I liked this book a lot more than the first one. Two dragons find out they have the same mate and we all know that dragons like to hoard things and they definitely don’t share their possessions so how is this going to work? To make things worse Earnan and Nevin are enemies. Earnan's mother killed Nevin's dad and also poisoned him. So who will Ben choose as a mate the Ice prince or the fire prince?
To be honest with you I was kind pissed Nevin had to share a mate with Earnan coz I hated him in the first book but I grew to love him. The spice was kinda boring and I felt a bit uncomfortable reading the DAP scene but tail was so freaking hot.
I liked this book a lot more than the first one. This was even better than the first one and I honestly didn’t even want to read it because throuples are so not my jam but I REALLY wanted to read Nevin’s story and I confess I was pissed because he had to share his mate with Earnan who,on top of that had been a douche in the previous book. And that’s where the originality of the book lies because we all know that dragons like to hoard things and they definitely don’t share their possessions so those two alpha dragons (who were also enemies ) managed to turn this whole fated mate affair into a territorial dispute 🤣. That was so fun to witness because by loving their sweet mate Ben and by trying to make him happy they realized that they were fated to be together too. Just like in the previous book there weren’t too many sex scenes (I’d even say there weren’t enough ) but those that were they were 🔥
Again the world building was a mishmash of things that to me personally didn’t make sense but who cares? I had fun!

M/M/M stories can be hit or miss, but I think this was done well. Good conflict, tricky politics, lots of sexiness, and some new characters I’m excited about for the next book.

Ben is a mortal, human, imagine the surprise when he understands he got not one but two fated mates, and both are dragons.
Dragons don’t share, and certainly not Eaman and Nevin. They can’t stand each other.
Ben wants them to connect as a threesome, whatever his mates feel for the third they think it’s because it’s Ben.
Both Kingdoms are having problems, and are pulling at Ben, Ben is in a split, he’s suffering, he can’t and will not choose between Nevin or Eaman, period!

I loved book one, and book two was also great!
Having a human have 2 dragon mates sounded so fun, and things got steamy and really interesting. I liked the opposites attract with the fire and ice dragons, and their desire to be great kings to their people and great partners to their mates.

Okay!!! This was so much fun idc. Two possessive dragons having the same mortal mate?? It's more likely than you think ;)
I loved getting to know Nevin, especially because he was so subdued in the first book. I thought the dynamic between Nevin, Earnan, and Ben was interesting because there were already two pairs of established relationships - Nevin/Ben and Earnan/Ben - and poor Ben was just like "can we get it together please". Asdfghjkl. Anyway, I think the fated mates aspect definitely helped to make the MMM dynamic a lot more believable though I do think Earnan and Nevin's chemistry was off the charts regardless. They both were such simps for Ben and honestly it's the kind of treatment Ben deserved!!

This book hooked me right from the beginning.
Initially, I wondered how a fated mates trope could possibly force a mate to choose between two people, and man, oh man did the author take me on a journey.
The push and pull, the yearning, the plot twists, and the drama were incredible, and when they finally reach a resolution, my heart sang for them all.
Such a great read, and I’ll be looking for more from this author.

My heart hurt for Ben, he was pulled in two by his dragons. But unwilling to hurt him, but were fighting what their natures were telling them. It was only when Earnan was in trouble was Nevin able to FINALLY heal properly to protect his other mate.
I hope the next book is Lachlans story.... wouldnt it be funny if Jason was his mate..

Love this amazing magical world Silvana Falcon has created in this series! Earnan, Nevin, and Ben make an interesting match, and finding their way together - in any configuration - proves more challenging than even they anticipated. Expectations, grudges, political unrest, familial conflicts, & of course, kidnappings, play a part in this romantic adventure as Ben tries to keep his two Princes from fighting & focus on loving & ruling their countries. Twists and turns abound, but the HEA is worth it, and the continuing storyline - which of the 'last mortals' is next to find dragony love? Or, which of the dragons will find their mate among the mortals they recently learned existed among them? Entertaining, romantic, swoony & sweet, these stories will leave you smiling and feeling good.

Earnan and Nevin are stubborn and determined dragons. Sounds funny to say about a fantasy book, but I thought their actions, reactions, and personalities fit the world and who they were supposed to be. Poor Ben. He just wants to love them both. There was some angst and tons of miscommunication, but it was just much fun to watch the transformation! Danger and protectiveness bringing everyone together, so we do get a very hot first scene in that department! I would love to read more with these three.

I found this book to be pretty disappointing after the creative take we got with book one. Ben’s character was criminally once dimensional and I can’t help but feel like he existed simply to join the two countries and give the two princes an opportunity to interact.
Like the first book, the relationship took too long to develop. However, in book one, it comes across as a push and pull between the characters that kept me engaged and interested in the story. With this book, I found myself rapidly loosing interest until I was eventually skimming the last few chapters. How can the series be about the last MORTALS and yet 80% of this story was primarily about the two dragons. Who btw are technically related and first cousins?????

