I get so overwhelmed with the spices. I cannot do hot chiles at all, and sifting through all the recipes to try to find a sweet curry is too daunting for me. I looked through it and took it back to the library. I've got and excellent Indian restaurant two blocks from me, and the Saag Paneer there is to die for. I think I'll just give them my business once in awhile.
I love Indian food but don't like all the ghee and fat. This book is a great guide to various ways in which Indian food can be made healthy yet still tasty.
