I have always wondered why most of the cricketers ,business tycoons , film stars always invest in hotels as their side income . There can be other options too but barring a few almost every person with surplus income has a hotel to his name . Hence I decided to pick this book to figure out what goes in opening one .
The book as the name suggests goes into the depth of the processes involved in starting a business related to hospitality sector. Author has also included ways through which a person can convert their existing assets into a lodging unit. Multiple financial models are discussed as well to give a broad perspective into things.
The writer has done decent research and has also shared inventories and a model hotel which should include certain basic things like gym , business center , swimming pool , structure of a fundamental room to name a few. The instructions are pretty clear and infact author has also shared steps based on your budget so that things become organized.

My dream is to construct a hotel ,and as side income i want to run the hotel after searching alot of books and some persons motivations i loved it ,So at that time i seen a book named with "HOW TO OPEN A HOTEL" and which matches to my dream so my interest make me to read this book ,After reading this book really i got lot information which is very useful to me. And i loved this book and i really suggest this book to readers to go through this book once. And the persons who dream about the opening of hotel it's best book and good book according to my opinion. Initially skeptical about this book, I thought it would be another run-of-the-mill guide to opening a hotel.
