I couldn’t stand it. Not a great format for journaling, the prompts were meh, just not a great tool for advancing thought processes. It did, however, burn wonderfully in the wood stove, so kudos to the manufacturer for that.

The Daily Stoic 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance and the art of daily living is such a great book. I used/read it daily for the year 2025. Restarting it for 2026.

This is not just a book of daily meditation but a functional one. Ryan's interpretation of the context is practical and will definitely keep the reader grounded and that is why I highly recommend this to be a part of one's daily reading and practice.

I have always find difficult to read books such as Meditations, of Marcus Aurelius. However, this books is a good introduction to an opinionated understanding of the thoughts from Stoics such as Seneca, M.A., and others.
