Lucio, the angelic monk at the local monastery, might just be a fun diversion, but Ned takes care of his toys. When Lucio’s chance at Oxford is threatened by the Sacrist, Ned knows what to do.
Angel. Devil. Ned's heard it all before, and those who see him as the latter always get what they deserve.
This is a 9400 word short story that takes place prior to Thrall.
a fast paced hot and sensual read by an author who really knows what’s she’s doing. Do not know how she keeps the quality up with the quantity ! Splendid!
I hated the beginning of this story. The character narrating the book seemed evil with no morals or redeeming qualities. By the middle, I thought he could be nice and avenge someone he knew. By the end, I thought he was a loving and tortured soul. It didn’t make a lot of sense. There was too much sex but that’s kind of what the book was about so it was okay. I’m not motivated to read the series this was a prequel to, both because this didn’t leave me with wanting more but also because I suspect the rest is heavy BDSM.
I knew this was a short story, but I still didn't want to end. I thought Lucio was a well developed character, and while their time was short, it was good. What a naughty monk. Getting to see Ned use his special ability twice and for two opposite reasons was the best. I could just imagine him crawling on the ceiling.
A fast paced steamy short read. Once I started reading, I couldn’t stop and read the whole book in one sitting. I really enjoyed the characters and was intrigued that Ned could use his powers for both good and evil. I’m really looking forward to learning more about Ned and Lucio in other books by this talented author.
A quick paced steamy read. Not my usual read but was recommended. I like how the author pulls the characters and the story together at the end. Well written for a short read. Not what i expected. Male/Male romance.
More Ned! This was before Rowan, and Ned, again, was a good dom even things were temporary. He didn't push Lucio harder than he wanted, and the part with his powers was amazing. I love the concept of people see what they deserve.
