Gulbių ežeras

Rate this book
Ši istorija nutiko seniai, tuomet, kai burtai ir kerai galėjo pakeisti pasaulio tvarką. Burtininkai buvo stipresni už gamtos jėgas, už gyvenimą, net už mirtį, bet ne už meilę…

Viename gūdžiame miške ant ežero kranto gražuolė princesė Odeta liūdėjo į dausas iškeliavusių tėvų. Netikėtai pasirodė nepažįstamasis – tai fon Rotbartas, piktasis grafas. Jis pareikalavo, kad princesė taptų jo žmona. Odeta grafą atstūmė. Įtūžęs grėsmingasis fon Rotbartas užkeikė gražuolę: saulei patekėjus Odeta virto baltąja gulbe ir tik pakilus mėnuliui ji vėl atvirsdavo žmogumi. Sugriauti kerų galią galėjo tik tyra meilė…

Pasaka parašyta pagal 1877 metais sukurtą rusų kompozitoriaus Piotro Čaikovskio baletą „Gulbių ežeras“. Nepaprastą nuotaiką kuria įtaigios žinomo pasaulyje iliustruotojo Gabriel Pacheco iliustracijos. Jos lyg P. Čaikovskio baleto „Gulbių ežeras“ scenų sustingę paveikslai. Knygoje vaizdai yra lygiaverčiai žodžiams. Iliustracijos skaitytoją nukelia į subtilų pasaulį, kupiną filosofinės gelmės, keistų būtybių, simbolių, vaizdinių metaforų.

Knygoje yra QR nuorodos, kurias nuskenavus, galima pasiklausyti baleto muzikos ištraukų.

This is a simple retelling of the famous "Swan Lake" fairy tale, from a ballet point of view. The story is simple, but sweet. The illustrations are strange, but hauntingly beautiful. At the end of the book, there is information about the composer Tchaikovsky, a little background about the ballet, as well as descriptions and definitions of both the music and ballet moves of the performance. The perfect read for lovers of fairy tales, ballet, and art.

I thought this book was absolutely stunning! For all ages. This beautiful ballet comes to life as a picture book with evocatively moody illustrations from Mexican artist Gabriel Pacheco. Can be used to introduce the story of the ballet before the music is exposed to students

Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake told with stunning images in mixed media. The story is easy to follow, I only wish it came with a CD or a link to some videos of the music and ballet.
