A standalone, super spicy why choose, Mafia holiday romance which is packed full of heat.
Whilst A Ryan Christmas is a novella connected to the bestselling New York Ruthless series, it can be enjoyed as a stand-alone holiday read - but it will contain spoilers for the main series.
It's five days before Christmas and Jessie Ryan has a whole lot of surprises in store for her four possessive, hotter than hell Irish mafia husbands.
But it wouldn't be a Ryan story without a little drama. Will a ghost from Christmas past ruin their festive fun?
Packed with a whole load of Christmas spice, plenty of fun, praise and a little punishment too, A Ryan Christmas is the perfect steamy holiday read.
Publishers This is a dark mafia romance which has scenes of an adult nature, including some violence
I'm a bestselling author of dark mafia, billionaire, and paranormal romance. I love to read and write about hot, filthy talking alphas that would burn the world down for the women they love.

A Christmas Novella for the Ryan series that includes all the spice and a tiny sliver of plot that keeps you intrigued in the growing Ryan family. It would be a good idea to go back and read the series that involves these characters for the backstory, but if all you want is spice then this should definitely warm up the mind and body for you.
Absolutely adorable!! ❤️❤️ This is such a Ryan story. I absolutely love the sweet and possessive moments in this novella. These brother's will do absolutely anything for their woman and kids. I love that we get to see more of the kids personalities in this story. And who wouldn't love getting back into each of the guys heads!! Sadie has made an absolutely perfect holiday addition to an amazing series. I can not wait to see more of the Ryan family in the future!!!❤️❤️
I absolutely devoured the original series and now these novellas are everything! Getting little bits more of the Ryan family makes me so happy! They’re spicy, funny, and just a bit of dramatics to keep you on your toes! So excited to see what else they get up to in the new year.
🎄Ratings🎄 Story - ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Spice - 🔥🔥🔥🔥/5 Cover - 🖤🖤/5
🎄What To Expect🎄 Mafia, Already Together, Exhibition, Reverse Harem, Rich Men
🎄Review🎄 Also not one of my favorites and I’m starting to think that I should stop reading these novellas. It’s kinda ruining the main books for me. Lots of spice with all of them included this time. There were lots of funny parts that are the main reasons for the rating. LOVED how Conner (H) supported her with her phobia of needles while getting a tattoo. Especially when he came up with some “creative” ways to distract her!
⚠️OVERALL IT IS UP TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO READ THIS⚠️
One of the reasons New York Ruthless is such an amazing series is because of the FMC is a capable, intelligent, pragmatic, sassy, forces of nature. This book completely departs from that character arc and turns her into a stereotypical overly emotional, unreasonable, insecure, lazily written FMC. It was so hard to read I had to force myself to finish. I wanted to love this short story. It had so much potential with the introduction of a past male acquaintance of Jessie’s who keeps over stepping and provoking the ott/jp sides of the MMCs. Except the book is ruined because the author decided to write Jessie’s plot line as the withering, damsel in distress who blames herself for the vile actions of a man who hurt her then piled onto that heinous plot line with a ‘now my husbands are going to be mad at me’ because of the antagonists actions. What?! everything this FMC has been through, if any FMC understands she is not responsible for the actions of depraved men it’s Jessie Ryan. Book 4 literally has a lengthy character dynamic/plot line of her reassuring the twins that they are not responsible for the actions of someone’s else, she doesn’t blame them, not mad at them, doesn’t see them differently, etc; almost every book has a plot line of her asserting she is not weak or responsible for the things she has suffered at the hands of cruel men but suddenly she’s behaving this way?! Inconsistency number 2, the initial confrontation with the new male character/antagonist started because he physically forced Jessie into a situation stated that he was going to “save Jessie from Shane because she is scared of him” the scene develops with Shane proving that Jessie is not scared of him and trusts him implicitly. But after the second confrontation Jessie where the SAME circumstances happened (she is physically forced into a situation she doesn’t want to be in and one she wouldn’t have chosen to be in) she is now actually scared of Shane and Conner. Scared of their reaction because she’s decided to blame herself for something she had no control over…. where did that trust and security go?! It’s frustrating because it’s not just lazy writing, is inexcusably inconsistent with the character and series
More Ryan's is definitely a must under the Christmas tree. In fact, more Ryan's all year round please Sadie. I'm not sure how she keeps coming up with more for the Ryan's but I hope she never runs out of stories for them.
