heroine had no one.

The romance is between the H and the other women he lives with so I suppose there is some romance.
Just not romance between the Hxh.
His gentle, caring and respectful thoughts and heavy sexy chemistry are reserved for the "his women" as he so possessively calls them
His dislike, then indifference, then lukewarm feelings is reserved for the h until his come-to-Jesus moment when he now wants a family and the h comes with a ready-made one.

It concerns me greatly that women continue to write stories like this and pass it as romance. You are telling me that a woman did not have sex for 12 years, but the man had a harem of women that took care of his needs and also loved him. What woman would take back such a man after he kicked her out of his life without so much as a backward look. Then he expects the heroine to be friends with his harem. Yeah, this is very sickening.

Ms. Grayson, this shows me your view of women and the little self respect you think we have or should have.

Also side eyeing the women who loved this book.

Will not be reading from this author again.

I know I sound like a tween at a Shawn Mendez concert but OMG, OMG, OMG!!!! I'm not sure if Alex Grayson is intentionally evil or she just plays it on our hearts. I cannot even being to tell you my torment. I can't because I can't freaking deal with spoilers, just know that the motherf@cking mic drop of all mic drops happens in these pages!!! I'm still trembling. I can't put into words the amount of terror, relief, and surprise that its causing other than to say I'm shaking. Yes, some will say that's a tad dramatic but no shit my hands are shaking as I type this.

Judge of Hell gives us a real view into Judge. The aloof, polyamorous man wasn't always so. We learn about his walls and get to watch them crumble to the ground. I know Jenny would have been so happy to see it. Watching Judge come alive was a wonderful experience. And I'm a terrible person because ALL of my focus is on Emo now. Poor Emo!

Alex Grayson better, and I mean better (held at knife point), hurry up and give us Emo. I can't wait. I physically hurt inside for this tumultuous tale. Sigh.

Oh and the icing on the cake, participating in the execution of Judge's biggest demon! I'm pretty sure I smiled.

Judge of Hell is the third book in the series Hell Night, which follows the story of four men who had been abused in their hometown in childhood, and now years later made it a safe place for them, their family, and the rest. It is a book that deals with second chances, it is an intense book with some twists in the middle of the way and each story makes you hope that each of these "Brothers" can achieve happiness.

Here we have the story of Judge, a character who has intrigued me since the first book by his peculiar relationship with several women at the same time. As soon as I finished the previous book all my suspicions of who would be your love interest fell to the ground by the events.I confess this frustrated me a bit, but now that I've finished his story I don't see how his story and his love interest could be different.

Let's talk about the heroine of this book? Ellie is a character I really liked. She is loyal, protective, sweet and strong, has had some traumas in the past and may have made some "disapproving" choices, but I couldn't hate her for one minute.I understood your choices and attitudes and even though I might not do the same I can not condemn her for what she did. Judge is also a character who won my love a little more in this book and it was good to know a little more of him here and the other side of him that until today I didn't know. And together it was good to see them taking a second chance to make things work for them. I really liked their relationship and loved their relationship with Maisy.

Something that I didn't convince in my opinion was the participation of his three lovers in this story. The development of them with Ellie (as small as it was) did not seem realistic to me. I read here saying to myself: Is this serious?

And about that end I only have one thing to say: I knew! And let the story of Emo come as quickly as possible.

I Received an unreleased copy of this book ...

I am a big fan of this author's books the more of them I read the more I fall in love with this author's books and each and every book we have read so far has been utterly fantastic! Judge of Hell Was an awesome story that shook me to the core until the very end.

I have really read some very Dark Romance books in my time, but, this series is the darkest to date. I have to say that the story had me on edge the entire time, and it also made me uncomfortable, make me shake, made me grieve, brought tears to my eyes time and time again.

The story effected you emotionally, it was impossible not to. This story was one of those stories that had you engrossed and enmeshed in this suspenseful story. This story gripped my heart and was so heart-wrenching at times that I thought if I was not going to be able to finish the book out.

