She's a single mom with responsibilities. He's a traveler by trade. With a dare and a little Christmas magic they just might make it work.
All Maggie Logan ever wanted was a family. But starting over as a newly single mom of twin ten-year-old boys and the sole owner of Beyond Blooms—Blue Water Bay’s cozy flower shop—isn’t easy. When Lucas Woodward comes to town, she gets a glimpse of what life could look like if she let herself have a little fun. Maggie knows she shouldn’t fall in love with the charismatic playboy—but love has a mind of its own, and before she knows it, Maggie is in deeper than she ever imagined.
Lucas never stays in one place long. He only came to Blue Water Bay to get away from the mess he left behind in Key West, visit his sister Frannie, and decide what to do next. But when long-time friend Maggie’s ex-husband lets her down again, he can’t help but step in. Pretty soon, Lucas finds spending time with Maggie is the only thing he knows for sure he wants to do. Until the mess from Key West ends up on his doorstep, and suddenly Lucas has to decide between obligations of the past and the future he wants.
Will Maggie and Lucas find their happily ever after? Or will the fairy tale be over before it starts?

I relate to Maggie's character so much. I think many women lost their identity at some point in their lives as their role and responsibilities as a mother took over—just like Maggie. It makes me root for her to get her happily-ever-after even more. I love her relationships with her children and the romance with Lucas. A wonderful and heartwarming read!
It's always great to get back to Blue Water Bay and continue the saga. As a single mum, I found myself relating to Maggie and rooting for her to find her happily ever after - through all the unexpected turns. I love these characters, and having moved away from the snow, it's great to be part of a white winter, too.
Maggie and Lucas’ love story will warm up your cold winter nights! I loved their connection and how they were with her kids! Beautiful story! Can’t wait for the next book, and for what spring will bring!
