I enjoyed reading "WTF Am I Doing?!" by Marian Jones and found it to be a highly useful and practical book to keep your mind trained to stay in the present. The book is entertaining and helpful and in my opinion, this author is highly creative while at the same time giving the benefit of keeping you focused on the present.
The author points out the many benefits of mindfulness such as making it easier to clearly understand who you are and where you are and consequently making it easier for yourself to make decisions.
The book helps you practice mindfulness and I thought this is something I overlook many times and found this book to be very well done and refreshing to read.
It was my pleasure to receive a free copy of this book but that does not in any way affect my opinions in this review.
