The hilarious rom-com series about three NYC roommates from #1 New York Times bestselling author Tessa Bailey, now in a single volume!

This bundle includes the following Broke & Beautiful novels:

CHASE ME: In need of some quick cash, out-of-work actress Roxy Cumberland signs up to deliver a singing telegram to a gorgeous, cocky lawyer. After she performs an ode to his junk courtesy of his recent one night stand, she expects to never see the him again. But a sizzling kiss against his doorjamb leaves both of them wanting more and Roxy intends to make the rich boy work for it, even if he has to chase her all over NYC.

NEED ME: When Honey Perribow traded in her cowboy boots for stilettos and left her small Kentucky town to attend Columbia University, her sole focus was her medical degree. Then she meets her hot, young English professor and she vows to find a crack his tweed-wearing, glasses-clad exterior. While at an off-campus party, an accident lands them in a dark, locked closet and their chemistry is explosive. But their attraction is forbidden, no matter how much they need each other...

MAKE ME: With the fate of her family's company on her shoulders, Abby Sullivan barely has time to sleep, let alone date. And it doesn't help that her best friend is always hovering, like a sexy, over-protective hulk. They've always been "just friends", but lately, Abby wants more. She can tell he wants her too, even if he'll never allow himself to have her. She's ready to turn the friendzone into foreplay... and make him lose control.

I didn’t even finish Chase Me and hated it. I get the whole having to get through the beginning of a book to enjoy it but absolutely no. This book had no emotion, no interaction (unless it involved sex or sexual thoughts) like what made him even like her? Let me tell you, her being dressed up as a bunny or a stripper. I hated how it gave the idea that women expose ourselves to be chased around like we are sticks while men are dogs. Hated it. If there was a lower rating then one start I would give it. And I’m really disappointed because I have read a few books from Mrs.Bailey but this book was so terrible I didn’t even want to finish it.

I really liked these books and the three couples but it was very spicy which I usually appreciate but for some reason, this time it was just a little too much for me.

I am now a Certified Tessa Bailey Stan. I found these books so fun and sexy without sacrificing rich character development. It’s what I always want out of a romance novel series and I can’t wait to read more.

This looks like a cute series from these covers (though the original covers differ GREATLY); however, they are stories with “action” that lack any interesting plot whatsoever. I had serious qualms about all 3 relationships.

This is for Make Me. Normally I enjoy a fun spicy read but this one just didn’t click with me and it was a tough one to finish. It was really un-comfy to read and I normally love Tessa Bailey. It hasn’t put me off reading other Bailey books, but I probably won’t read the rest in this series in a hurry.

Excellent Book

This set of books had me from the beginning!!! I loved each book as they brought out each person’s personality and their soles. I always hate when I finish each book because I miss the characters. I wish every book and set could be made into a movie. I would definitely watch each one!!! Tessa Bailey is my favorite author!!! I’m addicted to her books!!!!

I LOVED THIS SERIES!

Each couple was fun and relatable and humorous and sweet!

I felt so drawn in to each couples stories!

Louis and Roxy’s story was fun and sexy! The fact that this man CHASES HER AROUND TOWN because he was so captivated by her! GAHHHHH and they’re chemistry was off the charts. 😫

Ben and Honey’s story was one I don’t normally dabble in with it being a professor x student relationship but boy oh boy was that spicy and delicious! Who knew a English professor could also have a dirty mouth 😏

Now ABBY and RUSSELLS story was my ultimate fave! A best friends to lovers where there is so much sexual tension I could cut it with a knife!? Sign me up! Russell is the sweetest yet most FILTHY mouthed man out of all three but his heart of gold won me over. How he wanted to make sure Abby was always taken care of and he always wanted to protect her. GAH! And when they were right on the line of crossing between staying friends or being more. Those were the best times! 🥵

Oh my did I plow through these like the three ladies were plowed! (That’s a terrible first line but I couldn’t not). Did I rate them a three because they were not as good as I was expecting, no. They were exactly what I was expecting and fit the need in every way. I am only rating them a three because they were predictable and sure maybe not the best writing but who gives a shit since they were quick reads that I devoured. Do you need a book with sex? Read these. Do you need a book with romance? Read these. Do you need a book with men that make stupid mistakes and fight to win the lady back? Read these. Do you need a quick read to get out of a reading slump? Read these. Maybe be smarter than I was and don’t read them in the lunchroom at work…