This book was pretty good, but could have used a lot more heat and a little brevity. There was too much back-and-forth between the mates, it became frustrating. There didn’t seem to be that much passion or chemistry between Ben and his mates, even though there was a lot of talk about it. Still recommended, but could have been better.

This book is the second book in this increasingly magical and action packed series. In this book we not only got an epic love story between two dragons and their human, but we also learned some about water dragons! Which honestly fascinates me, I really hope Lachlan's story is next, I want to know more about water dragon's and his character.
Ben is a mortal who is new to this mate concept, not only does he have one mate.. he ends up with two! Two dragons who can't help but argue and deny what they want, or more like, who they want. This is a slow burn love story with the fated mates aspect folded into the mix. The way the author wrote this was really fascinating to me, the way the characters are partially shifted is something I've only read about in these two books.
The romance for these three men built slowly, but once they were confronted with danger; and realizing life is too short, they decided to go for what they wanted. Instead of worrying about what the media would think.
The plot twist in this book! I was not prepared for it! The traitor... I didn't even suspect this person, which is a very big win on Silvana's part. So, so good!
There is spicy scenes in this story but they aren't too much. I liked that they eventually admitted how they felt and the scene towards the end of the book? When they are all together in bed?.. 🔥
I highly recommend this book, grab you're today! And while this could be read as a standalone I strongly suggest reading the first book before this one.

Heart sick
From the first book the mates of this book are already known. Ben found Earnan first through the trials, then was brought to see Nevan to prevent him dying. So Ben knows he has two dragon mates and has seen that being with dragons isn't a death sentence, but it doesn't make things any easier.
Nevin is dealing with coming back to strength from near death, though not quickly enough for the political circumstances. There is plenty of strife with the Ice Kingdom over the actions of his twin despite it being necessary. Nevin needs to show strength and direction, but is still recovering and isn't fully mated to help with that recovery.
Earnan has his own ruling problems. Though it is well hidden, he is not biologically related to the former queen and feels no loss at her death. His people do not feel the same though, and the longer he stays in the Fire Kingdom the more scandal there is. Add in a human mate and it doesn't look like he will be ruling for long.
Ben finds himself torn as he is already in love with both these men but can't choose between them. His body and heart say that he needs both, so every time they pull him away it just divides him further. Ben can't even find support in his human family as none of them can understand.
There does seem to be a clear and obvious path to take for this but this book does not take that path. There is political intrigue as well as outright assassination attempts, there is some romantic power plays, and there are major choices that never become easier. It was an exciting and twisty ride that once again changes the landscape of this world. An enjoyable read and a promise of more to come!

I enjoyed this book and thought that it was a good addition to the Last Mortals Series. It takes awhile for Ben, Earnan and Nevin to get their happily ever after, but the journey is half the fun. Ben, one of the last mortals has been given not one but two dragons as fated mates and to make matters even worse they’re about to be crowned rulers of different countries, that are enemies as Earnan’s mother poisoned Nevin, his twin brother Curren and their late father. Curren killed her as it was his right. Ben doesn’t want to choose but both Earnan and Nevin keep telling him that dragons don’t share so he has too. Ben knows that he wont be happy without them both.
He also senses that they both need each other as well even though they won’t easily admit it, the stubborn, possessive a*seholes. I thought the chemistry between them all was completely off the charts, as well as hot as hell. I loved the moment that Nevin and Earnan stopped holding back from what they felt for each other, even if they never stop fighting as it makes everything that much hotter. I enjoyed meeting Earnan’s best friend/honorary brother Lachlan and man I thought Earnan’s mother was bad but what Lachlan’s father did to him was absolutely horrible. I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series, Deadly Desire. It’s Lachlan and Blake’s turn next. I’d recommend this book, series and author to others.

I adored the concept of this book so much and the characters are amazing, the alternating povs between all three really works to show the developing feels. Nevin, Ben & Earnan are stunning together and I loved seeing them figure it out.
Ben is so sweet and his love for both of them, that connection he feels throughout even when separated. His frustration and patience, holding onto his feelings and the bond between the three of them. All while Nevin and Earnan were in denial, he is just so wonderful and he made me smile.
Earnan grew on me so quickly, considering his role in the first book I enjoyed him so much and learning his past made sense. His sense of duty and wanting to support his country, make a change as the next king.
Nevin was interesting to learn more about as well, his a lot of fun and rather forward in his action as see him start to recover. Also seeing his relationship with his brother and his steps to becoming king.
The chemistry between all of them is so heated, obviously they adore Ben and he deserves so much love. Yet he also brings Nevin and Earnan together too, making them all fit together in the best way. Nevin and Earnan have a lot of mixed feels, hate to love and the list to start though they fight their feelings to start.
As it's unusual for dragons to have the same mate, their instincts to possess and challenge each other. Yet it made for a lot of entertaining scenes and the steamy scenes are incredible. How all works out in the end is perfect and so very fitting for everyone.
Overall an entertaining read with an intriguing plot along with all the feels leading to a happy ending for Ben, Nevin & Earnan 🔥

