I’m the Rich Girl and my life is practically perfect. Until Aidan West crashes into it at a charity dinner hosted by my grandparents. He’s a server there and thinks I’m a snob because I’m the daughter of the richest people in town. What a jerk. Good thing I’ll never see him again.
Then he shows up at my school.
He and I silently agree to stay out of each other’s way. Things go well, until I’m forced to work at the catering company he’s a server at. Now we need to be civil toward one another for the sake of our jobs.
But the more I get to know him, the more I realize I was wrong to judge him. He’s just trying to keep his family afloat after his dad died. And when he comes to my rescue after another guy gives me trouble, I know things will never be the same between us.
Could I be falling for my enemy?
Rich Girls Don’t Fall for Poor Boys is the seventh book in the Invisible Girls Club, a sweet YA contemporary romance series. If you like invisible girls who snag the boys of their dreams, this book is for you!
Hi! I'm Emma and I write sweet YA romance novels that will make you swoon. When I'm not writing, I love to read, play video games, get lost in a good movie, and I eat way too much junk food. My sweet YA books include The Invisible Girls Club series, The Hotties Next Door series, and Crushing On The New Guy. I also write sweet adult romance books under Emma Lynne, including the Single Girls Club series. I love hearing from my readers, so please don’t hesitate to email me or follow me on Facebook.
This review might short because I don’t have much to say.
But I did like this book. I think Aiden and Ava did treat each other wrong in the beginning. Especially Ava with hating him. But deep down I think he might’ve liked him and vise versa but both didn’t know it.
Until he saved her from that horrible boy. Plus her grandma didn’t look at him funny just because he was poor and they wasn’t I liked that. She stopped trying to control Ava with what she wanted her to do.
After that happened with Grayson. It’s crazy how Grayson turned out just like his mom. I think Paisley turning out like her mom too. But I keep thinking that Liam and Paisley might end up together. Because it’s something about the kids that listed in the beginning all of the going to get a book I think. I do hope so too.
Plus Lexi and Brock I can see them together when they get older. I am also happy that Aiden found out what happened to his dad and those people had done that too him.
Okay, this book was a rollar coaster for me. 48% in and I seriously thought I would give it 2 stars. Aiden was a serious ass to Ava. He didn't even KNOW her and made all these judgements and was super rude to her, which obviously made her retaliate. Honestly, he's lucky her grandma was so understanding or I would have fired him for how he treated her. BUT after he noticed her being kind to his sisters, his attitude started to slowly change. Ava, on the other hand didn't wast energy on thoughts for Aiden unless he was near her. Her thoughts were always on cheering up jer friends. But when Aiden started speaking civilly to her, Ava got confused and tried to be more civil too. They learned to work together, then slowly become friends before they started liking each other. Aiden became her hero and she brought light into his life. The character development was AMAZING! Not only for Aiden, but Ava too! She was always kind and considerate but now she learned to be responsible and wise! I absolutely LOVED Ava and loved seeing her grow. While I didn't think Aiden deserved her, he turned around so much that I was swooning by the end. Totally love them together! Cant wait to read about Chloe and Liam next 😍
3.5 Stars After the high I've been on from the last book I have to say this one has left things to be desired .. it was nice, but not as enjoyable as the previous books In this book we will follow Ava, Dani and Easton's daughter, she is super rich and she likes spending her money on her friends to make them happy, but her parents gets worried about her and want to teach her responsibility so they send her to work with her grandmother in her catering business where she meets Aiden (she met him before and had a fallout with him but moving on) he is not rich and he hates rich people, specially after the death of his father, but now they have to work together and put their feelings aside .. can they do it ? I usually don't like the plot of the Rich Girl Poor Guy but this one was actually nice and I like how Ava is not a spoiled brat, her heart in a very good place but she needed some discipline which is a new take on the rich heiress .. her relationship with Aiden was nice and fluffy and the ending is extremely happy .. I'm kind of disappointed that I finished all the books that are out so far and I will be waiting for Chloe's story :D
Welcome to WOW again! I loved this story. Just as good if not better than her parent's love story. It's such a sweet story. Both hate each other and then through understanding each other and life experiences love intervenes and takes over. It's the best. These are clean enough that I'm okay to let my daughters read them. I didn't think my daughter who prefers scary books would like them. However, she came out with the biggest dimpled smile thanking me for the books showing up on her kindle. In her words, "They are so cute and I love them!" She's 13 and I'm 47. HOw fun to have another connection with my daughter.
I absolutely love this series because of how cute and sweet it is. Every time I read part of this series it reminds me of how incredible love can be at a young age and how love can stay forever with some people. I feel like part of this group when I read this series. Ava and Aiden are from two different worlds that come together unexpectedly with a crash of faith. Slowly they are realizing how much they were wrong about each other and started to realize how wonderful each other is. The friendship and the family relationship in these books are truly amazing to read. How there is support, understanding, protecting and love. I can't wait to read the next one.
In the 7th book in the Invisible Girls Club, it starts out as two people from different worlds collide. One is a girl who was born into a rich family and the other a boy who has to work to take care of his family. As people often do they get the wrong first impression of each other. Slowly they begin to see the world through each other’s eyes. As they begin a sweet friendship that slowly blossoms into a first love. This book is a wonderful read. Enjoyed it immensely.
It was a bit redundant although the vent that happened were different. The people didn’t feel like they had different personalities compared to the parents and it’s similar to all the other books so didn’t feel like a new story as much. It’s still very clean, only kissing and was enjoyable to read, butredundant.
I like this one, but the absurdity of the extremely wealthy is difficult to overcome. Their slow burn was well earned though, and the progression from enemies to lovers was well paced.
The seventh book in the invisible girls Club is finally here! This follows the love story of Ava Knight, aka Dani and Easton’s daughter and picks up right where the previous book left off. Literally, it starts at that exact moment.
I’ve always felt like Ava wasn’t exactly invisible (read the series if you haven’t to understand why I think this), but we truly get a glimpse into Ava’s thoughts with her POV. In all honesty, this felt more like hate to love more than just enemies to lovers. And it felt more true to the trope than all the other books in the series but that’s just my view.
And Aidan? Oh, that boy could use some therapy. But his sisters were really cool and I enjoyed them, especially Lexi. I hope we get to see more of his sisters. If not, then that’s okay. That boy has been through so much since his father’s death (not a spoiler if it’s mentioned in the blurb) and I wish we got a little bit more of a glimpse into his life (I mean I wish we saw more of him in the previous book. Aidan’s collage was a tricky one to make lol).
I also wished that this was specifically a Christmas love story because I believe that this would be perfect. But I will settle for this to be the Die Hard of books (not about Christmas but I will consider this to be a Christmas book because half of it takes place during December and nothing is going to change my damn mind about it).
Then there’s more that I can’t write on this review because of spoilers but overall, I personally prefer this over Jocks Don’t Fall for Bookworms. But please go check this book out and then DM me so I can talk about it with you!
I can’t wait for Chloe’s story, Emma! Fingers crossed that it’s a love triangle of some sort with Liam involved…oooh now THAT would be juicy!
Another phenomenal book is this phenomenal series!!! Completely obsessed with these characters and LOVE how the author is continuing this series with the Junior musketeers!! Love this!