Another novella sees the Ryan's celebrating Christmas in the only way they know how hot and filthy. There are also some funny moments and a little bit of danger thrown in for good measure. They have their HEA but I'm so glad they have so much more action left in them.
If you want a quick reverse harem hit where the men are all alpha and possessive and the woman can hold her own with them every day of the week then you'll love the Ryan's. But go back and start at the beginning it will be worth it I promise.
I can't get enough of Sadie's writing and look forward to everything she releases but I think I'll always have a soft spot for Shane, Connor, Mikey, and Liam the most. . . . Jessie has a gift in mind for her gorgeous husbands for Christmas but she's a little terrified of what she'll have to do to accomplish it. With no hiding anything from them but in particular Connor she manages to get exactly what she wanted.
The Christmas season is busy in all the Ryan's businesses and Jessie steps in to help at the bar while there she runs into an old friend. Of course, the boys don't take kindly to old friends, especially of the male variety. 'I'm a passive asshole when it comes to her and I know it. I allow people to look at her, to want her, to want to taste and touch what is ming. Because the knowledge that she belongs to me and they will never have her makes me feel invincible. She makes me invincible.'
All that is put behind them though to celebrate Christmas Eve in style, but things don't go to plan and they have to deal with a bit of trouble before enjoying their holidays.
The holiday will end with a whole lot of spice and family time with the guys asking Jessie for a particularly special present for next year.
'I have never seen my older brother so at peace in my whole life as he is when he's with her or our kids. But then she has the same effect on all of us. She is the light to our shade. The eye of our storm. Where we begin and end.'
If there is one thing you are guaranteed from a Sadie Kincaid ‘Ruthless’ story, it is hotter-than-hot, blood pounding, heart racing sex… and this doesn’t disappoint.
If you haven’t read the main Ryan Rules series, then you really won’t appreciate or understand the dynamic of this rather unusual family. But as much as at first the idea of a woman sharing four brothers as her husbands was a little overwhelming, now it just feels all kind of right. I love their relationship and how much they all adore and care for Jessie… and each of them has their own special connection with her. I’m not saying I could have the same kind of relationship with more than one person, but for them it works. I mean, there’s happy families and then there’s the Ryan’s!
This is a festive jaunt into their world, and once again we are treated to everything we’ve come to expect from these racy, raunchy short stories. No one can deny, Jessie Ryan is one lucky woman. An exhausted one, but wow, who wouldn’t mind being that exhausted if you were kept ‘busy’ by the Ryan Brothers, right?
With that little hint of more to come as well, I can’t wait for the next instalment. Merry Christmas!
A Ryan Christmas was another short story from the New York Ruthless series about the four Ryan brothers and their wife Jessie. Christmas was never good for any of the Ryan boys growing up, so Jessie wanted to make it the best for everyone. But someone from her past put in an appearance and almost put an end to all of her plans. However, the four husbands stepped in and took care of the issue, the way they always did. Nothing and no one was ever allowed to hurt Jessie and get away with it. This story had an interesting twist to it that put it in a different category from the other short stories in this series. It had more angst and drama, and it had a touch more humor as well. There was more of an emotional rollercoaster with enough twists and turns to elevate the interest of the reader. The spice level was really good as well. I gave this novella a four-star rating because of the fact it was more than just a short story.
“I am a possessive asshole when it comes to her and I know it. I allow people to look at her, to want her, to want to taste and touch what is mine. Because the knowledge that she belongs to me and they will never have her makes me feel invincible. She makes me invincible.”
