Zoe knows something is wrong & that her mother & her father’s parents have never gotten along, then she over hears her grandmother talking about something Zoe should have been told a long time ago so Zoe reaches out to her Grandmother who fills her in on her birth parents and her life as a newborn. She is still very upset about her parents not telling her about herreal parents and has left her parents to tend to running the inn by themselves for several days. She finds out what her so called mother told her was all lies! Zoe's grandmother tells her the story of Zoe, as she knows it. Informing her that the wedding ring that Sherry (Zoe's Mom) is a family heirloom and their never was another gold ring.

She explained just how hurt they had been to find out Stephen had not only moved back to Nantucket and not told them, but was married and apparently had a child. But, somehow revealing that Zoe is not Stephen's daughter. "Your biological father died in a mugging gone bad.
Zoe and Marshall are growing closer despite Hannah pushing or wanting her and Marshall's relationship to grow and wanting him to move away from Nantucket. I think that is the final straw. This is bothering Zoe and hurting her, but she refuses to let Marshall know her true feelings for him. I don’t think either Zoe or Marshall want to face their true feelings. Zoe and Marshall go on a hunt for the real truth of Zoe's identity. They’ve been driving to Boston to gather any information they can on her newborn identity & discussing it.. They now know through DNA that neither of her parents are her real parents, but one is a relative, but which one?

When Zoe went back to the inn to face her parents it was deserted and her parents were gone. No one was there. It was locked up & they were expecting guest & Mike was there to fix some things that needed repairing & he couldn’t get in. What’s going on? They never take time off! Where are they? Has something happened to them? What is going on?

I received an a free ARC of this book and I am giving my voluntary review. I know you will enjoy this mystery as it unfolds. Grace Myers’s never let you down!

Zoe reaches out to her Grandmother who fills her in on her birth parents and her life as a newborn. she is still very upset about her parents not filling her in on her newborn life and her real parents and has left her parents to tend to running the inn by themselves for several days.

Zoe and Marshall are growing closer despite Hannah pushing or wanting her and Marshall's relationship to grow and is starting to be pushy. This is bothering Zoe and hurting her, but she refuses to let Marshall know her true feelings for him. They have driving the 8 hour trip to Boston to gather any information they can on her newborn identity. They now know through dna that her father now is not her birth father.

When Zoe went back to resume her work responsibilities at the inn it was deserted and she is trying to find out why.

Received an early copy for my honest and voluntary review.

This keeps gets better and better. Zoe is trying to find out about her background and thinking maybe her parents have lied to her all of her life. If so, I’m saying it’s only because they were doing what they thought was best. As an adopted daughter, I’m so glad my parents were open with Mr from the start. I can’t understand though how a kid all at once begins thinking they aren’t my parents. These people have been there for diaper changes, throwing up, not getting the best grades in school, proms, graduation and so much more. How could they not be considered the “real parents”? I also don’t like people referring to parents as “real”. The one/ones who decided it was best to give up a child are the biological or birth parents. As I said before, the “real” ones are the ones who raised you and just need to be referred as your parents. Off my soapbox now.

Wow! This story is really heating up. So many questions that need to be answered. Love the storyline and the characters. Trials, romance, friendships, questions, ending on a cliffhanger. Can’t wait to read the next book. I was given an advanced reader copy of this book and I am leaving my review freely.

Finally, we're getting somewhere!

Good basic story of an adult woman who suddenly learns she is adopted... a little "drawn out" for me as if like to get to the 'meat' of the story.

A Christmas In Nantucket book 3

These books are gripping and wow to the endings. Wow! My emotions are overwhelmed. Each ending is a surprise that you don't see coming. What's in store for Marshall? So many unanswered questions. Into the next book for answers that I so badly need.

Good read

I again do not give this book a five because of the means of delivery. I am enjoying the book, but I don't enjoy stopping to download the next installment every seven or eight chapters. Put this book back together and sell it like a normal novel!

Zoe has great difficulty coming to terms with the secret her grandmother reveals. She heads to Marshall’s house for temporary shelter to think through her life. Her friends Rosa and Marshall are determined to help her understand the news and find out more details. A road trip to Boston gives Zoe time to think and provides some answers. Meanwhile Marshall is facing decisions of his own about his future with Hannah.

Another cliffhanger at the end when Zoe finally decides to return to the inn

Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion.

A Christmas in Nantucket Book 3

Great continuation of book 2. The main characters are in love and haven’t discovered it yet. It’s an ongoing drama with lots of twists and turns.
