Tommy can write no wrong. Uno is another amazing addition to the GREATEST series ever written. Think I'm bullshitting? Read them for yourself and try to deny it. I've read books 1 thru 7 six damn times, and will probably read them another 10 Times before my eye sight fades. Then I'll finally get audible... Uno is a masterpiece on par or better than all it's predessors. I laughed so many times during this one that I know he will make my old grizzled add cry in the next one. Thank you for the escape Tommy, and thank you for being his rock Tina. The Watson crew is so blessed that you let us be a part of this amazing journey\community.
This is book 9 in the series! Hard to believe that Watson's imagination has taken us this far. This is a good story, this book fills in a lot of the whys. I like the mystical stuff: Max and Debbie particularly. It is not exactly a war book, although you must like reading about the intricacies of battle. It is not a romance, even though there is love in the story. This one is more like loose ends are being resolved but then the ending comes along and BAM! We are stuck waiting for book 10! Don't try to read this as a standalone, you'll get lost. It IS well worth reading!
I am a huge fan of Thomas A. Watson and absolutely addicted to the Blue Plague books. Reading these books, for me, is better than any vacation! When I am looking for a true "get away" experience all I need to do is begin reading one of these books. The characters are fun, the settings interesting, fun interactions, with a few interesting facts thrown in! Debbie promised the war would last five years ... since this book is labeled uno I hope that means four more will follow!
Please never make a movie or tv show out of these books, it is too much fun to imagine the action!
I really hate the fact that when I pick up one of Thomas A Watson’s books, I can’t put it down and end up binge reading the whole series. It doesn’t matter that I’ve read them all several times. Every time a new one comes out I start back at the beginning and can’t stop reading until I get to the newest one. Once I finish I end up going into withdraws and don’t want to read anything else for a while because most other books just don’t interest me enough to hold my attention.
Let me say I loved this book, you run from Lyao to tears back to laughing again. It is great catch up with the family again. Of all of Mr Watsons books this series is my favorite. If you are reading this start at book one I promise you will be not regret it. I will be honest you will loose sleep because you won’t put the book down, just one more charter I want to see what happens is what you will tell yourself. Be sure to checkout his other books also.
The only thing that I can say that I disliked about it was that it was too short.
This is another great example of what a great writer can do. I'm reading it and all of a sudden it was finished. I completely lost track of how much I was reading. Again, joy, pain, sorrow, and a kick-ass Buffy.
Blue plague has been my all time favorite series ever since the first one was released. I’ve followed this journey with eager anticipation waiting for each new release. Each book Is awesome, and this one is another great read! Thomas is one of the truly great authors adding in humor to adventure to thrills and every emotion in between. Now I need the next one!
Another fantastic book by Mr. Watson! It was great to be back with Bruce and the clan on their adventure to Mexico. If you haven't already started this series you really need to because it's filled with shenanigans (laugh until you cry), sorrow, hope and family. You will not be disappointed.
The world of Blue Plague takes you to future where no one is safe without the support of Bruce and the Family! Even when things look grim, there is hope. Specially when you dance with the Blue Plague!
Just spent my day off reading this. Even understanding the the time spent going into the writing of a book of this caliber I can't wait until the next installment. Thank you for another great read. I'll start rereading the series and anticipate the next.
The follow up to the series is awesome! The characters haven't changed. I like how they have expanded on some of the ones I feel like have been forgotten about in the length of the series.
These books are so good im literally depressed when they end. Keep on with your writing greatness Watsons so I have enjoyable material to read. Character creation is immaculate and really care about these imaginary figures. Thanks Tommy and Tina.
I love this series and have read it multiple time. This one was not as detailed in areas as the others, but still good. Please continue with the series.