I always pick a favorite character and this time around mine is going to be Judge. I loved his character from the onset of the story as I loved his protectiveness, his bossy attitude and his sexy smile but, most of all, loved that he was able to move beyond his past, although it will never be forgotten and how much he suffered. We loved how he took to Maisy like a duck to water and loved that little girl instantly.

We loved Ellie as well, she fit Judge perfectly, she was the Light to his Dark. I loved that Ellie was a little bit broken herself not that she was broken to begin with or the tragic events that happen to her gave her but, it gave her another look on life but, now had a better understanding of what fear was and what it was like living with a constant fear. She was probably a better fit for Judge now due to all the pain and suffering she endured and would have a better understanding of the man Judge has become and the choices he now makes daily and why he does what he does. I loved the way Ellie loved her daughter, she was fierce protective and would do just about anything to save her daughter, even if it means going to the devil himself.

We have to say that well-loved all the other characters as well, especially those hardened broken men who think they are so broken that they deserve to be alone. My heart went out to each and every of those men for the all suffered from. We loved that we saw Judge heal right before our eyes and a sweet little girl named Maisy played a big part of that happening she was good for all of them but, most of all, she was good for Emo and I have to say my heart melted more than once with his interactions with that little girl they actually made me shed tears!

This story had us on one heck of an emotional roller coaster ride with all that suspense both present and past, and also for the tragedies both past and present. I can't even talk about Hell Night because it makes me sick and brings me pain.

The romance between Judge and Ellie was super hot! Playful as well as sweet. What I loved most about the connection these two forged is that she was the perfect balm to his tortured soul. We also loved that no matter how much time past these two never fell out of love with each other but, getting to know who they are now and mending fences between them is not an easy task but, with the love of their surrounding family anything is possible.

Overall a superb suspense Dark Romance read that took you on one heck of a ride and it was so emotional, touching, gripping and heart-wrenching that you could not help be engrossed in this tragic story to the very end. I will say that the story stayed with me hours after finish reading it and even effected by dreams that night and not in a good way.

We loved the thrilling ride!

I need to go back and read book one with Troubles story because I need to see how all these broken men find their happily ever afters now....

Personal note-This story is not for the faint of heart and not for individuals that have triggers when it comes to excessive violence and rape victims. This story was tragic and effected men, women and children. I do not recommend reading this story at nighttime.

So disappointed!! It wasn’t awful but where did Judge go? The judge we met in the last 2 books definitely wasn’t the judge in this book. Hate to Insta love? Over the mistresses in a minute? Father of the year instantly after never wanting kids? And the Sierra storyline was just stupid.

The only reason I’m rounding up my 2.5 rating to 3 is because all-in-all I’ve liked this series. BUT.....

Now on to Emo’s book and I think I’m already annoyed. I’m staying openminded. I guess Grace can go hang out with the mistresses??!! Major eye roll 🙄

Welcome to Malus...

I'm so excited for getting Judge's book. He is one of the brothers that got me curious from the first book and I couldn't wait to read his story. Never in my thoughts, I could anticipated this awesome book. The author gave me so many things in this book and I'm so grateful!!!

Judge came out as reserved in the previous books. He's the one watching over all of them; he used to do it even back when Malus was Sweet Haven. He's strict about the rules and doesn't like strangers coming to Malus. I was wondering who his love interest would be and let me tell you that Ellie is perfect!!

Ellie and Judge were together 12 years ago but after he broke her heart, he didn't see her again. Now Ellie is in Malus with a big surprise that changes everything. Since I don't want to give much away, I'll only say that the plot and story is amazing! We get to see a different side to Judge, find out more of his past. There's also mystery in this book, since there is a killer on the loose!

The book ends in a cliffhanger that I can't help but constantly think about even after finishing the book. Emo's book is next and after how we are left I can't wait to get my hands on it! This is another great addition to the "Hell Night" series and I'm already wanting more!!

A second chance is possible…

This gritty, dark series continues with Judge’s story, which I found just as compelling as JW and Trouble’s stories yet had unexpectedly lighter moments. It was a second chance romance that softened Judge’s demeanor in a way that surprised me. Not that his focus on retribution lessened. Oh no, that was as deep as ever, yet it wasn’t the focal point now. It was taking a back seat to other things, other emotions, that became his entire focus. Protective, still a hard-a**, I liked his character more, seeing him grow and find meaning other than revenge. Ellie was a likable and sympathetic character who was strong and independent yet fitting into Judge’s life as if they were equal parts of puzzle.

