At forty, Warner just wants some damn peace and quiet. But ever since the twenty-something blonde moved in next door, it’s been nothing but one disturbance after another— whether it’s her yappy dog, her party guests, or her voluptuous curves. The woman needs to stay out of his life. And out of his mind. And out of his fantasies. But no matter how unapproachable Warner is, she won’t let him be. And soon he’s going to find himself even more entangled and obsessed with her than he ever thought possible.
Hey lovely, She’s the good girl next door. He’s the dirty-mouthed grump who thinks he’s all sorts of wrong for her. If you love obsessed alphas, curvy heroines, and age gap romances, this steamy, all-the-feels romance is for you. Happily ever after guaranteed! xo, Kate
Low key, low angst, easy read with no surprises, age gap with a 27 year old curvy virgin because, reasons. Not really extra dirty, but since I’ve read one of the books in this series before, I knew not to go by the cover or title. The hero was a bit grumpy and stand offish, but not obsessed at all. This book was pretty basic but gave me something to distract from another high angst book I’m reading.
I didn’t really liked this one. 90% of the book, the H kept on pushing the h away. The h was always chasing after him. They finally got together at the end of the book which is about that time I couldn’t care less anymore.
This is book number 4 of the A Man Obsessed series and focuses on Warner and Melody. Warner enjoys the peaceful and quiet lifestyle he leads so when the new neighbor moves in and ruins his tranquility, he is less than happy. Melody and Warner have a less than stellar introduction but Warner has an instant attraction to Melody. He isn’t happy about the attraction he has towards her and treats her with cold indifference and keeps her at arm's length as much as he can. Things slowly change when they decide to try being friends but Warner feels like he is no good for Melody and that he would do nothing but hold her back. Thankfully once they finally give into the feelings, they are both all in with each other and discover that they have finally found the person meant for them. This was a great story and a great addition to the series.

Sometimes you just need to get out of your own way.
I really liked this instalove story with a twist. It was entertaining and enjoyable. The characters were interesting and likable although I wanted to smack Warner upside the head more than once. Warner had a job as an EMT and when he wasn’t working all he wanted was peace and quiet. Melody was Warner’s new neighbor and did things that were blocking Warner from enjoying his peace and quiet. Melody was determined to help Warner and to be his friend. He was determined to prevent that from happening. Warner was protective and possessive of Melody even though he was positive that he couldn’t have her. There was a tiny bit of drama but it resolved well. I loved their happily ever after and I recommend reading this book.

In this book we meet Melody & Warner. From the moment she moved in Warner was sure he had his new neighbor pegged. The problem was he had no clue how much she would change his life. Melody has never met a man as attractive as Warner or as infuriating. She is willing to chip away at his hard exterior but will she find a soft middle or will it all be growls and bites? Can they find a HEA or will this just be unhappy neighbors?
Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Extra Dirty by Kate Hunt is a short grumpy/sunshine, slow burn to lust, older man/younger woman story sprinkled with some dirty talk, drama & a little spice. Warner and Melody are next door neighbors. Their initial meet does not go well and we see how grumpy Warner is to Melody. Every thing about Melody annoys Warner in the beginning. Melody goes not give up on becoming friends with him. What happens next between Warner & Melody? 😏 You will have to read to find out! 😊🌴🌺 I received an ARC from Booksprout for my honest review.
The latest title in Kate Hunt's A Man Obsessed series is a slow burn, neighbours-to-lovers steamy age-gap romance. When Melody moves in next door to Warner, the forty-year old grumpy paramedic does his best to push the beautiful twenty-something away - for her own good. But when she asks him for a huge favour, will he be able to continue to hold the woman's he's obsessed with at arm's length? An entertaining, steamy age-gap, perfect to heat up your holidays!

Warner is not crazy about the new renter next door. Her gorgeous curves and her yappy dog have started wrecking havoc on his quiet, secluded life. But when Melody works her magic and barrels through his walls, he has no option but to submit to her. And the fall is oh so glorious.
I will forever read anything and everything Kate Hunt writes. Whenever a book from this little series hits, I am all over it. Like immediate KU. And even with it being a short read, you get a whole lot of story and a amazing dose of steam. 5 Stars!
This had me kicking my legs and high pitch squealing like a lil kid!! By far my favourite story in this series. The grumpy x sunshine trope will forever be top tier. I practically screamed when he finally kissed her!!!! This was a perfect slow burn for a novella, the sexual tension poured off of the pages! At one point I practically turned into Sebastian from the little mermaid and started singing “Kiss The Girl” in my head 🤣

Warner (H) enjoys his peace and quiet, and isn’t too thrilled when a younger woman, Melody (h), moves in next door with her barking dog and good-natured attempts to draw him out. As much as Warner wants to push her away, he finds himself drawn to her until their relationship moves into the hot and steamy realm. Romantic grumpy sunshine, OMYW curvy girl quickie with a side of heat and some relationship drama.
The minute Melody met Warner sparks flew between them. Warner wanted peace and quiet and with Melody next door he wasn't getting it. Melody doesn't let his rough attitude keep her away. Could this turn into something between them?
This is a great story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Warner is a grumpy recluse that wants his peace and quiet. Melody just moved in next door and she and her dog are everything that he won't ever need. Well or at least that's what he thinks 😉 After trying to stay away and being downright rude , Melody can finally convince him to give their friendship a shot. Sweet, frustrating ,with a bit steam, romantic , grumpy/sunshine , age gap story with a sweet HEA 😍😍😍
3.5 Stars Honestly, I truly think that this was not one of Kate Hunts best works. I didn't really connection with Melody or Warner. These two played around with each other for 3/4 of book until these two finally sat down and talked. that said, Mel and Warner did get a really sweet HEA.

This was a great age gap romance. The story was rather slow burn and I really enjoyed that. Melody and Warner had so much built up tension and it grew into great chemistry. Their story was touching and I did get a little misty eyed at one point. I really enjoyed it.

It was okay for me. I struggled to like Warner. Him being rude and sometimes almost cruel to Melody didn't make this a super enjoyable read for me. I thought Melody was sweet and funny.

This was yet another great read. Warren might have been playing hard to get. Melody moved in next door to him and he began to be obsessed with her. Looking forward to reading more books from this author
Slow Burn ~ I really enjoyed reading this story. He was extra grumpy, which was almost funny, while she was so full of life and sweet. I loved it when he finally admitted his feelings, and the way she challenged him. Their epilogue was perfect for them.
Warner & Melody had an entertaining, fun read. At forty, Warner just wants some damn peace and quiet. But ever since the twenty-something blonde moved in next door, it’s been nothing but one disturbance after another— And am voluntarily leaving my review.
I wish this book was more if a full length. It was a good story but would be so good as a full length novel. I wanted more of the characters and of their antics and such. It was good, very slow burn for a novella just wish it was longer.
Absolutely loved the newest book in the Man Obsessed series. Kate has given us such a great story with Warner and Melody's wonderful book. I'm such a huge fan of every book.in this awesome series.