I don’t remember when I started reading these or when I exactly finished but I know that they were all either a single day read or a day and half.
SUCH A GOOD SERIES. Tessa Bailey is an amazing author who I think is great for the people who like to read romance and get all the cute moments, spicy one-liners, and basically an all around good story. Great spice as well! I mainly read books from Tessa Bailey.
Anyways, the characters in all these books are amazing. Chase Me is a great found family experience, Need Me is my favorite professor/student story and Make Me is one of the best friends to lovers.
By the third book it’s a great group of characters who all become friends and create such a group that made me love the stories all the more.

I love this box set

Roxy meets Louis when she is needing money and dresses up as a bunny and sings a song about his manhood. Ben is Honey's professor at her college which is the forbidden. Russell and Abby meet at her room mate's party and turned from friends into something more.
This set deserves fifteen stars because each story is five stars each. I don't know which couple I love more. Louis and Roxy, Honey and Ben or Russell and Abby. I recommend this box set to any romance lover.

So, Tessa Bailey is a favorite romance author now, but these—as far as I can tell—were her practice books. They’re okay, but they don’t hold a candle to her more recent stuff.

These books are all insta-love and taboos with an unhealthy dose emotional torture and so much sex as to barely qualify as romance. I kept thinking the next one couldn’t be as meh as the previous one—but all three were the same.

Loved the characters and the spice!! However, I found some of the spicy scenes hard to get through, since many times they hadn’t resolved conflicts, which made the characters feel insincere at times. Overall, I feel like they forgave and moved on too quickly, given the extremity of the actions and hurt, but loved the happy endings regardless, lol. Definitely makes sense for young love, I guess. Burned through them nonetheless.

No thanks.

I'm usually a fan of TBs books but I had a hard time even finishing the first novella. I didn't even attempt the last two. i know these types of books are ones of fantasy but how this shaped up is beyond. There should be some sort of illusion of the "real world" but this one (and assuming the other two) were just too much for me to get past how unrealistic their relationship was. Hard Pass.

I read Make Me in this mini series by Tessa Bailey. I heard many good things about her writing, which is why I wanted to give her book a try. I was sorely disappointed. The plot of this book was lacking. The male main character was toxic and how he acted towards the female main character was unacceptable. I have read Colleen Hoover books better than this. The spiciness of the book was the only thing good about it.

It was a good book. I did go through a reading slump in the middle of this book so by the time I picked it back up I was not as immersed into the story as I usually am. I do love the characters though. Tessa does a great job depicting both POVs and their own personal struggles and I really enjoyed that aspect.

I really really enjoyed all 3 of these books. Chase me was my fav, followed by Make me then Need me.

I read each of them in 1 day, downloaded on my phone when I had nothing to read on holidays recently.

3 stars only because they were short, predictable, and just a really easy read, but I enjoyed them a lot!

Chase me- adorable sexy cute. Loved Louis so much he was a great male character. Roxy was a bad bitch and I strive to be her. They were hot and cute🥺

Need me- ridiculous but hot and adorable. The ending made the whole book. His letter to her had me tearing up it was precious.

Make me- somewhat good plot line, Russell is dumb and abby is annoying, their fight kinda sucked. Them getting married before Louis and Roxy made me annoyed but they were cute.

Overall
Loved them they were adorable. Loved that they all like went together it was nice to see the characters/ relationships from each book go to the next.

I just love Tessa Bailey! The 1st and 3rd were my fave. The 2nd felt the weakest to me. I definitely struggle with the professor/student romanticizing in general, but it wasn't bad, it's just not my favorite HEA!

I have read both the books and am about to start on the 3rd. It’s great just I can’t handle 3rd person. If your like that don’t read this! It’s amazing and cute but it doesn’t hit like a first person pov. It’s great but if you like first person skip this series.

DNF did Tessa Bailey get a ghostwriter for her newer stuff or just take lessons ?? My god what a difference. I got stuck at the roommates becoming ravenous because they synced up. I’m going to try it happened one summer next but wow I truly didn’t think this was the same author?

Read Chase Me only (can’t find on own here).
Not TB’s best work, expected more based on previous reads though some good scenarios.
