Regrettably, I cannot give this more stars, as it is a collection of short works and thus suffers the usual ups and downs one would expect. That being said, I enjoyed it, and the standouts were quite good. My favorites: Nones by Michelle Cliff, Where People Know Me by Sylvia Watanabe, GirlGirlGirl by Connie Porter. I do love stories about friendship.
