not as good as volume 1, but i’m invested at this point. minobe is still obsessed and attached to ichinomiya (which i love) but ugh i want to see more romance

Also ernsthaft, wie kann eine Manga-Reihe so perfekt sein? Ich hätte noch ewig weiterlesen können. Diese Zeichnungen, das Tanzen, die Chemie zwischen den Protas. Wie sie jeweils das Beste des Anderen herausholen und dann noch diese sexy Szenen - und dabei diese Cuteness! Ganz hohes Niveau! Ich kann nur hoffen und beten, dass es so schnell wie möglich einen nächsten Band geben wird.

This is such a beautiful series. The love between the two leads is undeniable, the joy they share together radiating off the page. And the art complements them beautifully, both in their faces and especially in the dancing. Everything is emotive, passionate, and lovely, and I enjoy every moment of it.

Hirune Cyan sensei’s bestselling story continues, this is the second volume out of three that she’s planned. I love her drawings, such realistic facial expressions showing emotions through the eyes, and well-toned physique with fluid dance movements.
These two officially became an item by the end of volume one, and volume two is mostly about the pair’s career planning.
That vicious teacher is so persistent, still trying to manipulate the uke to become a professional ballet dancer by promising him direct entry to St Petersburg Ballet after internship, without going to university. He trained up the uke like a puppet since he was a lil boy, and planned for him to follow his footsteps. The teacher gave two tickets to the Swan Lake performance as an attempt to encourage uke and discourage seme...
However the uke’s mom is very understanding and allows the uke to choose his own path, seeing the seme holding uke’s hand she realized the relationship between the two boys. When the mom joined ballet troupe in Europe in her younger days, she became so focused on improving her dance techniques that she lost joy and hurt her body.
The uke wants to perform on stage as he enjoys dancing under the spotlight. He doesn’t want to be told by others what he can achieve and where his limits are. Instead of the classical ballet’s emphasis on tradition and perfection, he actually enjoys contemporary dance’s freedom and personal expression.
The seme is being very understanding, proving the uke plenty of trust and freedom, leaving the career choice all to the uke, while quietly supporting him on the side. Meanwhile, the seme realized that he has a long way to go to become a professional ballet dancer so he trains extra hard to improve his technical skills.
These two are so sweet as they deepen their trust and partnership. They want to dance close to each other and be on stage together in the future. In recent years ballet and contemporary dancers would often perform together in the same show.
The Instagram post of the two’s ballet duet video is getting lots of hits and caught the attention from overseas, NCBC North Coast Ballet California will probably reach out in the next volume? Maybe it will be possible for two men to perform duet on stage?

I’ve been reading manga for nearly two years at this point and I just have to say that this series is absolutely now one of my favorites. It has romance, it has angst, it has steam. The writing is wonderful!
Minobe and Ichinomiya are iconic and beautiful and lovely and ugh yes please I NEED MOREEEEEE.

This one made me feel old a little bit - I remember reading this kind of situation, a professor taking advantage of an student, with like oh bad but like moving on and now I'm like TELL YOUR MOM SO SHE CAN CASTRATE HIM.
I love the established relationship and how in love the tsundere/cat character is with the sunshine/puppy. This was mostly a balm for the soul and I can't wait for the next volume.

Volume two wraps up the problem teacher of volume one. Ichinomiya tells Futami flat out he’s done with him running his ballet life. Minobe spends most of the volume in love and uncertain of Ichinomiya’s future plans. They support one another and their interactions make it very heartfelt and cute. Inchinomiya’s cat version is pretty funny. Looking forward to what vol 3 brings since we learn about scouting and troupes. Will this new person offer them a spot/audition and will it be together? 🤔

