I enjoyed some parts of this book, I found it quite informative. However, for such a small volume, 60% of it was pure flowering, only less than 30% of it was of any real value. Hence, the 3 out of 5 marking for the rating.
I was a little surprised though at the same time because I wasnt really expecting ANY value from it before I read it.
A few practical and medatiative techniques, but mostly a flowery background on the philosophy of ninjitsu. Somewhat deceptively, it does not actually teach you how to control people's minds.