•RH/ why choose Christmas novella •spanking •praise kink •touch her and die vibes
It’s never a dull moment in the Ryan Household especially 5 days before Christmas. Jessie has a few things planned leading up the Christmas Day with her beautiful family, which included tattoos, a masquerade ball, Christmas cookies, matching pjs and…1 cock ring 😏 and more!
Sadie does it again folks - She creates perfection!! I might be a bias as Sadie is one of my favourite authors and love her books! But I love Christmas and the Ryan brothers are perfect. So this was the absolute best way to start December!!!
This can be read as a stand-alone BUT I highly recommend you fall in love with the series first!!!
Ughhhh sadie no words can describe how much i loved this book and all ur books. it made me rly happy content and smiling all the time. these ryan brothers are outta this world the harmony between all of them is undescribable if thats even a word..
*There was that scene where she made them wear christmas pijamas and she was wearing one herself and mikey couldnt figure how to undress her it made me laugh so hard at was he said
"I pull her into my arms, spinning her around so I can check out her outfit. I look for snappers. Buttons? A zip? A gap somewhere that I can get my hand in, but there isn’t a single fucking one. “What fucking devious trickery is this, Red?”" 😂😂😂😂
5 days before Christmas and Jessie has a special gift for her husband but what would the holidays be without some drama This is Christmas they will remember forever!!
🎄 just the kind of spice I want for Christmas 😍why choose (sharing is caring, especially with the twins) 4 HOT Irish Mob Brothers 😇 praise Possesive alphas. Touch her and 💀
**I loved all of this.Jessies past always comes back to her somehow. The way these brothers are with her is nothing shy of obsessive, but they wouldn't have it any other way. She belongs to them. I will forever love this series.
Oh, I really enjoy these insights into the lives of the Ryans. I love the quirkiness of Shane's insecurities, of Conor's soft loving side and his passionate, naughty one, too. The twins are different from each other in so many ways, but similar in others. All 4 of them totally and utterly adore Jessie and love her unconditionally. Jessie is their piece of peace in their often brutal world. She grounds them and offers them the love they so badly need and deserve. As for Jessie, well, she loves them all too with every bone in her body. I need more Ryan stories, please. Sadie xx
And a Ryan Christmas at that? Yes, please! From the tattoo where Coner helped calm Jessie down to finish it (and he didn't forgive her for making him explode in front of the tattoo artist) to the events leading up to Christmas. It was all a fun read and much longer than the other short stories. It was nice having more of all of them. The Christmas gift for next year was obvious though too.
I can understand why she couldn't decide between the guys. They each bring their own thing to the relationship dynamic.
The ex Jason was an idiot. And so were his brothers. Tsk tsk. That was the most mafia thing in the book.
WOW! Another phenomenal novella from the Ryan series! This novella is worth every minute of reading as it has a great storyline with all the incredible spice with Jessie and each brother as well as all together. Christmas was incorporated perfectly into the plot making it a hot holiday read! Definitely a novella that you’ll want to read again and again! Now here’s to hoping Sadie continues to write us more novellas of the Ryan brothers because she writes them so perfectly and I can’t get enough!
“Shane,” I groan his name softly. “I know, sweetheart,” he murmurs against my skin."
I wanted plot and Kincaid DELIVERED. This was the first novella where I felt we got more than just smut (which I love), but I love seeing Jessie doing something. I want to read about her being a mom, I want the banter, I want Shane on his knees, and a few people maybe dyeing.
The chokehold these characters have on me, is bordering on healthy.
I have never laughed so hard in my life. Even though this was a short stories I loved it! The other short stories were lovely but this one was like a book on it’s own. The “ex” that came back, the Christmas theme/presents. The cock ring 😂😂
Those 4 brothers have captured my heart and I am so excited to read some more about them. And is there a second pregnancy coming? Is it in another short story mentioned? Or are we getting another book about the brothers? 👀
100% recommend it but be aware that this is for 18+

I wonder if I can get a mass-list of all the authors who have wrote a book series I love, that I can give to Sadie Kincaid so she can convince them to write me novella's like this?!