Más en sintonía que nunca, las vidas de Minobe e Ichi han cambiado desde que se conocieron meses atrás. El baile, el amor, la pasión y el entendimiento mutuo han hecho que ambos se enamoraran el uno por el otro y que las heridas de Ichi hayan sanado poco a poco gracias al brillo de Minobe y a la adoración que este último siente por él. A pesar de que deben separarse como pareja de baile en la escuela, eso no evitará que ellos sigan bailando juntos y que hagan planes conjuntos para el futuro. En este segundo volumen tenemos a Minobe e Ichi como una pareja formal. Disfrutando de su vida estudiantil y de su romance. Sin embargo, Futami regresa intentando manipular nuevamente a Ichi para llevarlo consigo al ballet ruso.
Este segundo tomo me pareció muchísimo mejor que el primero. Y es que se convierte en una historia sobre crecimiento. Nuestros protagonistas evolucionan, principalmente Ichi, quien ahora tiene luz propia, sonríe más y convive con los amigos de Minobe. Ya no está sufriendo a causa de lo que puede y no puede bailar, sino que busca maneras de seguir haciéndolo y dedicarse lo que ama. Se ha convertido en una mejor versión de sí mismo.
Ichi empieza a tomar sus propias decisiones sobre su futuro y Minobe hace lo mismo. Buscan seguir juntos mientras tengan las mejores oportunidades y continúen su pasión por la danza. Se aventuran al futuro buscando hacer lo que aman y sin volver a sus versiones pasadas. Siempre avanzando incluso si es a lo desconocido. Me parece una conducta muy sana en una relación.
Amé a la madre de Ichi y su relación con su hijo. Ella conoce cada aspecto del ballet y desea lo mejor para su hijo. Deja que elija lo que él considere mejor para si mismo. No quiere que pase por mismo que ella y llegar a hartarse de algo que amaba.
Por otro lado, nuestro antagonista Futami finalmente es dejado de lado después de ofrecerle a Ichi una oportunidad que creyó que no rechazaría. Es el tipo de persona que solo busca tener bajo su control a los demás, busca poseerlos. Lo odias porque es la clase de monstruo del día a día.
El arte en las escenas de baile es precioso. Creo que ha mejorado mucho en transmitir la elegancia del movimiento. También continúa teniendo escenas sexys pero realmente pasan a segundo plano a comparación del volumen previo.
Esta saga lleva un 4.5/5 hasta ahora para mi. Ya quiero leer la tercer parte.

A great sequel! I think the intimacy between the couple really showed through 💜 as well as their desire to lift each other up in their relationship. Such green flags. It seems the explicit scenes are fading out in this volume, and I find it doesn't matter because the intimacy remains consistent throughout. The plot definitely intensifies in this one, and also the pouting! So cute. I got what I wanted from this volume and my heart is warm, and my artist self is fed with both beautiful art and plenty of ballet 💜. Its got me back into ballet recently after a long injury, and also thinking about how one expresses themselves with their body. I love Ichinomiya's nonverbal expression. Its definitely his strength. He's ventured into more verbal expression in this volume and I had great laugh out loud moments. Also, we got more time with Manobe's friends :). Love, love, love me a green flag relationship!

Now this volume was FANTASTIC 🤩
Absolutely loved seeing Shun and Chihiro be jealous of each other’s new dance partners. The way it fired them both up and made them want to dance all the more was lovely 💖😭💖 I love how they both inspire each other in different ways. Chihiro wants to meet Shun’s level, and Shun feels a reinvigorated love for dance. It’s just precious!
I also loved seeing Shun stand up for himself and his dreams. The damn predator that is Futami wanted to take him away to Russia, and Shun gave him a resounding no. We love to see it! It was also nice to see how both boys could see how Petersburg is the next level for ballet, but not for what truly drives them to dance. They’re way too strict for the freedom Shun desires from dance.
I’m so looking forward to seeing where this story goes 🥺 My babies are precious, and I want them to keep loving and supporting each other 💖

Después del fiasco que ha sido (porque no conseguía que me importara un carajo) "World's End Blue Bird", leer éste tomo ha sido un soplo de aire fresco.
Me encanta el dibujo, la elegancia con la que la autora dibuja el ballet, la historia (aunque el tropo del profesor mayor que tiene intenciones chungas con un protagonista adolescente no me gusta nada, pero en fin ¬¬). En general, es una serie (porfa porfa porfa que no me pase como con otras series como con Fangs, Crimson Spell o World's End Blue Bird...) que me tiene enganchada, me importan sus personajes, me encanta verles bailar y cómo van a ir progresando en el mundo de la danza.
Y bueno, sí. Tiene su smut, pero no es como otros mangas que meten escenas cada dos por tres. Creo que una por tomo, máximo, está bien en éste caso...

In volume two, Minobe and Ichinomiya are an established couple and they are so sweet together. I love a no-drama, solid couple and so far these two are it. This volume has the two trying to figure out some future life/career plans, and while there is some drama, it's accompanied by quite bit of fluff. And a steamy bath.
On top of the very sweet story, the art is really beautiful. The first volume was a pretty cover buy so the art is definitely what drew me to the series, and it hasn't disappointed in the slightest.

Debo decir que pensaba que solo era un tomo 😂.
Me atrapa la manera de dibujar las coreos. Me parece muy dulce y apasionante la relación de estados dos personas. Además, me fascina ver los miedos, las expectativas y cómo funciona el mundo del ballet.
Tengo ganas de más, porque el final me tiene intrigade (que no es lo más novedoso, pero es pura emoción lo que me despierta la trama)

Tot allò que li faltava al primer volum ho tenim en aquest segon. Moltíssima més intensitat tant en la relació entre els protagonistes com en el món del ballet, que pren més importància per a la trama. Intrigada de llegir el següent :3

I know that things are going to get quite hectic in the upcoming vols, but I look forward to what this manga will show next.
