A mob boss wants my hand in marriage and he refuses to let me say no.
As gorgeous as he is mysterious, Hunter Lombardi is feared throughout the world. What frightens me isn't his reputation, it's how safe I feel when I'm around him.
He's a smoking hot and dangerously obsessive mafia boss. And he saved my life when my ex attacked me.
Now he wants repaying with me spending a month as his wife. Thirty days and then we go our separate ways. Which would be fine if not for two huge problems.
My violent ex is coming for me. And Hunter's baby is growing inside me.
Married to the Mafia Boss is a surprise pregnancy mafia romance, first in the Italian Mob Daddies series. The series continues in book 2 - Knocked Up by the Mafia. Each book can be read as a standalone or enjoyed as part of the series. Contains intense scenes that may trigger some readers including firm discipline.
This isn’t worth a read. There was too much nothing going on that even the author lost track of what she was writing. So many plot holes and unneeded unexplained situations. The side characters and their back stories also made zero sense.
This is advertised as a surprise pregnancy. There is no pregnancy until the last 1% of the book. That’s not what a surprise pregnancy trope book is. If you advertise books as tropes they’re not you’re just setting yourself up for failure with the reviews.
This story starts out fast and keeps going. Bex’s is overseas for her magazine job when her ex-boyfriend Oswald finds her, he’s been stalking her. Now he’s found her again and she’s scared he’ll beat her up worse than the last time. She escapes into the arms of a mysterious man across the hotel hallway. Hunter is the dark, handsome mysterious business man she soon meets again on the plane back home to Chicago. Little does she know the company she works for has just been sold and new boss who’s firing everyone. A fun fast-paced story as these two strong willed people battle, as Hunter tries to keep Bex safe from Oswald and under his control. Hunter is always planning and scheming, he wants Bex to be his daughter’s nanny, in his bed and as his wife and he’ll make her dreams come true when everything is over. I love his daughter Alicia and Toby his lawyer, he tries to give good advice, but Hunter has a mind of his own about winning, marring first and fathering a child to be his father’s heir to the Italian mafia. Hunter is the second born son and he must fight to discredit his brother Ernesto who’s set to inherit. There’s a lot going on in this story, it’s filled with twist and turns as the truth comes out about who killed Hunter’s first wife, why the vicious cop Brody is after him and who’s helping to frame him for Hunter for different crimes. I absolutely loved this book so much going on in the Mafia world, then you have a female that needs saving. This book was definitely a pages turner and Rosa Milano really brought it home with the twist and turns, suspense, killing, manipulation, secrets, bribery, lies, lusty, raunchy, dominance, submissive, rough, marriage, and many more emotions throughout this book. Bex went to Italy to pick up a dress for her boss, she was in her hotel room when her ex decided to make an appearance trying to break the windows to get in so she ran out of her room looking for help. Hunter is a gorgeous ruthless man and very good with getting what he wants, he went and saved the day and assists her with her problem. Hunter made sure he bags would be at the airport waiting and then they were off to have breakfast, his phone rang that stopped him from going to breakfast, then they ended up being on the same plane only to join the mile high club. Hunter found everything he needed to know about Bex. Bex wasn't expecting to see Hunter again until she rolled up to work to find out he is her new boss.

So much hatred and discord, jealousy and lying but love was able to manifest itself. Beautiful!
Bex was Rome to pick up a dress for her boss at Unique Couture Monthly a fashion magazine. Her ex boyfriend followed her and was trying to break into her hotel room window. She ran out to get help when she ran into Hunter Lombardi. Hunter protected her and they kind of built up a friendship. The flight back to the States was delayed and her boss blamed her and fired her. Hunter was in Rome on business trying to locate a memory chip. Hunter gained control over the building that Bex worked and cleaned out all the companies except the fashion magazine. He started cleaning house at the magazine after he fired the editor and two employees who was stealing from the company. Bex saved the other employees job but she became the nanny to Hunter’s daughter. Hunter was trying to become the Don when his father retired and his brother along with the detective was trying to frame him for murdering his wife. So much action and twists and turns but love manages to blossom in the end. Great story!
I am a fan of Rosa Milano's and I enjoyed Sinful Tyrant for the most part. Hunter is a domineering, alpha male, who expects his word to be obeyed by those around him because that is who he is and the power he holds. He is a man used to getting things he wants done. When he needs to best his brother to keep control, he again does what he must and offers Bex a deal.
Unfortunately, I wasn't completely a fan of Bex. She was too wishy washy about Hunter, his business, and accepting his help. It might have been because she is supposed to be 18 years old, but her age didn't seem to fit with the rest of her character.
Bex needs protection from her ex and her boss Hunter steps up with a plan, become fake married for 2 months hebwill solve all her problems I'd shebwill solve his, as a criminal on the run he needs a cover and Bex fits the bill but things get a little complicated, lines get crossed what's meant to be fake starts to become very real where will it leave them? Well written steamy fake romance, boss/employee, engaging with desires drama and more.