If you are concerned the darkness was forgotten, don’t worry. There is grittiness to spare as the situations are laid bare in simple, yet realistic detail. My favorite of the series so far but Emo’s story is next and the cliffhanger this story left me with has me impatiently waiting. It can’t come soon enough!

Judge of Hell is book 3 in the
Hell Night series by Alex Grayson. Once again transported to the town of Malus. A town that dispenses it's own brand of justice. Ran by 4 men who while aren't blood related, are brothers! I have grown to love and adore these 4 men, Trouble, JW, Judge, and Emo. Their stories shattered my heart. But to see the men they are today makes me so proud of them. Alex Grayson has crafted a phenomenal story with these men. Every book in this series is a must read.

When Judge and Ellie get a second chance at love, can they make up for the past? In the books so far we see Judge as this man who refuses to settle down. He's in a poly relationship with 3 woman. All of each give him something he needs. I really didn't think a single woman could tie him down, boy was I wrong!
Ellie is EVERYTHING Judge needs, plus so much more. And watching him be a dad melted my heart.

Once again be warned this book isn't rainbows, kittens, and butterflies, it's dark, it's twisted, it's emotional, and at times hard to fathom what these men went through as children. But I devoured every single word!!! This series is PHENOMENAL!!! A 10 star must read!! I can not wait until Emo's book!!

*I voluntarily read an arc, this is my honest review.*

Wow... let me start off by saying I finished this book a couple days ago, and it took me this much time to come to terms with what i read so that I could write my review. The way that Alex is able to weave a story and do so much honor to the characters. The emotions that come through in this book are heart-wrenching and tore at my heart.
From book one in this series, Judge has been this Dark Horse to me. He was that made me wonder how his story would go and let me say, I was blown away. His relationship between him and Ellie... its a roller coaster of emotions and events that have shaped the people they are today... I do not want to say too much more, because I do not want to give away the story... But you all need to read this now!! 5 stars for an AMAZING Story... and I cannot wait for Emo's!!!

This is the third book in the Hell Night series, and I have been dying to get my hands on it. Dark, intense, sexy and romantic with a gorgeous second-chance-romance, this book maintains all of the gritty rawness of the first two books of the series, but at the same time feels a bit lighter, and I lost myself in the story, I loved it!

The four main characters of this series are a group of men who consider themselves brothers and who, along with all of the other children in their small Texas town, were the victims of ‘Hell Night’ – a night once a month where they were subjected to unthinkable sexual abuse and assault. It’s incredibly disturbing, and scenes are revisited in flashback on the page so beware this massive potential trigger. The ‘tradition’ ended in a night of destruction and murder, and after making their escape, the boys returned to their home town as adults to turn it into a place of peace and safety – renaming it Malus and meting out their own form of justice to those who inflict abuse on others.

Judge is (funnily enough), the Judge of Malus. He is a man that I have been dying to get to know since he was first introduced – seeming very cold and controlled – but incredibly loyal to his brothers, their families, and with the few who he allows into his life. He has relationships, though they are unconventional, but he is not interested in love, and we’re about to find out why.

Ellie was the great love of Judge’s life. They spent six glorious months together, and they fell hard, but he ended it knowing that he couldn’t place Ellie’s life in danger as he and his brothers set off on their mission of vengeance. It shattered him, but it did worse to Ellie, who suffered more from their breakup than he could ever have imagined. Now, she has tracked him down to ask for his help, and his whole life is about to change.

I won’t go into any more details than that because I don’t want to spoil the book, but just… wow. This book was not what I was expecting, but I love the direction that it took, and I thought it was beautifully handled. I went through the full range of emotions with this one, and was initially worried that I wouldn’t like it, but as the full truth of the past is slowly exposed I came to understand how and why everything happened the way it did. My heart broke for the two of them, for all that they went through and all that they missed together, and I became fully invested in them finding their way back to each other.