Two Dragons One Mate by author Silvana Falcon is the Last Mortals book two. This series has to be read in order. While you probably could follow the romance without reading the first book I think the finer details would be lost on you if you started this series here.
Do we meet characters from book one. I love that. I love seeing how characters are doing in future books.
Ben is a human he knows he needs two mates to be happy. His problem is his mates are mortal enemies. And that is tearing Ben’s heart in two.
Nevin is the fire dragon prince. He is a good soul but can be deadly too.
Earnan is the ice Dragon soon to be ruler. There is a lot of bad blood with Nevin having killed his mother and all. But he loves Ben. He thinks letting him go might be the answer….but is it?
I love how this story pushes the world building in this universe forward. I feel like I have a clearer picture of how things work now. I also loved these three together. Ben to me is the glue that keeps these men together and it is beautiful to see unfold.
I cannot wait for more books in this series I am loving it so far.

This is a high angst romance to enjoy.
Who will Ben choose hmm I think the fates have already decided for him.
Nevin and Earnan are both princes in line for the crown. The only problem is the issues of sharing and the poisoning the king.
Two dragon lands which causes problems especially with Nevin still getting over his illness.
I loved the emotions going between both the dragon’s as Ben is conflicted why they don’t share.
Earnan’s new laws of his ice kingdom needed changing but he’s difficulties when he needs to be king but married.
A great love triangle for them to negotiate if they’d stop being so stubborn as Ben has said on occasions.
Hot sexy scenes included with double peniteration for them all. This has its dramas which I loved in the story, but I couldn’t help feel for Lachlan at the ending. Twists included with treason and more dramas.
A fantastic ending for the three of them for there HEA, it wasnt all smooth running but they got there.

Full disclosure, I bought this book because of its upfront theme of double penetration. Before I met my husband of 20 years, another guy and I did this to a third, very willing and very talented young man. Mechanics and rhythmic issues aside, it’s something I’ll always remember but I’ve never read a book that featured it, and I wanted to see how the author handled it.
Two Dragons, One Mate is mostly a smooth, easy read, albeit it has passages that don’t flow as well as the writing in the third book of the series. My hunch is that the author was trying to wrangle story elements in book 2, essentially an enemies to lovers romance, that she didn’t face in book 3, which is a straightforward mystery (we know whodunnit but not the wherefore and why). Book 2 passed a bigger challenge - how to get the complicated emotional alignment necessary for her threesome to hit their mark.
There are a small handful of typos, but overall a light and engaging read as long as you don’t think too deeply about some of the plot elements. And the author delivers on the hot and steamy elements too.
Two Dragons, One Mate is mostly a smooth, easy read, albeit it has passages that don’t flow as well as the writing in the third book of the series. My hunch is that the author was trying to wrangle story elements in book 2, essentially an enemies to lovers romance, that she didn’t face in book 3, which is a straightforward mystery (we know whodunnit but not the wherefore and why). Book 2 passed a bigger challenge - how to get the complicated emotional alignment necessary for her threesome to hit their mark.
There are a small handful of typos, but overall a light and engaging read as long as you don’t think too deeply about some of the plot elements. And the author delivers on the hot and steamy elements too.

Ben is amazed that he has not one dragon mate but two - Ice Prince Earnan and Fire Prince Nevin. Too bad dragons do not share. Ben does not want to choose between the two. He knows he wants and needs both and is sure that all three of them belong together. Now he just has to get past their stubbornness, court intrigue and betrayals.
This is turning into an amazing series. There is so much going on in this story. Two princes who are to become kings wanting the same mate is unheard of, but now it is true. Can they get over their possessiveness and build a future the three together? Both dragons want Ben to be happy but can they do what is necessary? Finally, there is political intrigue coming to bear on both princes. Who knows if they can survive that? So many questions are answered and we are treated to a very satisfying ending. All three heroes were incredible. The plot was well done and kept us turning the pages. I look forward to the next one coming.

