I'm still trying to understand so many 5 stars reviews in this series... Are they all ARCs reviewers?
It's reaaaally surreal how things happens in this third book...
This hole story should have been told as a duet, not a four books series.
I'd really enjoyed it at the beginning (first book), but this one was dragging out forever!

It's just insane that after drowning to death, be revive by an EMT with a broken rib, a gunshot that lead her to surgery since the bullet was bone deep in her leg... after all that crap happened, 24 hours later she was at the hospital cafeteria eating a burger, a week later she was happily with her friends at home, after another's 10 days she was sneaking trough her window to a basketball game, where two massive players fall on to her leg, making her scream and cry and bleed, then nothing... just jump a week forward without any mention of that, and they're going to a party, just for show, since they enter, stay there for 2 pages, and leave to have sex IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.
But hey... You know that villain? That one who is always mentioned, but only appears one time each book? Yeah... That one!
He's like some kinda of Superman, because he's always capable of intimidate and attack whenever and wherever he wants.
And he's gets Blake now, interrupting all the street strip (pum indeed).

Ok I know that I already say that this series is a fanfic of other Highschool bully romance, BUT this book was just a waste of my time.

It's repetitive of it's own pace.

All the three books have an agenda and the order of the events are always the same. Basketball games, parties, sex scenes, crying moments and highschool bullshit to show how strong Skylah is...
At the end of each book, we can see in all three books : a basketball game followed by a party, and then the appearance of the villain to leave his mark and a cliffhanger.

Just boring boring boring.

I can't even recognize the h as the same from book one.
I've never dropped a series before, so I will not do it right now, but I'm already kicking myself for continue with this mess up shit.

💕❤️💘💖💯🔟⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟these books just keep getting better! I'm so addicted.

From page 1, I was drawn in and just kept getting better and better. Next to cruel intentions (which is one of my favorites and havoc series, this is close and I'm not even finished with this book yet. Just had to stop for a second and give a 100 star review. It has everythung. I was literally lol at times and also on verge of tears bc of what the MC has been through. She is soo tough and I love to see her beat down a guy. Classic! Making him tap out. It honestly has everything. And it really doesn't have much bullying. It does not go to extremes at all like some books where most of the time 50-60% of the book is completely dedicated to that. It is so much more. Revenge is such a sweet thing and it keeps happening as I keep grinning. I'm in love with the once bully to boyfriend. Great character development and I could definitely go on but too much to say about this series!! 💯+++ recommended! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!! TRUST ME!! HAVE I EVER LEAD YOU WRONG???

Sky is a strong, defiant character who refuses to be tamed, making her story both captivating and empowering.

The blend of action, danger, rebellion, romance, and suspense hooked me from the start. Listening to how Sky navigates the challenges of love and survival was intense! With high stakes, her journey to freedom showcases her fierce independence and resilience.

Great book 👏

I say it every time. These books just get better and better. Just when you think things are looking up. BAM. They smack you in the face. I loved that this book has some old friends in it. I can’t wait to see where this story goes because it just keeps getting more and more twisted by the second. ❤️

Holy hell woman!!! This books was so emotional I had to put it down at least 3 times. I love the way Sheridan writes. Her words make you feel like your in Sky's position. I love the protectiveness Slade has for her as well.

[3,5*]

description

Damn! Why do I always start a book series that hasn’t been completed yet....On a CLIFFHANGER no less.

This story continued where ‘Lost Girl’ ended...Yup, on a cliffhanger.
We are back into the lives of (primarily) Skylar, Slade, Damien, Nessa and Blake (Skylars younger brother)
Typical high school problems, slutty girls, manwhore guys (Damien). The only difference is Sky is been pursued by the evil heartless Lucien.
This book deals with how Sky, try’s to confront her past tragedies head on. Visiting the abhorrent Anton Mathers in prison to ask directly about her parent deaths, only to find more baffling information.
Also, she confronts her parents killer (When he was eight) Samuel Mathers (River from Haven Falls. Okay, this part l wasn’t prepared for as I hadn’t read Unstoppable, Book 7 yet)

Things seem to be going from bad to slightly better for our heroine, when it looks like Lucien is finally going to pay for his evil crimes. But, he’s a slippery POS ...annndd thats where the cliffhanger bit came in...
Damn! I should have waited to read this once all four books were finished,
Personally I love, love these kinds of books where we get the boy falling for the girl with the added bit of a suspense element.
Oh! By the way: This story is also focused on the budding attraction between Vanessa (Nessa) and Damien, with Slade and Sky pushing them together forcing them to acknowledge their true feelings (Not sure how I felt about this. Damien was my new book BF....Oh! What the f#%k I hated it)
So now we wait to see if ‘Badass Bitch’ (her words, because sometimes she is little needy) Sky,can get herself out of more shit. Five Stars

This is what I was expecting the entire series to become. So far, for me, this was the best installment with a lot of drama, teen confrontations & more mystery added to the many complications endured by this group of people. The pace was smooth & steady, a visitor from the past was weird but kept things interesting & the true mastermind of all this chaos was revealed. Other than some silly dialogue & an uncomfortable scene with some cheerleaders, I found myself enthralled & anticipating the next chapter. There is a heartbreaking & devastating cliffhanger & I can't wait to see how this tale is resolved.

