This is a re-release; it originally appeared as a 14-page short story. It has been completely rewritten into a full episode
Yolanda is determined to make this Christmas perfect. She and Raheem have decked out their home with the most beautiful lights, and she's on the hunt for the perfect Christmas tree. Little does she know that her quest for the ideal tree will lead her to a chance encounter with Dontae, a charming but dangerous man who becomes obsessed with her.
As Dontae's obsession grows, Raheem realizes he must do whatever it takes to protect Yolanda and their unborn child.
The two face off in a final, brutal showdown that will test Raheem's strength and endurance. Will Raheem be able to save Yolanda and their child from Dontae's dangerous obsession? Or will their perfect Christmas become a nightmare marred by violence and rage?
One thing is in this thrilling tale of Christmas gone wrong, nothing is what it seems, and the stakes have never been higher.
This second installment Claimed by the Beast was exceptionally good!! It had some creepy vibes with how Dante became obsessed with Yolanda!! This series is 🔥 fire!
This was surprisingly better than book 1, but still so undeveloped. There was no real closure about the dissension in their relationship or their families and separation from the tribe. You can’t call this a “romance” and fail to provide a love story. The only way to know that they love each other is because they say it. There’s no character development and it makes it impossible to connect with the characters. I don’t particularly like Yolanda or Raheem and that’s the greatest flaw of all. I’m indifferent about their story. They’re not exciting. This world that they live in doesn’t intrigue me.
This book was a great quick read! The first book felt rushed and this book was much better. These two are trying to start over but crazy finds them during the holidays. But my favorite part is the baby’s already showing us it’s gonna be a tough lil fighter. Loved this book!
I've read 2 books in this series and both are great. I can't wait to read book 3 to see what will happen with Rasheem not that he's been exiled. Will his brother come back in his life? What about crazy Rocco? Lol make sure you check out this series. 5 stars
When I started this book I was so excited to see more of Yolanda and Raheems relationship. I really liked seeing both characters progress and grow. I wish the author would have explained more about Dante’s obsession with Yolanda. Some scenes I wished the authors provided more descriptions. Overall I liked this book and want to continue the series
This was a good quick read. Lives the story followed the first book of them meeting and their relationship. Great follow up. Will continue reading this author’s work.
