I’ve never been one of those girls who dreams of her wedding day. Quite the opposite. I avoid that shit like the plague. I have zero desire to saddle myself with any man. No one is worth that kind of trust and commitment. Instead, I enjoy sampling all the fruits and bail the moment there is any inkling he wants more. Is it messed up? Yeah, probably. But the last time someone broke my trust, it nearly broke me. That’s never going to happen again. I guard my heart behind titanium, and it will stay that way.
ARCHER
I clawed my way out of the gutter and turned a dream into a billion-dollar marketing empire in the heart of the Emerald City. They call me a shark, but they have no idea. I always get what I want with a heart of stone and a silver tongue… until now. A strong-willed, sharped tongued social media wiz lands an intern position with my company and her beauty is matched only by her ability to create. I’m struck dumb from the moment I see her, the pull like nothing I’ve ever felt. But I’ll fight it because I should. She’s my employee and at least ten years younger. But damn, if everything about her doesn’t make it impossible. Two strong wills collide. Can Archer’s determination to have Rosaline as his own find a way to break through her walls, or will Rosaline’s past and her aversion to relationships prevent them from finding the happiness they both need?
Find out in the second installment of the Billionaire Bosses of Seattle.
Archer has to be the sweetest, most understanding bosshole ever. Dealing with trauma is never easy, especially when it's repressed trauma. It takes a village to carry on and lots of understanding and patience, Archer has this in spades.
I loved Gabriel and I love Archer. This was so good from the chemistry to the spice. The drama was perfect and I want to slap Gabe. I really can't wait for Xander.
This story has so much packed in to it! Boss romance, alpha male, all the spice, age gap, billionaire, hidden pasts, and the list goes on! K. O’Kelly has made sure you get your fill with Archer and Rosaline. Archer and Rosaline’s story begins as a boss romance with intense chemistry that both of them throw caution to the wind to enjoy. As they spend more time together professionally and romantically they both admit they’ve never done relationships. Archer because of gold digging women and Rosaline’s reasoning is kept close to the vest. Archer comes off as a demanding alpha hole, bulldozing his way into Rosaline’s life but Rosaline is a true spitfire and gives as good as she gets, which leads to fantastic banter and turns the sexual tension up to 11. The only place Rosaline lets Archer get away with it is in the bedroom where she openly encourages his domineering spirit. However, Rosaline’s hidden past comes back to haunt her when Archer wants to solidify her relationship. Both are left traumatized by her abrupt end to what they had. With the help and support of her parents, her therapist, and her best friend, she’s able to share her trauma and coping mechanism with Archer, who told her he’d wait for her no matter what, even as Rosaline urged him to move on because she was too broken. Archer is all in with giving her any time and space she needs and is incredibly supportive. Gone is the bulldozer method of getting into her life. Now all he wants to do is tell the woman he loves how much he loves her without scaring her away for good.
Loved the story, loved the growth from the characters, loved how they loved each other!! The supporting cast is fantastic as well! Who wouldn’t want a Colin in their life? Also, Rosaline’s inner monologue had me in stitches! Overall 5/5 and loved that the story kept me on my toes!

Rosaline & Archer love story is a sweet office romance BUT the reason why it's sweet because Archer understands Rosaline past. And he told his past in return and both see they have demons but they can fight them togther
Rosline a.k.a little rose. She is a strong heroine but she admites that she has a past that haunts her and she finally told someone which was Archer.
Archer he is a strong and passionate about his job like Rosaline. She made her way into his stone heart without knowing. We learn why he has a stone heart too. Like I said both have demons and this is why its a sweet romance. Both have patience for each other and you will feel the hot chemistry they have off the page
I haven't had a good office romance trope for awhile and this tick ever boxes and more. Their relationship and their love story is full of development from coming to challenge to understand each other. That is a mature relation and do not worry it not all vinallia. There are some steamy scenes that you will love
Get ready to fall in love with these two and I love there friends too !! Ava and Gabriel update made me happy 😊 Tempting Gabriel is their and book 1 of the series and recommend you read it too. You don't have to read book 1 but I enjoyed and with this series you don't have to read the series in order
Oh my gosh this book. I didn't think I would like Archer as much as I liked Gabriel in the last book based on how aloof he was described to be when we did meet him but holy crap! I may have liked him more than Gabriel. There was just something about him that made me swoon and made me swoon HARD!