I just can’t!

I legitimately think I died. No really I do!

My heart broke, I laughed out loud, I screamed and wanted to throw my phone across the wall, I face palmed, I cheered and everything in between I probably did all that too during this book!

I can’t imagine the planning and the development of this plot and characters! Even the restraint to get 3 books into the series and still be able to keep the reader guessing and at the edge of their seat!

Sheridan is truly a remarkable author! I haven’t been this captivated and consumed by a series in so long I’m living for it! Even with the torture of the cliffhangers she loves killing us with! The strides she has taken to weave her characters story and have them all as equally flawed as the other and show that nobody is perfect regardless where you come from in life or even what you have, that everyone is flawed. I love the realism she shows in her characters that she simply doesn’t so something just to have it. It makes her characters so much more relatable and you invest more in their journeys.

The execution of her twists in the story are so well executed you are always left with a mixture of confused feelings but also can’t help but come back for more!! It’s hard to anticipate where the story is going that’s how damn good Sheridan is. Her use of “slight of hand” tactics when it comes to working out the mystery are very well done. Throw in some misconceptions about some characters and it gives the experience of reading this new life.

I seriously cannot wait for book 4. I’m obsessed with this series and I’m even living for these cliffhangers even when I’m dying of them too!!

Can't wait for the finale!

In Wild Girl: Aston Creek high (Book 3) the saga continues with Skylah and Slade just coming out of one unbelievable situation and getting thrown into another. There was no shortage of drama and edge of your seat action in this installment! While the sexual chemistry and love story between the two continues to grow and strengthen, the danger and suspense is definitely turned up another notch. Sheridan Anne does an incredible job of pulling you into the story. We start to get some questions answered and some of the mysteries solved from the first two books. I'm not going to lie, there is a whole lot going on in one story and it is mind boggling! That said, it's extremely well written and in true Sheridan Anne form, you are completely drawn in, even when at times, you want to stomp your foot and say "What? Wait... no, not that!!" I may not agree with some of the things that happen, but I can honestly say, I wouldn't put it down and walk away, even when I was pretty darn mad a few times. I absolutely loved Slade's best bud Damien. I am really holding out hope that he gets his own story. Shay's new bestie Nessa and her brother Blake were also amazing! Honestly, they are all worthy of their own story! However, be warned, this cliff is even harder to take that the last! I am really looking forward to seeing how this story ends! Personally, I would have preferred it if Aston Creek high was written as a continuing series, with each couple getting their own book and HEA. However, as usual, this author never disappoints! This was a 5 star read for me!

Omg! This book is EVERYTHING!! Wild Girl picks up where Lost Girl ended and let me tell you, this book is a rollercoaster of emotions! In an awesome way of course! Slade and Skylah are two characters that I absolutely fell in love with. Skylah is still a kick ass and ask questions later in this book and in her words she is the Boss Bitch! In book two she took a more mellow approach but still was bad ass but she takes it to a new level in this one! Her and her brother Blake have been through so much in their lives and it seems that trouble follows them everywhere in the form of Lucien Valentine aka the Devil! That is one dude that needs to be taken out permanently! As Skylah and Slade get closer and their relationship gets more serious they know that eventually the other shoe will drop. Now, it’s all or nothing for Skylah and her brother Blake as they battle for their very lives. This book is a whole lot sexy, a whole lot of suspense and just completely and utterly amazing! We also get a little cameo from another beloved character from Haven Falls.. you’ll have to read it to find out who. Now, this reader has to wait for book four.. omg.. I hope I survive it. No spoilers here so I strongly recommend that YOU READ THIS BOOK NOW! I received an advanced complimentary copy of this book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏👏👏👏

Would Skylah live, was it the end..or merely just the beginning..?

Oh my god!! I didn't think this series could get any better, and then it just did!!

The ending of the previous book left us in deep water on the edge of life and death. There is no time lapse this is a direct continuation.

Don't get comfortable folks because this is truly one heart in your mouth, nail biting, hair pulling ride from start to finish.

I went through a range of emotions whilst reading this. Frustration, jubilation and anticipation to name but three.

I loved the shock factor, the "Well I wasn't expecting that" moments, and the up close and personal saucy sections, they were seriously hot!! *fans self dramatically*.

I can honestly say I don't think two characters have embedded themselves in my heart and mind as much as Slade and Skylah have.

