This was a quick and easy read that I enjoyed. Raquel and her brother Brent who where kidnapped as children and sold into slavery but where quickly brought by Mistress Nivalris who is rotten to the core and as they got older she took her brother to her bed but when the chance came to escape he takes it leaving her behind but she had plenty of chances herself but would never leave him and now the Mistress has a job for her and the prisoner she has in the basement. Cadel is a smuggler who use to be a Prince Cadel of the Younson Kingdom who walked away after his parents wanted him to marry Nivalris but when he learned how evil and nasty she is he refused to marry her and left it all behind. Now he has been captured along with his men and his ship but nobody has come to question him at all but a females brings him food and when she comes to clean him and feed him food he realizes how gorgeous she really is but he soon feels funny did she drug him and if so what does she want from him now she washes him and he is turned on by her touch and when he breaks free he takes her virginity and now she is his mate and will carry the heir to the throne. Can he keep his mate safe and can they escape the evil woman that he realizes he was to marry.

The author manages to pack a lot of storytelling and depth into this forty page short read, with a satisfying ending that I did not see coming. Raquel and Cadel come together at a time of stress, both with their own secrets and problems and what should have been essentially just erotic was actually quite romantic in its own way.

The detail in the writing is excellent and the story was thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend Andersen's books.

Really sweet!

This is another short alien novella that is definitely Steamy!!!
Raquel was captured as a slave as a child but she was asked to take care of another slave for her mistress. Cadel doesn’t know why he was captured or by who but the gorgeous woman sent to bathe him intrigues him. After a short but super Steamy time together, he realizes that she is his fated female and he will do anything to save them both!!

That was fun! A spicy alien mates short with a break set-up but also a HEA.

I liked the characters, worldbuilding, and story. The writing was not exceptional but easy enough to read.

Can recommend if you’re into spicy sci-fi/alien romances and looking for a really quick read!

Raquel (h) has been tasked by her mistress to bathe and fellate the alien prisoner chained in a cell. Cadel (H) responds to Raquel's ministrations a little too well and now he wants nothing more than to escape with her. Ultra-hot and steamy sexy claimed mate quickie. So much action in this short story. Hot, hot, hot!

I loved this book. It was such a fun- very steamy- quick read. Great world/story building- far more than I expected of a story so short. Although no room for character development or exploring romance, Cadel and Raquel had such smoldering chemistry. The story also had danger and action. Overall a very fun and satisfying read. 5 stars.