If you love dark mafia romance then I believe that you will love Hunter & Bex's story as much as I did. He'll solve all my problems if I spend a month as his bride so I accept the offer. Little did I realise that I would be putting my heart on the line. He reminds me that our marriage is ending soon & I'm scared my life will shatter & what about the baby growing inside me?.

Mutually beneficial, Bex and Hunter can save each other from the situations each Bex and Hunter find them selves in. This book is an entertaining and steamy read. It was suppose to be all fake, but it does not stay that way. I love the dual point of view because I get the perspective from both Bex and Hunter.

I haven’t read anything by this author before but I am glad I did. I really liked this book. Hunter is the typical dominant man who meets Bex. Bex is unlike anyone he has met before she speaks her mind and doesn’t like submitting. Loved there love story although the last couple of chapters dragged on with their sex lives but overall I would recommend this book.
This is the first book in the series and it doesn’t disappoint. The h meets the H when she is running away from her abusive ex. He helps her out. They have an immediate attraction and have a one night stand. He is entranced by her and makes it possible to see her again. She doesn’t know he is in the Mafia. The plot is very good, there’s a corrupt cop, betrayal, murder and a HEA. Great ending.
I'll be honest, I've never been disappointed with a Rosa Milano novel. The dynamics between the main characters is always wonderfully written. The storyline is engaging, and keeps you hooked from the beginning. Would recommend.

Married to the Mafia Boss (Previous Title: Sinful Tyrant) by Rosa Milano is the story of Bex and Hunter. Bex is a young women who is working on assignment but is also working to stay away from her dangerous ex. Bex ends up meeting Hunter who ends up helping her to stay safe and this starts their story.
This is Hunter & Bex’s story. As gorgeous as he is mysterious, Hunter Lombardi is feared throughout the world. What frightens me isn't his reputation, it's how safe I feel when I'm around him. He's a smoking hot and dangerously obsessive mafia boss. And he saved my life when my ex attacked me. This was an exciting & entertaining read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.
Had I known I was about to read about a baby fresh out of high school, I never would’ve attempted to read this book. I’m an adult who, despite a penchant for the slightly fantastical, prefers to read about adults, not children. I couldn’t get past her age. Not cool. Not cool at all.
I loved Hunter; I am 50/50 on Bex; she had moments when she annoyed me, and I had difficulty connecting to her. Maybe it was her age and immaturity? She was often repetitive, and the miscommunications were getting a little annoying. But the spice was good, and Hunter was a great H.
the “surprise pregnancy” didn’t come until 90% of the book, barely talked about & shouldn’t be included in the title, it’s an okay book, but again it’s not a pregnancy mafia book. disappointing
Two stubborn, interesting lead characters. Many unexpected twists. Sassy, intelligent women. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a great mental escape.
This was intense and funny. Absolutely loved their dynamic. It's not often you read about brothers going head to head for Don and not in that way. It's definitely worth the read.
The description didn’t match the story. But the story was still good. Love the alternating pov. There was passion and possession. We love a good Mafia romance where are dark male protagonist isn’t so dark after all.
This book was actually pretty good! I’m in my Mafia romance era and i finished the last book the sophie larks kingmakers series and i came across this and was not disappointed at all!
I read this book and I didn't like it at all. The characters to me feel disconnected from each other. I thought the pregnancy would be more in the face or even more at the beginning and not at 10% left to the book.
The first sex scene was hot but after that there not good.