Ellie wasn’t the only one emotionally hurt the night I broke things off. It damn near destroyed me. Now that she’s back in my life, there’s not a damn thing that’ll keep me from having her again. And keeping her forever this time.

Judge has always been a strong, solid kind of man who knows his own heart, and that is never more evident in the way that he fights to get Ellie back. Sure, he’s all alpha and controlling about it, but he has always loved her, and though he closed his heart off after he walked away from her, now that she is back, I loved seeing him open himself up to her so beautifully. Who would have known he had such a swoony, romantic soul! And, of course, he’s sexy as all hell, and the steamy time is seriously hot.

“I know you still feel it, Ellie. I know I still make your heart pound and your breath hitch. I bet you have butterflies in your belly and shivers racing down your back. You feel the chemistry between us. The same electric pull that was there all those years ago. The same desire that swept through us anytime we were together. Even when we weren’t, all it took was one thought and it consumed us.” I trail a path of kisses up to her jaw and across her cheek. At the corner of her mouth, her lips parted as she pants, I pull back just far enough so I can see her gorgeous eyes. “I know you still feel it, because I still feel it too. It’s not going anywhere, no matter how much you fight it.”

And Ellie is a wonderful match for him. Her feelings are just as strong, and though she’s been through so much, I love her strength and her open-hearted ability to trust Judge again. I could completely understand her fears and insecurities, especially with the unique situation that they were in – particularly when it came to Judge’s relationships while they have been apart - but it provides him with the perfect opportunity to prove his devotion once again.

“You were more than enough for me. And Layla, Jamie, and Gillian don’t have the one thing you have,” he says softly.
“What?”
“My heart, Ellie. You’re the only person who’s ever had my heart and the only one who will ever have it.”

And then, of course, there’s the big spoiler…

But while they are all loved-up and planning their future together, there is a new threat developing within Malus. People are getting hurt, and Judge and his brothers will go all out to protect their town, while continuing their sworn mission from years ago to take vengeance on those who hurt them so badly. Once again it is violent, raw, and disturbing, but it’s what this series is about, and it works so well to create a really intense mood. But as I said before, this book has a different dynamic to the previous books in the series, which I really appreciated and enjoyed, and I loved the love story so much!

This woman is my life. She’s mine to protect, mine to cherish, and mine to worship. I plan on doing that until I take my last breath.

Judge and Ellie’s story fits in beautifully with the rest of the series, I love that we got to see so much of his brothers and their families, and I love how the story is progressing and changing as the boys all find love. Words cannot express my excitement for Emo’s book which will finish off the series. The seeds have been planted, emotions are already running high and I am so freaking excited to be getting the story that we are.

I loved this book - 4.5 stars!

Judge Becket is the judge in Malus and looks to keep everyone safe by following a tough set of law and along with his brothers doling out their own justice.
Ellie Carter is desperate to for help to pay for her daughter’s mounting medical costs in looking for a kidney donor. She once believed that Judge was the man for her but when he threw her out and she was subsequently attacked she never came back nor let him know about their daughter, Maisy.
When Judge learns about Maisy will he be willing to help her out and will he be willing to let Ellie go again? But with secrets in Malus is Judge going to tell her the truth?
This is another great book in the series and like the others it is haunting and definitely has some subjects that not everyone will be able to read about.
Judge was interesting as we knew from previous books that he had been involved with four women and he was attached to them but not in love with any of them. He was extremely invested in the well being of all the citizens of Malus and I really did appreciate what he and his brothers did to keep everyone safe. Yet you knew deep down that there had to be a reason that Judge was afraid to love and in this book we finally met her!
Ellie was a strong woman but was in a huge fight to keep Maisy healthy and she knew she was desperate enough to need help from Judge. I was shocked at what happened to her after she left Judge’s place and I knew why she felt that she couldn’t return to him and why she kept Maisy a secret. Yet Ellie also knew she had never gotten over Judge and I think that was another reason why she was afraid to return.
I loved Maisy and her relationship with Emo was so good!! Their scenes truly made me smile and she was able to get through to him in a way nobody else had so far. Maisy was also such a great girl and so accepting of everything and loved meeting her new expanded family!!
There was so much chemistry between Ellie and Judge and you knew that you wanted things to work out between them. There were a few things that happened that made me wonder how she was going to deal with secrets that were revealed but she truly handled everything well.
I was totally shocked at one of the twists in the books to a certain degree but in another way I knew it was coming. Something seemed off to me about one individual but I was taken by surprise for the reasons behind it all.
I was glad Judge got some justice at the end of the book!
The end of the book left me in a complete jaw dropping moment and I need the next book now!! - By Rebecca

