What a wonderful little book! Unfortunately I tend to always see the negative and I am constantly plagued with worry about the future. This book made me see this about myself. Now comes the hard work of changing my thoughts and trying to see things in a different light.

Learning to Be Positive

Growing up, my Dad was pretty much always negative.
When Mom passed away, Dad moved in with me and stayed for 5 yrs till he passed away july 2021.
I caught myself being negative all the time and living with Dad showed me how ugly it sounded and was.
I, like many others, lived the exact same kind of life Joyce lived with pretty much until Dad passed away. Now there is NO excuse for any of my bad actions. 😉

Encouragement and Refreshing

Joyce Meyers delivers a positive message that is based in scripture. I’m going to re read so I can write down these scriptures. A book for meditation.

This little book impacted me far more than I ever thought it would. Each morning after scripture study, I would read one, two, or three pages out of this book and ponder on the insights and encouragements found there. I learned some new things, saw familiar principles in a new way, and each day left its pages inspired. Easy format with an appropriate scripture or two on the left page and a paragraph or two of text on the right, interspersed with lovely pictures & design, and wrapped in a comfy-to-hold and cheery-to-look-at cover.