This story runs along the same timeline as Ava and Gabriel's story so it was really neat to see some of what was hinted at in Tempting Gabriel and just like Ava and Gabriel, there is a spark between Rosaline and Archer from the start. What I really liked about this love story though was that despite the fact that there was a spark, both Archer and Roz didn't jump each others bones so to speak the minute that they saw each other. It was also refreshing to see some more of a power dynamic between these two because they both could be bulls in a china shop if necessary so it was fun to read the back and forth banter, especially when you threw Archer's best friend Colin in the mix- those scenes were hilarious and really added another rich layer to the story. Plus add in the natural chemistry and spice and what more could you ask for from a book??
I also really enjoyed that despite the fact that we met Roz in Ava's story, her entire backstory and history was not out on display which let for more than one moment while reading that made me gasp, cry and want to throw something all at the same time. There was just something about Roz and her background and aversions to relationships that I resonated with that made me not only really really like her as the FMC but really made me root for her happily ever after. The addition of each family to give more background also enhanced the richness of this book. It was nice to see such strong relationships with each of their parents that really helped in building the foundations and give you an insight as to why they were what they were.
Fun, fast read that I am sad is over. Can't wait for the next installment in this series!
Rosaline got an internship at Stone Media and has worked hard to get where she is and she wants the Social Media Marketing Manager job.
Archer tells Rosaline that she will do a month of training then will go into the role she as always wanted, she can't believe that she has been offered the role, Archer cant believe how attracted to her but says nothing can happen between them.
When Rosaline and Archer starts working together more and with the last night it's not long till the sparks fly between them and they end up sleeping together,
Archer after they have been sleeping together for a few months starts to talk about meeting his parents and Rosaline loses it and says the over and they were never together as a couple.
Rosaline cant believe all the things she said to Archer and how hurt he looked, the thing is Rosaline has something in her past that has made her not trust people and why she only has one night stands.
Can Rosaline work out her past and then trust Archer with her past or will she lose Archer and the love he can bring her
This one was good! If you love a billionaire romance, workplace/forbidden romance, and age gap, this is your book!
I love the way the K O’Kelly writes her billionaires.. they are strong and assertive, but they only treat their ladies like queens. Trusting Archer was such a good balance of sexy, fun, and serious life experiences. You should for sure check trigger warnings. This book is the second in O’Kelly’s Billionaire Bosses of Seattle series and I loved it more than the first one! I do think you should read the first book, Tempting Gabriel, before reading this one, but you don’t HAVE to.
Something that I really loved about this book, is that the relationship took a pretty realistic and natural progression. It didn’t feel forced or rushed. If you’re looking for some steam, please give this series a chance!
Plus, K O’Kelly is the sweetest! Give her a follow.
In Trusting Archer we get the story about Archer and Rosaline. It is on the same timeline as Ava and Gabriel’s story in Tempting Gabriel, but where we got only some hints about their relationship in that book, we now get the full story. Archer is Roz’s boss, where she just made a promotion and she has to work closely with Archer on a new campaign. They both feel the attraction, but ignore it until one night… It all starts out as just some fun, both don’t do relationships, but off course that won’t last…
I love these books by K. O’Kelly. She writes these romance stories with so much fun, heat, romance… The banter between Archer and Rosaline is so much fun to read. The way she won’t back down even though he is her boss, hilarious. But the story goes way deeper than just fun and laughter. Rosaline’s past is not an easy subject to write about, but she wrote it so very delicate, you can’t not feel for Roz.
I love love loved Archer and Rosaline’s story. The billionaire boss and the sexy smart employee is such a fun trope to read. Rosaline wants to prove her marketing skills in a tough market and gets her big break when she catches the attention of the CEO with her attention to detail and ability to read the market. He offers her an interim position and while she works to prove her worth, she cannot deny the attraction working with him stirs. The late night long hours are so HOT! The story isn’t just insta-love though. I appreciate that archer is a man who knows what he wants and though Rosaline is a ball busting hard impressive employee she has some dark secrets she’s got in her personal life. My heart aches for the ups and downs they face, but it works out with an HEA that I loved! Read this book! It gave me all the feels!
