Jerry O'Hare is a journalist for the Herald, who is hoping to get the real scoop on Grizz Bigly and his dastardly schemes. When he and his apprentice witness a murder, Jerry's realizes he has more to worry over than the puddle of piss he left in Bigly's bed. Now, with talk of white powder on the streets and goons on his heels, Jerry is determined to unravel his greatest story yet or die trying.

This sarcastically satiric short story is a superhero crime-noir set in the 1930s-1940s in a place called Mutt town.

About the author

You may recognize him as the dude whose dragons were said to destroy George R.R. Martin's and Christopher Paolini's dragons in a very biased Twitter poll.
