If you love writing or reading poems, then 'Object of My Desire: Anthology' is a book you must add to your collection.

When one of the poetess informed me about her works being recently published, I was extremely happy. Currently, that particular book is yet to be available on Amazon India. However, she informed me about her earlier book and I just could not wait to read it!

So I scrolled over to my Kindle App, downloaded it and read it within a few hours. I don't read poetry often, but when I do, I find that I can resonate with the poet or poetess. In this book, all the writers are poetesses from around the globe.

There were some poems which hit me right in my heart. Maybe I have felt like the character or know people who have, so I could relate to it easily.

There were also some poems which I had to read a few times to understand. This is probably because of the depth of the vocabulary that has been used. I am seeing some of the words for the first time. Just like when we read a book and learn new words, we tend to learn interesting and helpful words in poetry too.

I recommend this book to anyone who loves reading - even if you are not used to reading poetry. Who knows, maybe after this book, you might be!

Each of the poetess has a special way of writing and that is why the words flow like water.

I am extremely proud to come across so many amazing women from all over the world exhibiting their talent by writing lovely poems.

Looking forward to reading more of their works in the future!

What a marvelous collection of brilliant words by some of my favorite Instagram writers. The beautiful Kim Brake and Jaime Boey highlight an anthology full of wisdom. Not to forget the brilliant Zahra Abraham, who's words of emotion and prompts about love beckon the soul and transform the thoughts of avid readers. The poetry found in this text is one of the best you'll read and I highly recommend this book to any soul. Desire and love were one of my favorite topics in this collection. Thank you for sharing your words!
