It’s common for young children to be restless, over-energetic, or a little impulsive sometimes. They want to learn things for themselves rather than accepting what others tell them, so they test the limits over and over.
Teresa is a wild child, so she runs, climbs, swings and bounces everywhere. She can hear her parents, but sometimes she is not the best listener. Most of the time, her wild behavior disrupts her parents and puts family members or her at risk.
Be Wild is a charming book that focuses on how to handle those children and how we can ease their aggression and channel their energy in the right direction so that they will be more focused and productive.
Sometimes kids need to be kids, and in trying to control them, we lose our temper, so let them try new things, let them learn from their own mistakes, and most importantly, tell them that they are always loved.
