Think of this as a slightly more detailed and better explained version of the man pages for grep. Nice as a reference

Contains errors and mistakes that would confuse the beginner, although a diligent reader could figure it out by consulting grep's man pages.

A decent book overall. Would have rated it higher if the errors were corrected.
