That the heart is prone to ignoring all logic and reason.

I can make all the lists of reasons in the world…

This was a good read. Lexie works at a clinic for low income families. She needs help raising money. In comes Pierce who is also a doctor. They begin a complicated relationship together. Thankfully everything works out for them and they get their happy ending.

This one was my favorite so far resulting in a 5 for me. I don’t know what it was. I fell in love with Pierce and I fell in love with Lexie. I loved them both right away and how instantly they fell into each other but not without bumps along the way. It had a very forbidden but romantic aspect to their story. Their connection was unbelievable from the start and they didn’t try to deny it, instead they went for it. It was a nice change from the past two books. In those, there was always someone who held back and didn’t want to go all the way. With Lexie and Pierce, they did go all the way but knew it was wrong because of her father’s influence, that didn’t stop them though. It did briefly, but not enough to break up officially. It was nice reading about Pierce’s life and how he is outside of the medical clinic. I was initially painted a picture of a different kind of guy upon first meeting him in this series. I was under the impression he would be this arrogant, conceited guy but turns out he’s the opposite and I loved him even more for it. He was caring, full of life and a happy, compassionate man. I wish there was more intense, heated moments between him and Lexie but the amount I got, I can’t complain about. This wasn’t really a sex driven story as none of them have been but it makes the book more emotional. The drive between the two of them was admirable and it was more about stolen moments, tender conversations and meaningful moments that added up. I’m coming up on the last two books from this series so hopefully we go out with a bang.

Lexie is a pediatrician who started a non-profit clinic for low income residents called Hope Medical Clinic in Los Angeles. Her father is Sturgill Bardot a billionaire who started Bardot Hospital of Beverly Hills an exclusive hospital catering to prominent and influential individuals. He has his hands in a lot of medical endeavors except the one his daughter founded for low income residents. I found her parents to be coldhearted, pompous, snooty, holier-than-thou people. Lexie might have grown up rich but her attitude is down to earth, relatable, humble and lovable.
Pierce is a famous plastic surgeon who Sturgill recruited to work in his prestigious hospital. While he is known for his playboy ways he is also devoted to his family and patients. He runs into Lexie while at her parents house after she had an argument with her parents. While he knew he needed to steer clear of her they are drawn together.
What happens when one thing leads to another and they begin a forbidden affair. Can they keep their hearts out of it before someone gets hurt?
As their story progresses you can't help but be drawn to the drama, chemistry, twist, turns and the back and forth banter between them.

Can they navigate through the chaos to find happiness on the other side?

Lexi is Sturgill’s daughter, head of Bardot Hospital. She runs a Clinic in an area where people cannot afford medical care and her clinic is in danger of shutting down; she has also had a thing for Pierce for over a decade. When she sees him at her family house for dinner, she runs out of the house after a fight and leaves with him. When they start seeing one another, they know it can only end going their separate ways; her father would fire him and disown her. They decide to do something about the clinic; they organize a charity function. They cannot stay away from one another and there are problems they have to contend with; big problems. What will happen if her parents find out? Will they be able to save the clinic? What will become of the two of them in the end?

Pierce is a plastic surgeon is Lexie's father is his boss. Lexie runs a clinic where people don't always have the funds to pay for care. Sparks fly between Pierce and Lexie as they try to fight their growing attraction. As he is helping her organize a charity event to make money for her clinic Pierce starts to want her more. Its not long before they are seeing each other but both worry about how her father will react. Can their relationship be something serious for them? What will her father do if he learns about them?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

This forbidden romance drew me in and had me in Pierce and Lexie's corner. When Lexie leaves her home after a family incident, she ends up leaving with Pierce who has a reputation as being a ladies' man. He and Lexie connect but knows that her father would fire Pierce for being in a relationship with Lexie. Lexie runs a clinic for lower income families and is at risk of it closing down. Pierce helps her with a fundraiser for the clinic but as their feelings grow will they get their chance for happiness given the feelings of her parents?

Lexie runs a low/no cost clinic where everyone can get care. Pierce is a plastic surgeon and works for Lexie's father. Lexie has feelings for Pierce but he's a ladies' man not to mention he's friends with her father. This is a forbidden, age gap romance with likable characters, drama, steam, and a story that’s a page turner. I loved Pierce and Lexie for each other and I was cheering them on to get their happily ever after. Hot Doctor and Billionaire's Daughter is book three and a great addition to the series. I look forward to reading about more hot doctors. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Great story!

Pierce is a plastic surgeon. His boss is Lexie’s father. Lexie has a clinic. Sometimes the people can’t pay her. Her father is a billionaire and refuses to help support the clinic. Being around Lexie, Pierce starts to start thinking like her and is slowly falling for her. She always had a crush on him. There is a 14 year age difference. Secretly they have a relationship. But everything spills out and it is chaotic. Read and see what they go through to be together.

Pierce and Lexie are both doctors. She is a general practitioner and he is a well known plastic surgeon. He is an Italian who has made good and he works for her domineering father. She needs an influx of cash to save her community healthcare hospital. They have been on the periphery of each other for years but actually notice each other in unusual, unexpected and emotional circumstances.

She’ll meet Pierce who’s a plastic surgeon and their relationship just goes off the charts that almost a forbidden. You really should read this one!

Needs an editor who can spell

Irritating to me when I find spelling mistakes and things like right/write used incorrectly. Please!!
I liked the story but this sort of thing really takes away from it.

Drama drama drama

These two go through some drama! Older man, younger woman, rich parents who think they can run it all.
I love her strength in her life; working to get what she wants. I love that she was able to show him what he was missing and making sure he knew it.

I enjoyed reading this book. The reason for only four stars is because there are so many grammatical errors and spelling errors. It really disrupts the flow of your reading.

Loved it!

This was an excellent read. I was hooked from the very beginning. The characters were fantastic. The storyline was spot on. The ending was absolutely beautiful.
