When my ex dumped me right before Christmas, I was left with a luxury: an all-expense paid trip for two to Cabo—private jet and all. When Sarah McGraw's ex dumped her right before Christmas, she's left with the all-expense paid trip for two to Cabo and no one to go with. After her best friend talks her into giving away the other half of the trip as a contest prize on her show, Sarah meets the winner at the airport only to find out Kelly Fugger is a man and not the woman Sarah was expecting. This story was a ton of fun and I really enjoyed the premise of the winner being a guy instead. This one had a lot of dirty puns and such due to Kelly's profession and I enjoyed those. Kelly's dry sense of humor didn't fully work for me but overall this was a cute read.
Lights out Love — 4 Stars
Cole moved to the neighborhood he did because it was quiet and wasn't busy. What he didn't know what that he moved across the street from a woman with one of the largest Christmas displays around. When the power goes out, Josie offers Cole to share her generator but that's not all they'll share. The grumpy/sunshine trope is one I really enjoy so I was looking forward to this story as it has elements of that. I ended up liking this story a lot and loved the connection that developed between Josie and Cole. I liked how she got him to open up and stop hiding from the world. Overall this was a really fun story and I would definitely recommend it.

Holly Gallagher has every intention of getting her son the one toy he wants for Christmas but when a stranger grabs the last one from the shelf right in front of her, her hopes are dashed. After the manager comes up with a contest for the two to see who gets the toy, Holly is determined to beat Bryce Holloway but as she spends time with him, the toy now isn't the only thing she wants. This was cute although definitely my least favorite story in the collection. I enjoyed the banter and such between Holly and Bryce but I had a hard time believing there was anything more than that between them. If the story had been longer I likely would have enjoyed it more than I did.

#1 Get Sleighed (55 pages) ****
Trent, Sarah McGraw's, deceitful boyfriend, cheats on her then dumps her two weeks before their San Lucas, Mexico vacation. So she posts it on a radio contest and Kelly wins. Except Kelly is a super handsome guy, not the girl, Sarah was expecting.
Nevertheless, I didn't like how rude Sarah was to Kelly, since none of this was his fault.
And of course now the story gets really interesting when Sleazy Trent shows up in Mexico, begging for a second chance. Will Sarah be stupid enough to give him one?
#2 Lights Out (58 pages)****
During the holidays, Josie loves to decorate her home so that the man in the moon can see the lights! Cole does not. So when the power goes out in the entire neighborhood, he blames Josie, and the epic battle is on.
However, when Cole discovers the REAL reason Josie decorates each and every Christmas, he regrets every mean thing he has ever said to her. But will Josie forgive and forget?
#3 Hot Item (57 pages) *****
This epic battle begins on Christmas Eve, in a store toy. Two strangers are fighting over a one of a kind robot that each promised to a special little boy. There is only one robot left. How this man and woman are connected is mind blowing! I absolutely loved this story!!!!!

Pros:
These 3 Christmas stories are so cute and charming. They will make you feel warm & cozy on the inside, like standing by a fireplace in winter or a cup of hot chocolate 🍫.
The three stories are veasy reads, low stakes and entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed the plotlines that were well thought of and with satisfying endings (HEA)
Cons:
Due to the short nature of the stories, there's not much in-depth character development. However, I still really enjoyed the plots in Sleighed.

This was great. Three stories to warm my heart. Somehow expected but done so well, just like magic. I loved all the coincidences and all lovely talking the characters does. And kisses were to die for. After some delusions this short stories were really my kind and would reccomend for an easy chrisrmas read.

Sleighed brings together three fun and festive stories, from a chaotic Cabo trip with a surprise Kelly, to neighbors turned enemies who spark more than holiday lights, to two strangers battling over the last must have toy on Christmas Eve. Each setup jumps right into the holiday chaos and chemistry, making every story feel playful and quick to fall into. I love Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward’s Christmas audiobooks because they always mix that cozy festive feeling with a flirty, sexy edge, and this collection totally delivered. All three stories were short but sweet, filled with witty banter, likable characters and plenty of Christmas charm. They each had their own vibe but still felt perfectly tied together with that fun holiday spirit I look forward to every year.

This was a novella and in my opinion would have been better as a full length novel. However, Kelly the MMC was hilarious. His occupation, his name everything was witty. I just wish I could have had more time with these characters.
