I think its a must-read book for a startup founder to get the thinking going on how to scale the company. It has quite a good comprehensive overview on different elements one needs to set right in order to scale, in some places I found myself thinking I want some more examples or some chapters were not as deep as others, but everyone has its favorite topics, so its not a problem. There were nice links given to different sources, so one can easily start digging deeper. Anyway - I found many interesting angels to think about further and use in my work. So - worth to dig in!

A very practical and insightful book about what are the fundamentals and how to focus on them early on, so that you have a chance to scale fast and grow your startup into a large company.
I loved the simple and pragmatical approach with no-fluff, but only useful and practical information.
If you are a startup founder or working in a startup / scale up - this book is a must-read!

Great book on the technical side of business departments. Great if you are on your way but not so great if you are just starting out in business.