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Fierce, loyal, controlled. Three things Judge became at a young age. Enduring, unimaginable horrors no child should , he swore no person would dictate his or his brother's lives again. Revenge fueled him, setting a pat destined from the moment he and his brothers escaped their hell. Nothing would stop him from destroying the one who'd wronged him, even if that meant giving up the only woman to ever make him feel more than the heat of vengeance. He let Ellie go, threw her away, never knowing the consequences of his actions. Twelve years later, she reappear in his life and she has some huge secrets of her own. Ones that knock Judge on his butt and threaten his ironclad control. His life quickly changes course. Priorities are shifted and sacrifices are made. Judge has a decision to make. Will he give up his incessant need for retribution? or will he sacrifice soemthing he never dreamed he could have, but desperately wants. Or is it possible to have both.

I started this series with the second book and then went back and read the first. Judge of Hell is the third book and Judge's story. I am so in love with this series and Alex Grayson writes some absolutely amazing stories. These books are about a group of boys who were extremely abused and used a kids and escaped. Then remade the town and keeps all the evil out and punishes those that deserve it. Judge of course is the Judge of the town and has three women in his life that he spends time with. If you have read the second book I know that you were just as shocked as I was at what happened to one of the ones he spent time with. I know that he loves them in his way but he lost the one woman he loved more than anything for the greater good and handled it horribly. Now Alex is back and she has a huge secret. How will Judge react? You have to read and find out I went into this book blind because I knew that I would love it. Alex Grayson has once again blown me away. To say I loved this book is a understatement. I too can not wait for Emo's story. He has been a huge mystery through this series of books and I just know that his story will gut us all. This is a must read. The entire series is. Do not miss these book no matter what. I am so addicted it is not even funny.

5 twisted as shit stars!!! This book is so fucking messed up that it messes with my head but it is so good! I’m either crying, yelling in joy, angry as shit or ready to puke. Craziness!!

This is book three in the “Hell Night” series. I don’t recommend reading this as a stand alone. Omg just read them all. They are so good. Even when I say book three it definitely doesn’t feel like this is only three books in. I mean I am in love and obsessed with these characters, this town, their stories. And the way this book ended!!! I need book FOUR fast!!!!

This book is dedicated to Judge. We all know Judge. The one and only cocky yet lovable ass who is deathly afraid of commitment. I was actually not too excited about this book. I thought it was gonna he Judge and all his women, and that just isn’t me. But no this took a whole different turn and I fell hard for this book. I cried a lot during this book. Tears of joy, sadness, loss and love. Anyway, Judge has a past like everyone in Malus but there was a woman right before Sweet Haven became Malus that you are about to meet and shit goes to that Alex Grayson level. She has a way with these books. Like who can even think up this shit. With that said I love her for it!

Judge was the one brother I just couldn’t relate to prior to this book but let me revoke that. I fucking adore him! Maisy is amazing and is a game changer (can’t wait til you all meet her). Ellie is super special herself and most definitely belongs in Malus with all the survivors.

Every book this author gives you more of the back story and every time you think, there is no way in hell this can get more fucked up then that. Nope it can and it will!!

This book is going to the favorites list. It’s a 5 star read. A must read of 2019!! This book will invoke every emotion from you. GRAB IT NOW!!

