You can’t survive alone.
When Mason Redstone and his sister Mikey get an opportunity that promises a needed getaway and easy money, it’s an offer they can’t refuse, and their partner Trick, and friends Detectives Daniels and Remalla, decide to join them.
Their adventure will take them out in the woods with nothing but themselves and two guides, and while enjoying the great outdoors, an unexpected attack shatters their peace, causing them to reassess their choices when they realize they’re not alone.
Relying on their wits and abilities, they’ll search for clues to understand their foe, but the woods offer only strange sounds amidst eerie silence, eyes that watch and dangers they can’t comprehend. Better and better!
Every book I read by this author is better than the last one! I'm not sure how she keeps improving on perfection... but she does.

I received an ARC and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
The story begins with Mason, Mikey, Trick and the remainder of the team having a get-together.
Once everyone arrived and the party began, there was knock at the front door. After answering, they discovered two people wanting to talk to the group. The person in charge wanted to hire them. They were told that all they needed to do was to stay at her property where there were luxury cabins for a period of five days and then write a review. Each of the parties would be paid $5,000 afterwards. This sounded like a great offer and this would provide them with a vacation as well.
Upon arriving, the couples were each assigned a cabin for their visit. There was also a clubhouse where they could all meet. The first day went great and they felt comfortable staying there. Once the 2nd day started and they were on a hike, things changed and they began to wonder what they signed up for. Before they knew it, they came under attack.
To discover what events the group had to overcome, what the real reason they were asked to the property and how this all worked out in the end, then you need to read this book. The ending is well worth it.

Bishop and the fifth book in the Redstone Chronicles. “I received a Kindle copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. The book was well-written & flowed smoothly & quickly. I look forward to reading more from this author and in particular Lost Hope: A Paranormal P.I. Mystery Thriller (The Redstone Chronicles Book 4). (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

This is a wonderful addition to this thrilling series!
Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start.
Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable.
Great suspense and action with wonderful world building that adds so much to the story.
Such a thrilling read that I couldn't put it down.
Can't wait to read more of these.

J.T. Bishop has done it again!! What an awesome book this is. It was definitely worth the wait.
Characters from both series' come together for a very BIG adventure when a fun vacation turns into something else entirely.
This book has it all, it's funny, it's scary, it's suspenseful, and it keeps you guessing. Lots of character development and a relationship we've all been waiting for!

This is book 5 of the series. Mason and his sister Mikey, along with their partner Trick, and two detective friends, Detectives Daniels and Remalla, set out for a getaway. A knock on the door brings people who want to pay them to stay at their place for five days and write a review. It starts out okay but soon takes a turn for the worst. Its now a question of survival. It is quite exciting. I received an ARC copy from the author and this is my honest review.

As usual J.T. Bishop doesn’t disappoint. The whole gang, Mason, Trick and Mikey, along with Daniels and Remalla are invited to a posh campgrounds to give an honest, favorable review. What they encounter is anything but favorable.
The characters and their significant others are well developed. You feel for them, you fear for them. And now I wonder for them. Can’t wait for the next in this series.

This is a little cracker. It involved a lot of people that needed to sort this out. I really love the Redstone books and the Daniels and Remalla ones too. Where does this author get the storylines from I wonder. What’s coming next cannot wait to find out. Highly recommended.

A free vacation in a mountain cabin just for writing a review and getting paid for it. Rem, Daniels, Trick, Mason and Lindsey clear their schedules for a week of relaxation. All is not what it seems as they have to fight for their lives.

Mason and his sister Mikey get an amazing chance for a vacation. Their friends join them. Unfortunately there’s danger that they have no idea what to do about. Will they solve it and stay safe. Definitely worth the time to read.

I have never loved a series more!! I loved the Daniel's and Rem books just as much!! The characters are so real and relatable is what sell them for me. I can't wait for more please 😭.

New favorite of the series!
A stand out among a series of great books! Lost in the haunted woods is my favorite type of horror and adding REM and Daniel’s as main characters made it even better. I love the interaction between REM and Mikey and this was an excellent read!
