“If The Vampire Diaries and Teen Wolf had an Irish baby, it would be The Hybrid Wolf Series.”

Balancing her old life with the paranormal world isn’t easy, especially when a night out with her best friend ends with a dead body.

Eve thought she would get a fresh start after leaving her ex and his power-hungry pack behind. She had a plan. Get to know her new pack more, build a new life, and ignore her growing attraction for Luke. Simple. But when a human is murdered and the target looks suspiciously like Eve, she’s forced to delve deeper into the paranormal world and face her feelings about the hot werewolf sleeping on her couch.

Luke doesn’t believe in coincidences. Losing Eve is not a risk he’s willing to take, so the moment she’s in danger, he insists on moving in and helping her solve the murders. So what if it goes against his dad’s orders? Being her guard dog wasn’t the plan, but he’s convinced she feels the same. Protecting Eve and this pack is all that matters.

While hunting for answers, they realise that the sinister plans for hybrids run deeper than just power and they’re not acting alone.

Eve will stop at nothing to rescue the other hybrids, but what else is at stake?

Blood Moon is the second book in The Hybrid Wolf Series, a Dublin-based paranormal urban fantasy romance.

If you like werewolf shifters, he falls first romance, found family, and plenty of sarcasm along the way, then you will love the latest instalment in Ciara Delahunt’s addictive series.

Ciara writes paranormal romance with dark twists, spice, and a heavy dose of sarcasm. Her books feature strong women, morally grey love interests, suspense, and found family. She lives in the Irish countryside with her boyfriend and their two cats. When she doesn’t have her head stuck in a book, you will find Ciara walking in the parklands nearby, in the gym, passed out on her yoga mat, or screaming at a rugby match.

A book-dragon from birth, her love of reading bled into writing when she was a teenager, and the rest is history. Ciara can’t write without music and loves nothing more than to be curled up with her laptop and a mocha in her favourite coffee shop, writing to her heart’s content.

a good time

If you are a character development reader, it’s not for you. But if you want fast paced, easy to read entertainment I recommend. Sometimes the writing errors were hard to overlook but not impossible

I received an ARC copy for this and read it in a day! It's not very often this happens but I loved this book. I'm very curious to see where this story end up going as lots of new mysteries are opening up and I have so many questions. The relationship between Eve and Luke is wonderful, the pack is great and adds some amazing supporting characters. It's very easy to feel a part of the pack yourself while you read.

As the sequel to Wolf Bait, this book has everything you want in a paranormal urban fantasy! The slow burn was unreal and so worth it!
There was no stopping the action and it was written so well I could visualise it all. We learned something new every page and still ended up with more questions!
Luke and Eve are just meant to be. No questions asked.
You’ve got werewolves, vampires, demons, sirens and Fae in there!
You feel all the emotions right alongside the characters as we see them try to navigate the mysteries and secrets of their enemy pack. Loved it 💖

I loved this book more than the last and can't wait for the next!

Delahunt has a way of sucking you into her world and not letting you go until she's done with you. Her descriptions, her world building, and her character development are *chef's kiss* and I have licked Luke and claimed him as my own. Soz.

This is the sequel of wolf bait, and omg it was amazing. The slow burn is spot on, I found myself shouting at the book to just get together. The peak of the storyline and the cliffhanger ending means i will be on the edge of my seat waiting for book 3.

THIS SERIES!!! I absolutely devoured this book and can’t wait for the next. Blood Moon continues along Eve’s story, navigating this new world as a hybrid, trying to fit in, heal from trauma, while also trying to uncover the actions of her old pack and the possible link with murders taking place in the city.

This is the first paranormal urban fantasy series I’ve read and it’s fair to say I’m hooked. I love Ciara’s writing and the way her characters feel like home. I would absolutely recommend this series!!
