Searching for a nanny for my twin girls had been hard. They were my world, and I wanted the best of the best for them. So, when Jessa’s application came through with zero experience, it was a no for me. But when I accidentally requested an interview with her, I did the right thing and followed through. I had no intention of hiring her, let alone offering her a live-in position—I’d never had a live-in nanny.
Yet, somehow that’s exactly what happened.
Living with Jessa should be easy. The girl was half my age, and she was here to take care of the girls, but I couldn’t l help but think about how well she’d take care of me.

Jess is working two jobs to pay her way through nursing degree but recently things are taking their toll, her best friend Bree suggests that she apply for a nanny position, she had plenty of experience looking after children. She never expected to get an interview the very next morning nor was she expecting to fall for the very man it’s forbidden to fall for. It’s not until she meets his daughter does she realise there is no walking away from him or his family. Can she keep her feelings to herself and be professional or will the chemistry become too much to ignore?
Cullen is a tech billionaire but he has lost so much in his life, his wife died in childbirth and he has been raising them alone with their nanny Olga ever since, but when Olga becomes sick he’s forced to find someone new. Joining CareYourWay in the hope of finding a suitable candidate when he sees Jess, there is something about this woman that calls to him and something that he should stay away from, but finds himself sending an invitation for an interview. Up close and personal there is nothing no way he can deny his attraction especially after seeing her with his children. Living with her is resting his resolve and he knows there is no way he won’t give in to the temptation she is. But he wants forever and she’s going to leave, will she walk away and break all their hearts or stay and be a family?
First book by this author collaboration and I really enjoyed it, watching them play cat and mouse was fun and super hot. 4.3* read.
Jessa Ricks is 21 years old. She is in nursing school and works part time at the movie theatre. Her mom has 7 kids that she is raising alone so she can’t help Jessa with school. For the summer, Jessa seeks a job on the CareYourWay website for nannies and au pairs.
Cullen Nash is a 44 year old single dad. He needs a nanny for the summer for his 6 year old twin girls, Charlotte (Charlie) and Lucy. He is an IT billionaire who mainly works from home.
What happens when Jessa applies for the job with Cullen? Will he hire her even though she is the first woman he has been attracted to since his wife died? Will the girls like Jessa? Will Jessa like the girls and Cullen?
It was a cute, easy to read story.

He needs a nanny, she needs a job....let the steamy fun begin
Daddy's Au Pair is the story of Jessa Ricks and Cullen Nash. She is twenty-one years old and is going to school to become a nurse. But her part time job is not paying the tuition so Jessa decides she needs another job for the summer. She applies to become an au pair on the CareYourWay website. Nash is a forty-four year old single father who was widowed. He is an IT billionaire who needs help raising his six year old twins, Charlotte and Lucy. He decides he needs a nanny and uses the CareYourWay website to find one. That is how Jessa comes into Nash's life but will she stay. I enjoyed this very steamy and entertaining older man/younger woman with a side of nanny romance added in. The story is well written, has likeable characters and a good story-line. A very enjoyable read.
This one was not for me I'm afraid. It didn't have much to the storyline other than they had Insta love but it just didn't work for me Uunfortunately it didn't come over as realistic at all, Jessa was just so childish, as a shy virgin she swapped from a tease to a temptress to a shy virgin, Nash was a man that didn't come across as wanting such a childish partner. Nash mentioned having a German shepherd whom guarded his young twin girls door when he went on a morning jog, yet they went away for the weekend no mention of the dog other than the one time, so not let friendly or believable that Jessa wouldn't be introduced to a in house guard dog. I just didn't believe in the romance.
This contemporary billionaire romance book is page-turning with exceptional characters that are realistic and well-developed. Their journey is enthralling with an age-gap romance with a single-parent Daddy and a college student who becomes his live-in nanny to help him take care of his children. Their explicit romance is full of desire, lust, adventure, and more. I recommend reading this book by an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate the reader's hearts and attention with Daddy's au pair and an explicit age-gap romance.

Daddy's Au Pair By Mila Hart is a good, and enjoyable steamy age gap daddy romance read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry. This is Jessa and Cullen's story. It is one of lust turns love, and nanny turns to Mommy. This younger woman and older man steamy romance read will have you draw in to the story.

Jessa finds a job as a nanny to Cullen’s 2 adorable twin girls. However, she is totally attracted to him as he is a hot single dad. Cullen is drawn to her despite him fighting his feelings. These two eventually get together and fall in love. I found this novella entertaining.

Such a great new employee/boss, single dad, and romance! I loved reading Jessa and Cullen's stories and going on their journey to find each other and love. I think Mila did a great job writing this book and I highly recommend giving it a read. It didn't take me that long to finish so it is perfect to read on a lunch break or if you have 20-30 minutes to yourself. 10/10.

A great read to help get you out of your reading slump, between series reads or figuring out your next book!
Jessa is a sassy, bratty FMC who needs a better job and signs up to nanny Cullen Nashes twin girls! When Cullen and Jessa meet it's instant connection / tension / full of chemistry situation and well it just goes from there!
I enjoyed a good nanny story and this was a decent 1. I enjoyed Jessa I thought she was a good character she had good development. The plot line was a little bit under dying I wish it was more over the top but overall it was good.

Jessa is looking for a summer job to help with her tuition. She decides to apply for a position with an au pair service. Cullen is needing someone to help take care if his twin daughters. When they meet he finds that he's attracted to her. His wife passed away and he wasn't expecting to find someone else to love.
Cullen and Jessa’s story is a fun quick read on more ways than one: they fall in love quick, they decide to be together quick, Jessa is the girls new mommy quick while calling Cullen Daddy. Sex scenes are also quick.
First time reading this author. I’ll check her out again.
Some strange decisions made here considering it’s a novella. Why use up valuable time to send the main characters to Vegas? Why was that needed? Also, the ending where he confesses his love after what, 4 days? and instructs his daughters to call her Mommy?
This should’ve spent more time on writing better smut than the other stuff as, sadly, even that was lacking!
Loved this 😊 I read it pretty much all in one go! I loved the banter and how Cullen and jessa felt so real as characters. Just the right amount of daddy/little Interaction and references to that! I'll definitely read more books by this author.
I loved this book!! It was a quick, spicy read that left me wanting more the entire time. If you like age gap romance with a side of Daddy and two adorable little girls… this is the story for you!
It was a good read to fill in space for my reading goal this year. The story seemed rushed, I just wish the story had more to it. Besides that it was a good quick read.
Daddy's Au Pair by Mila Hart – I’m just saying that you can be a brat and still have lobster eggs for breakfast! She clearly needed to rethink her priorities lol! Happy Reading!
Cullen was in need of a nanny for his twins but wasn't looking forward to the process of finding one until he saw Jessa's picture. Her resume resonated with him and checked off everything he was looking for except for the fact that she was so young. When he accidentally clicked on the accept button for an interview his fate was sealed. That connection started their journey. This older man younger woman romance drew me in and had me all caught up in the story!
