David spent his public service career directing large governmental social service systems, including the Florida Department of Children & Families and the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust.
David holds a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling and completed the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Education Program. Prior to working in the social service field, David sold real estate, taught middle school marine biology, managed a pathology laboratory, and was an environmental lab technician testing Miami’s ocean waters.

For those of you who don’t know, I have obsessive-compulsive disorder. It’s my superpower. It’s my kryptonite. OCD is a painful mental illness often mocked in, movies, TV, and books.

I was holding my breath….
I eagerly awaited David Raymond’s third book and was rewarded with a winner when I finished reading it! David has a knack for making up the silliest names for his characters that had me laughing out loud many times. Once I starting reading the book, I couldn’t put it down. Oh, if I were phrumph years younger I would kick Grace out and marry Freddy Fluid, then name our baby Finn! Bravo David, you’ve done it again!!

This is a fun read, enjoyed it after reading a lot of heavy books. I am a Miami native so always enjoy that aspect in a book.
