If you are a hard-core skeptic and have no interest in trying to keep an open mind, skip this book. However, if you are open to at least reading about energy and manifesting and how some people have found their success in life using these, pick up a copy and read this book.

If you are an open-minded believer in energy and manifestation, then you will love the practical application that Suzanne shares. The last quarter of the book is full of tactical tools and exercises you can use to implement the 7 tools that the first part of the book covers.

I loved this book because it offers new insights into spiritual power. The author doesn't sugar coat the process, which is part of the book's charm. There is work to be done but the rewards are vast and identifiable. I'd like to think Suzanne Adams is part of a new wave of writers who take spiritual power to the next level. One of the first writers I encountered who did this was Stuart Wilde, who had no hesitation in recommending spirituality to kick ass and unapologetically make all your dreams come true. I LOVED this book. Its' content is as beautiful as the cover.
It is easy to read with practical tools for raising your energy. I had so many Ah-ha moments. As a result of raising my energy, I felt happiness and fulfillment flow as well as being able to not let outside negativity from others in. I will read it again because it is that good. :-)

One of the best books I've read on the topic of manifestation, it is easy to understand, you don't need to know quantum physics, Suzanne does an excellent job of explaining it in her own words and she has lived it. I am a licensed psychotherapist in CT and I have already mentioned it to a few clients, I may give a few out for holiday giving!
