A good summary of delivery management and the associated practices and levels one may choose to establish in their organization. This includes a practical view other overlapping roles and capabilities and creates a clear delineation between them. If you are already familiar with the notion of the role delivery manager, you might not get as much out of this book but I've been toying with the role and capabilities lately, so it serves as a great reference point for challenging my thinking.

The book is written in an easy to consume way and avoids unnecessary verbosity.
