You can call me sick or even twisted but when I saw it was a taboo read I was all in. Mary clutch your pearls and don't read this review if incest is something you can't read about. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is an incest romance and I loved it. As you can tell by the title Jace is Paisley's blood uncle. These two were brought together because of a crappy situation. Paisley was wonderful and was what Jace needed. Paisley deserved love and affection even if it was from daddy Jace. Just buckle up and enjoy the book. We all have a shady side and mine is incest taboo romance.

This was an extremely wholesome read which may blow some minds. I gave it such a high rating because it follows a theme I’ve grown to enjoy. This was taboo and we kept it all in the family but it was almost hard to believe they were uncle and niece. The story had good laughs, super hot sex and lots of TLC. This was the perfect read right before going to see “ STAR WARS Burlesque ”!!

If you’re not interested in this sort of book then stop reading. I don’t read incest books all the often and thats not because of the taboo nature I just don’t often find any that interest me but I’ve been loving this author lately so have it a read. This book was good but i just felt there was some missed opportunities to build up some tension. The smut was hot and I would have liked to have seen more of it!

I had a bit of a reading slump so I turned to this. Nothing like a good, taboo, smutty story to get me back in the swing of things.
The problem was this was neither taboo or smutty. How is that possible, you might be asking. Just look at the title. Yeah well the so-called incest was treated like nothing more than forbidden, similar to a dad’s best friend type story.
As for the smut… meh. Nothing to write home about.

The last chapter and epilogue were definitely rushed. It should have been more angsty but otherwise the writing was good and I hope the author writes more taboo stories in the future.

I love these kind of stories, because they are unique and different than mainstream books. This one was not as taboo as I thought it would be but still entertaining and enjoyable.

Taboo takes a certain kind of writing. You have to be reeled inn and willing to accept the wild ride you are about to take. This was so off the mark my first thought at the end was Boo. It was words on pages, nothing drew you in. Wouldn’t recommend.

As soon as I read this was a blood related, forbidden romance between uncle/niece I was all in!
Bad Uncle wasn’t what I was expecting, I was honestly expecting a very dirty, taboo forbidden romance, with little story plot- basically just smut!! Lol. But I was pleasantly surprised that it was really good! Had a really great story plot, and had some spice.
Jace may be her uncle, but when Paisley turned 18 he saw her in a different light, and after his accident a year prior and her helping him recover, he hasn’t been able to stop thinking about her. Paisley feels it too, helping him after his accident brought them closer, and her feelings aren’t as a niece and uncle relationship. But she doesn’t think there’s any way he feels the same.
Being together on a road trip, and getting stuck at a motel during a storm, forces them both to confront feelings and things really heat up!
This was a great taboo romance, good story plot, well written characters, not a lot of sexy scenes, but enough to make it spicy! And I loved how protective Jace was when s*!t hit the fan, he didn’t back down and walk away- neither did Paisley. They stood together, and were a united front. They didn’t care about the repercussions or fall out of being together. That was so good to see.

The book is an okay read, a few confusing or a bit of a lack of detailed areas and not as much storyline depth as I would’ve liked, because the synopsis actually made it sound to me like was not only going to read a detailed Spicy Taboo read but also a lengthy one and when I encountered the ending, I gotta say I was a truly a bit disappointed.
I mean I would probably read this one again as an immediate palate cleanser, if needed.

This was a quick, steamy read about two people who fight against their feelings that society just doesn’t except. I love that these two gave the bird to society and did them.

Saw this book on tiktok and IMMEDIATELY DOWNLOADED IT! And I was not disappointed! This is a true taboo story but I absolutely loved it. The forbidden love is some of the best stories I have ever read. I will not give anything away but I Highly recommend this if taboo/forbidden/age-gap is your thing. The spice was also AMAZING!

A taboo novella about a niece and uncle who really fell in love with each other before this story happened (they tell us this in their inner monologue, referring to time they spent together in the past in brief sentences) and they finally accept and give in to it during the present timeline in this story.
There were a few short steamy scenes that were great, but I wish there had been more (and longer) - if I'm going to read a dirty short I want it to be DIRTY. Instead, this one came across mostly sweet, and a majority of the short was telling over showing, via dual POV inner monologue interspersed by very brief showing scenes. That would be okay if the focus was on the steam, since it's pretty rare for good development in this length, but it felt like this was trying to be a complete story with hot steam, and it fell short on both counts by not giving the limited space to one over the other, or just being longer. There were about 40 errors that stood out to me while reading, but I wasn't reading with a fine-tooth comb so there might be even more. I wish more authors wrote full taboo, so big credit for that, which has me rounding up here.

I love anything that contains SMUT. I love Natalie's writing style. When I seen that this was a Taboo read I instantly bought the paperback. This book was a pretty good read and it was spicy.

They got together and the family disowned both of them. Paisley's dad and grandfather cut her off and disowned them. Paisley's dad stopped being a father to her when her mother passed away so she barely ever had a dad.
Jace was the one person she could always count on. He treated her like a person and not some object. She was always open to him and felt safe with him no matter what.

Holy sex and spice! The amount of steam in this book would cause a whole room of mirrors to fog up and I love it! The amount of sexual tension in the beginning of Jace & Paisley's story was thick, but once it was cut it was pure romance and spice that any smut lover would love! Taboo or not it was a perfect read and I can't wait for my copy to come in to add it to my shelf. Natalie Knight is a new to me author but knocked it out of the ball park with this read and I can't wait to read more from her!

Excuse me!? That line alone had no business being that frikken hawt!! When I tell you my heart stopped beating in my chest and I've been thinking about nothing but that line all day.
Omfg! This was my very first tabøø incest Uncle/Niece. The storyline is great, it doesn't border on creepy vibes (atleast not to me it didn't) instead their story blossomed when she was 20yro and bonded together more like good friends after he was in an accident and had to recover in a hospital. I love that they had a happy ending together.

I had to give myself a day before I reviewed this one. I know this trope is not everyone’s cup of tea. I for one love forbidden tropes. I loved Natalie Knight’s book F*cked so I HAD to read this one. I was not disappointed. I loved Jace, and how protective he was of Paisley. I really enjoyed learning about Jace’s backstory and how Paisley helped him through his accident. Will definitely be reading more of Natalie Knight’s books!

This was a short quick read. I love my taboos, the story follows Jace and Paisly. While on a family trip vacation, buried feeling arise. can the two deny it or with the face the truth. Jace has been in love with Paisly, know his feelings are wrong. While on the drive, Paisley realized her feelings for him as well. One night in a hotel changes everything for them. The story was well written, would have been nice if it was a bit longer.

This was a quick, age-gap, uncle/niece taboo love story. I really enjoyed it and the spicy scenes were just amazing! I was not disappointed as the sexual tension between Jace and Paisley in the beginning was just, UGH! I love the angst as well. Overall, perfect short taboo read for when I don’t have enough time for a full length novel.