I love MMM romances. But I love them when everyone is on the same page, or they all get together fairly quickly. I wasn’t too thrilled that the first two-thirds of the book were a pissing match between two them over the third. The stubbornness of the dragons grated on my nerves. It felt uncomfortable when Ben would hook up with one and the other would know what was going on but not be participating or present. I didn’t like it or how it made them all feel. Like Ben would completely forget the other one, the one with him would be smug and the one left out would be hurt. We had to wait until 60% before Nevin and Earnon connect because they refuse to believe Ben that they all three belong together. And then there was only one bedroom scene once they were all three officially together. I liked being back in this universe and reading more about the characters and countries though. I’ll still read Lachlan’s book, poor guy.

Nevin, Earnan and Ben was intense with a lot of misunderstandings, miscommunication, and longings that were hard to accept.
Their relationship at first is explosive and painful as they try to win Ben for themselves and not taking into account Ben desires as he is constantly told to choose between them.
I liked the fact that Ben happiness becomes paramount and they start to tolerate each other until they recognise they have feelings for each other.
Treason and betrayal id the thing that triggers the protectiveness that is fuelled by imminent danger of ones life that makes everything crystal clear that the three of them are mates and also connected.
I loved their courtship and the ceremonies that brought them happiness for them and their people.
It was an interesting read and I'm looking forward to see what happens next.

Okay again, I really am not a big fantasy reader but this was fun to read
First things first, Nevin and Earnan are total and complete idiots and I loved every second of them trying to deny how they felt about each other. Ben knowing they were both lying to each other and themselves made it so much better.
But once they finally got it together, my god that scene 🥴 The three of them finally getting exactly what they needed, everything Ben wanted from the beginning. Yeah
Again my only complaint is that there was not enough of the three of them together once Nevin and Earnan got their shit together.
(the lockets were also cringe)
I can not wait to read book three I really hope it’s about Lachlan because he deserves his mate after everything that happened to him😭

Ben, Nevin, and Earnan's romance was entertaining, steamy, and surprisingly suspenseful towards the end. I was intrigued by the strings of fate pulling them together, and though I never connected with the characters very deeply, I still rooted for them and was excited about their potential. I thought the balance of plot and steaminess was nicely done, and I found myself wishing this story had delved deeper into the world of dragons so I could learn even more about the different kingdoms and species. I loved the relationship dynamic between Nevin, Ben, and Earnan, and some of their bedroom activities were seriously hot. Add in the urgent suspense plotline at the end and I was glued to the pages all the way through the big reveals and the swoony happily ever after!

In this book, the fated mate trope runs smack into the fantasy truism that “dragons are possessive, hoardy creatures who can’t share for ****” and, unless human Ben can somehow get his two dragon mates to see sense, there’s only heartbreak ahead. I kinda love this as a premise, and I liked Ben as a character. Nevin and Eaman, his dragons, are stubborn in ways that are sometimes charming and other times… not. I liked the lighter, more fun moments in this story and got tired of some of the more whiny ones– I was kind of over the dragons’ refusal to get their acts together long before they were, and by the time things started to come together for the three of them I was more relieved/exasperated than delighted. Still a little bit delighted, though, and all in all, I found this read to have plenty of charm.

Ben is one of the last mortals on Earth with no magic. He has been in hiding his whole life but when his friend goes missing, he goes to the city to help find him. An ancient dragon from the council collects Ben to be used in a challenge for the fire king's throne. Ben is the fated mate of Earnan, the ice prince. However Curren, the fire prince quickly figures out that Ben is also the fated mate of his twin brother Nevin. Just touching Nevin brings out his healing magic and cures him from the Scarlett Flames that was killing him. Now Ben has two mates who he wants to be with all his heart. However his mates keep telling him that Dragons don't share. They want him to pick just one of them but Ben can't choose either way he will lose part of himself. Can his mates put aside their beliefs and do whatever they can to make Ben happy?

I have been dying to read this ever since I finished the first one. Nevin and Earnan are going to have to figure out a way to set their differences aside and admit that just maybe they don’t actually hate each other because otherwise, they are torturing poor Ben. Dragons aren’t supposed to have more than one mate but it is obvious that these two polar opposites are not going to be able to ignore the mating pull. I absolutely loved this story!!!! Nevin and Earnon both are finally able to take their rightful places as rulers. I really enjoyed these three realizing that they needed to stop fighting each other and start fighting for their right to be together. Dragons are stubborn though so it takes some work. But Ben isn’t willing to give up either one of them.

Ben has two mates who are mates with one another and too stubborn to realize that that is the case. Earnan and Nevin are rivals and they do not see their link to one another. Ben not only wants both, he needs them and really they need each other. This story focuses on their slow realization that that is the case. Their love story is not the only thing moving this story along as there is political intrigue afoot in both nations. This story moves at a good pace that drew me waiting to see the two dragons get it together while getting to know the world in which the story was set. I will go back and read the first book now and look forward to the next.