I enjoyed this even more than book 1! It was so good! The character building was great, and I loved the growth and accountability of both main characters. The chemistry between them is enigmatic and palpable. The book carries a bit of drama, but don't we all. It's a comfortable amount that is not done over the top. That ending was so satisfying! I look forward to what K. O'Kelly comes up with next for book 3!
My heat rating is based on the amount of occurrence, the length of scenes, and how filthy/unconventional. I struggled determining if I should give this a 4 or a 5 but decided on a 4. There are many scenes, and many are of a good length with some very light bdsm themes. 4/5 heat!
Book #2 and K is bring it!!! I loved Archer and Rosaline the banter these to bring in this book is TOP NOTCH I was laughing it up in this book, and the spice dear jesus I was feelin it! The storyline was a rollercoaster of a ride that you just want to hold on to and never want to get off. Rosaline is a strong strong woman and Archer is a stone cold god but boy do they make a match made in work place heaven. I love all the side characters and seeing Ava and Gabriel from book #1 (if you haven’t read Tempting Gabriel you need to!!) was so lovely, over all a great read ladies you need to check it out ❤️
Once you start reading Archer you are hooked. I love Age-Gap, Forbidden Romance and this one is exceptional, fiery, touching, beautiful and addictive. Archer and Rosaline’s chemistry burns off of the pages. You will feel so much reading Archer: There is heated passion, tears of pain, love and Romance that will make your heart flutter. I cannot recommend or say enough about this, except that you will want to read Archer again and again. A must must captivating, heartfelt, Breathtaking Story that will be in your heart forever.
Archer is the epitome of the perfect boyfriend. Everyone see’s him as a hard, boss hole, but he allows Roz to see a different side of him. He shows her patience, care, and trust. Even when she pushes him away, he gives her space but doesn’t give up on her. Everything about this book was amazing. I fell in love with all characters, including Colin. The spice and the plot were spot on, and I highly recommend this book.
First book I've read by this author. Trusting Archer is for the most part steamy and lighthearted but does touch on some sensitive topics of childhood abuse. I enjoyed the secondary characters as well - Archer's brother and Rosaline's roommates. Great read, and I'm looking forward to reading the others in the series.
I read this book before the first in the series but it didn’t matter. I enjoyed this story and I’m eager to go back and read the first one. Not many books keep me up late at night but I just had to follow this story to the end before I could sleep!
K. O'Kelly did it again Trusting Archer is such an amazing book I would definitely recommend this book to everyone. The story line and the spice are well worth it. I cannot wait to read what's next.
This book was fantastic. It had the fmc overcome her fear of commitment. I only didn’t like that the proposal was the epilogue, would have loved it as an end chapter and epilogue be meeting the parents
Wow what a roller coaster ride for these 2. But you can never fully commit until you have faced your past and work through it. Luckily Archer is a very patient man!
Wow! I’m so happy to learn more about Roz! The sexual tension and chemistry drip off the pages! I cannot wait to see where book three goes. Thank you for letting me arc this one!
I love Archer. His kindness, patience, understanding, and his damn mouth ❤️❤️❤️ Rosaline and Archer are amazing together. I couldn't put this book down. highly recommend.
I love Rosalie's sassiness, her fierceness, and her attitude. This book also shows how sometimes a bad past can lead to so many fears that it affects their future. Will Archer stand up and be the man she needs? Will he be able to handle her...Gabriel barely could handle her anger...😁
A lovely story of love conquering fear of the unknown. Rosaline had a trauma when she was younger that made her fearful of emotion, relationships and worse yet, love. This ,made her never want a relationship.
Archer, Rosaline's new boss was pretty much of the same idea as her, plentry fun and no relationships. When the two are forced into close proximity the sparks fly. They both feel they have an itch to scratch, but because their working relationship they can't go there. However, when they do there are definitly fireworks.
Good forbidden romance, with some explosive scenes in there.