**I received this book as an arc and in return gave my honest review**

Judge of Hell by Alex Grayson is book three in her Hell Night series. Every book in the series is about another couple and can be read as a standalone. For better understanding and best reading experience I recommend to read the books in order. The previous booka are Trouble in Hell and Bittersweet Hell.
Yaqy, I was patiently waiting for Judge's story. Welcome back to Malus, Texas. The story picks up where the previous book was left off. Judge is a man who's through hell and back. Now his word is law in his small town and he and his brothers raign with an iron fist. Judge has a special lifestyle, including three women. And when a fourth shows up on his doorstep his life is about to become more complicated.

Judge From Hell is a fast paced nailbiting, pageturner that had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. From start til the end, I couldn't put the book down. I had to know what happens to the characters. Judge From Hell has everything I love in a great read, an addicting story, excellent writing and characters I easily connected with. It's a gut wrenching read and gave me all the feels. 5 stars.

I've been intrigued by Judge since we met him in book one. I wanted to know what made this aloof man tick and the author did a good job of showing us the man beneath the mask.

The book is still as gritty and raw as the previous two. Judge and his brothers rule the town of Malus with an iron fist. One thing that has kept him going over the years was getting his revenge. It's pretty gruesome but I rejoiced when each new chapter was closed. Judge is happy with his women but when his past comes knocking on his door everything is going to change.

With the mother of all cliffhangers Emo is next and I can't wait.

I actually didn't start writing this review until I finished book 4. My KU was about to expire and I had to finish the series. It's all been good. I will say it was surprising to me, after the buildup in the last couple books, how easily Judge drops all his ladies. This one is a dark, second chance romance. With of course some big surprises thrown in. I liked it, and moved right on to book 4.

I've been dying to read Judge's story. This series is absolutely consuming. This twisty, intense read will definitely not disappoint.

No spoilers from me. Just know that Judge and Ellie's story will leave you in a puddle of goo. The tension between these two is maddening.
I highly recommend this series.

I recieved an arc for an honest review.

This whole series has absolutely floored me. The subject matter is really, really heavy and definitely not for everyone, as there are triggers for child sexual abuse.

Being someone who was a victim of child sexual abuse, this series has really helped me kind of get closure for what had happened to me. The four main guys protect the citizens of their town and will kill anyone who harms a woman or child in any way. It's really nice reading about pedophiles getting tortured, just like they should in real life.

I really love Judge. I've said this about every character that I've read about in this series so far, but I really like him. His personality, his devotion to Ellie and Maisy. He's a great guy and probably one of my favorite characters ever. I'm ready for Emo's book, which is definitely set up at the end and TALK ABOUT A CLIFFHANGER!!!!

If you've been keeping up with this series, definitely don't stop now.

the sobbing 😭

I have never cried so much while reading a book. Alex Grayson truly knows how to touch our hearts with his storytelling! The emotional depth of the characters left me utterly captivated. Judge and Ellie, in particular, were amazing; their journey with their daughter's sickness was filled with raw, heartfelt moments that resonated deeply with me. The way Mrs. Grayson portrays their struggles is nothing short of incredible. It’s a read that stays with you long after you’ve turned the last page.

The third instalment to the Hell Night Series is Judge’s story. Judge, like his brothers, has been through so much in the past. He’s dedicated his life to protecting those he cares about. Doing what ever it takes to make sure they are safe. Which is put to the test, when he gets a visit from the past...

Don’t want to give too much away. I do recommend you read series in order. So many things are unfolding. I didn’t see any this coming. This series just keeps getting better and better. Each book leaves you dying to read the next. Love all of these characters. Can’t wait for Emo’s book.

This series just keeps on getting better, dark and more depraved... God I love it! This author is very creative with how the bad guys meet their end!

As predicted, we knew Judge had a harrowing childhood just like the other characters in this series, but each characters faces aspects of the same forms of abuse. The strength of these characters is evident in the writing, it's powerful, encumbering and emotive. This author has the ability to give you chills down your spine one minute and as well as the ability to make you feel all soft and squidgy inside as they put their past to one side and make a future with 'The one' while still ridding the earth of the scum they vow to remove.

Plenty of secrets, twists and lies keep you reading until late at night. But prepare yourself, there's one secret you won't see coming. Alex Grayson, you are not my friend right now!!