Nothing makes me more sad than a book series ending - so after having four days of The Ryan Brothers (book 1-5) I truly wanted to cry at end of book 5. But these short and sweet little stories are truly making me feel less miserable about never getting any more time with these brothers.
On that note - the only thing better than The Ryan Brothers? The Ryan Brothers existing at Christmas time.
HEA Can be standalone, but its an installment of a series Trigger warnings MFM scenes Violence Public adult time
Jessie and the Ryan Brothers are still enjoying their lives together, with their twins. But another person from Jessie's past shows up and causes problems. At least she wasn't drugged this time when she gets snatched. No one gets away with touching the Ryans' wife. Hot steam and spicy making this an over 18 only book.
Huge fan of the Ryans & Jessie. This series is probably my fav why choose/RH romance and the little novellas that keep coming are so good and such a treat for fans of the series. The chance to sneak a peak at what they’re doing now 🥰. I’m hoping these books never stop. We need a New Years story. A Valentine’s story. Definitely St Patrick’s Day!!💚💚💚 and I would love to see another Ryan added to the family.
I Absolutely adore The Ryan's so getting those short stories is just sweet bliss. I absolutely love the sweet and possessive Conner. Then you have the possessive Shane ugh SHANE!!! The Ryan's Brothers, always ready to do anything for their queen JESSIE and their beloved 2 kids. I can't wait to get more and see the kids developed throughout the time.
Sadie like always has made an absolutely perfect story.
Book:A Ryan Short Story Author: Sadie KIncaid Recommend: Yes Spice: 🌶️️ 🌶️️🌶️️ 🌶️️ Age recommendation: 18-30+ Years My feelings:
Do you need a quick read that’s super juicy and spicy? This is it! These short stories are on fire! Im so not ready to leave the Ryans world. Like I need another 50 books! So these short stories help with my cravings lol
Every story of Jessie and the Ryan brothers is always a wild ride. I knew this would be spicy but I definitely didn't see some things coming, and some I did 😏😉 so easy to get hooked with these novellas and I loved that I got to this as we come closer to Christmas time. Now I'm curious, will the boys get what they asked for for next Christmas?
"Sadie Kincaid" is a captivating novel that follows the journey of its eponymous heroine as she navigates the complexities of life and personal growth. The story expertly blends elements of drama, romance, and mystery, keeping readers engaged from start to finish. Sadie is a well-crafted character, relatable and strong, making her personal trials and triumphs deeply impactful. The author's writing is clear and evocative, painting vivid scenes and emotions. While the plot sometimes treads familiar ground, the fresh perspective and emotional depth ensure a rewarding read. Overall, "Sadie Kincaid" is an enjoyable book that offers both entertainment and introspection.
This is one of the larger of the novellas in this series and for the most part it is pure smut.
It did however have a lot of the Xmas vibes, and I love how we get to see more of the twins, especially since they are only just born when the main series ends. I did also enjoy that there is some conflict from Jessie's past and therefore we get to see the mafia brothers in action again.
I do think you need to have read the rest of the main series to enjoy this. Otherwise, you may be lost.
I honestly can’t get enough of the Ryan brothers and Jessie. I loved the series, and fell in love even further when we got the extra book 5, and these mini books. I could never get tired of these characters. I love that in this book we get a bit of drama with plenty of yummy spice. The teasers that Sadie legit teased us with were the tiniest snippets and boy this book did NOT disappoint.
I love that we see Jessie being as brave as possible, and a little fun stuff with Conor in his office 😉. I love that Jessie is always ready to help the guys with their businesses, and steps behind the bar on a busy night. Of course with Jessie and Shane there’s a bit of drama and OTT possessiveness from Shane. For some reason this guy from Jessie’s past doesn’t realize who he’s messing with.
I feel bad about what happens during Christmas Eve, especially with how amazing it starts off, but in true Ryan fashion they find a way to come back! Also the baby sitters, how ADORABLE.
The 🌶 was next level, and that question at the end of the book, ugh SADIE! I need to know the answer to that question asap! This book is perfect for your Christmas reads, and if you haven’t started New York Ruthless definitely start so you can enjoy this awesome book!