Trusting Archer is the second book in the Billion Bosses of Seattle series by K. O'Kelly, although it can totally be read as a stand alone book. In this story, Rosaline works at Stone Media and has limited interaction with her unapproachable somewhat aloof boss, Archer Stone, until she gets a promotion and has to start working directly with him. She is a relationship-a-phobic, but can't deny the attraction she has for Archer. As they work together, she finds that he is not as brusk and unfriendly as she first thought and the walls she has built around herself, after her traumatic childhood, start to crumble.
This book has everything we love in a romance - an amazing guy, steamy scenes, funny moments, overcoming hardships, and so much more. There is an age-gap between our couple of 10 years, but I have to say that the age-gap was hardly mentioned and not really an issue between the two as we often see in these types of books. I didn't feel like the difference in age affected the storyline at all. Archer is labeled as a business shark and unsocial, but once we get to know his character, we see that isn't the case. He is a billionaire, but he doesn't really lead the normal type of billionaire life, which I thought was refreshing. He wasn't an over the top suitor and felt like he was just the guy next door. Rosaline is anti-relationships and doesn't really understand why. We find out about childhood trauma and journey with her as she discovers how much that trauma has affected her outlook about relationships. I really enjoyed that this book took time for them to finally commit fully to each other and to develop their relationship. I appreciated how the author weaved the story of Rosaline's growth throughout the book.
This book had a great storyline and wonderful characters that felt like everyday people. I was thrilled that the storyline was so different from the first book, and I look forward to reading the next one in the series!
Ms. K does it again. Rosaline Williams was a spitfire in the first book in this series as a friend. She brings even more heat in her own book. Readers will absolutely fall in love with Roz. She is everything you could want in a friend but of course she has some issues. Trust is not something she gives freely or lightly. Unfortunately, her life has caused her to make relationship decisions that prevent her from even starting the process of trying to trust someone. Ava is the only one that has gotten through to her and even she doesn't know everything. Roz does not do relationships ever. Her motto is to keep it casual.
Archer Stone the CEO of Stone Media has had his share of up and downs. Rosaline comes to work at Stone Media as an intern and quickly works her way to becoming a company asset. Archer knows what he wants but does not want to jeopardize his company's future. As the two start spending more and more time with each other, the temptation becomes too great.
Readers will enjoy watching these two come together and root for them to find their happily ever after. I am hoping we get a short story about Colin and Luke. These characters will make readers want to continue on this journey to see what happens next.
Rosaline and Archer story is one that you should read. You really cant go wrong with a office romance. Both Archer and Roz are hard workers determined to get ahead and stay ahead
Roz recently graduated college had a internship that she excelled in which got her a promotion within Archer company.
Archer is used to bulldozing his way through life. The company he own is on the top of the social media advertising industry. Archer is 100% on hands with it all.
The connection and chemistry is present from the beginning of the book but they didnt act on it immediately which i loved. Archer normally don't do relationships cause he not sure who is actually interest in him or his money. Roz doesn't do relationships. Loved the way he wants a future with Roz that he willing step back and give Roz control instead being his normal self. There times where i really wanted to slap Rosaline and say get your crap together and see what in front of you.
I really enjoyed book one and as a new author she is fast become a favorite. With a witty but seriously hot dynamic with the characters and a genuinely great storyline that relatable and keeps your attention. With many personal opsticles the characters both grow. Patience and time pay off. The connection with the characters is seriously Hot ... oh so steamy... you catch your heart racing and catching the feels as the characters navigate the relationship. If you like strong woman and guys that arent afraid to treat the woman like a queen this is for you... oh and you have to love the good old fashion punishment of a a** whoopin! Great sude character! Seriously an amazing read! Highly recommend!

Rosaline is working her dream job. Everything is going to plan. She spends time with her awesome plans, and she gives it all in her career. She doesn’t have time for a relationship which is fine since she doesn’t do those! When she gets promoted and has to start working closely on a project with her boss, she has to ignore the chemistry. Archer owns Stone Media and keeps a tight reign over his empire. When he promotes Rosaline to a manager and starts working closely with her on a very important project he has to try to get control on the overwhelming urge to claim Rosaline as his. Lines get crossed and their “relationship” goes through some things. Overall, this book was really good, and I definitely need a book about Colin!!