They are more than amazing, they are perfection! they compliment each other perfectly and they give you the swoon factor left right and centre.

Dare I say they are completely adorable .. heck yes.. tough cookie adorable though. (There is a difference!)

All in all this is simply the best series I have come across in a long time, and it's not over yet, theres still more to come!!

Sheridan is back at it again with what she does best and that’s suck us into her world of words! I was sitting on the edge of my seat on this crazy roller coaster of emotions during Wild Girl book 3 in the Aston Creek Series.

We’re pushed back into the story at the cliff hanger ending of Lost Girl book 2 which was savage might I add!

But our girl Skylah can’t be kept down and she does what any boss bitch does and that’s dust herself off and keep going with the help from her family Shay, Blake, the ever loving bad boys Slade and Damien and best of best friends Nessa!

With Lucien and his cruel intentions breathing down her neck at every turn, Skylah can only do one thing and fight back whilst trying to survive this ugly world she was chucked into from a young age!

And when you think you can’t take any more of the heartbreak Skylah gets hit with, Sheridan chucks in another cliff hanger that has you screaming for more!

If you haven’t read Ugly Girl and Lost Girl I highly recommend reading them, this is a dark bully romance who hits you with all the feels! Looking forward to reading Real Girl in the final book of the series :)

I'm at a lost for words..... I absolutely love this series and I have to say I might love Slade and skylah more than Nate and tora which is something I never thought I would say as I love broken hill.
But omg these characters are just amazing, you never see the twist and turns coming. I was in tears at the end of book two but the end of book three had me bawling like my two year old. It makes me want book four like now.

Skylah has been in hospital for nearly dieing, seeing her softer side made me want to put her in a bubble and keep her away from the world. Slade wanted to do the same. Seeing a little cross over from broken hill. That scene had me in tears as well and hopefully we might see them in the future books. Then what happend to Blake had me a damn mess. Just this whole book had my emotions everywhere I seriously need book four now!!!
This is a must read, seriously do it now!! Go and get it!!

Everything seems to be getting better for Sky and Blake as she's recovering from her attempted murder until yet another tragedy strikes again...Lucien attacking Blake and leaving him in a ditch.
Finally a warrant for Lucien's arrest gives Sky a little breathing room, she decides to confront her parents murderer in prison. The plot thickens as we find out that it was Lucien's wife who orchestrated the whole family kill/capture/sold thing. Sky is finally putting some of the old demons to rest with the confrontation of her parents murderers, but hold up....Lucien evades police arrest and is on the loose. I particularly enjoyed that we delve a little deeper into the friends as a way to lighten up the tension Sky's story. I can't wait to read what happens next in Lucien's bag or torture/murder tricks he has for the whole gang in Aston Creek.

This is the third in the Aston creek series. This one started where the last one left off. Stuff just keeps piling up for sky and Blake. While I love this series, for me, this latest installment wasn’t the thrilling rollercoaster of events as book 2. Things have settled a bit, and I think some bad choices are made. Like who throws a party when there is a bad guy on the run gunning for you. It also left questions like how can Lucien be in the closet when that girl was in there before they kicked her out. Didn’t they check it or see him. And what happened to the two patrol cars out front in the end? So many questions. Sky was too much the martyr this go around, but I get where she’s coming from. There is a cliff hanger. I think book 2 cliffhanger was a million times worse than this one. I can’t wait until book 4. Lucien needs to get what’s due to him.

Sheridan decided to make this story all about Skylah. (using 1st person POV) Unlike the second book which she included Slade's POV (I guess I have to thank her for hearing our request to include Slade's POV if we want to get to know him more and his intentions to Skylah.), it focuses more on their relationship and a revelation on how their world can really be small.

But here, I think Sheridan's approach in this book (3rd in the series) is to let us know that this is still the story of Skylah and we need to get in her head to know how she'll surpass the obstacles thrown at her.

Of course, there's still a cliffhanger but not that really shocking since we were anticipating it. We know it's happening but we didn't know when or how will Lucien keeps the end of the bargain.

I genuinely love this series and this is by far the best book so far as for me it has made the most progress with more twists and turns but at the same time we get some more puzzle pieces answered.....with this said I am very frustrated with that ending!! I love Slade and Sky but really...this story needs to end, it is being dragged out too long now. I really need to see them get their HEA and Lucian and Maria to get what they deserve. I literally wanted to throw my kindle against the wall at that cliff hanger! With that all said I do highly recommend this book and story, i'm just praying that book 4 concludes their story.

So this is the third book out of the four book series, and let's just say things have really been heating up. Skylah has witnessed murder, was sold as a child, was sexually assaulted, bullied, fell in love, almost kidnapped, got shot, and drown. Wow! Through all this she remains a fighter, a survivor. With her Aunt, brother, best friends, Slade, and Slade's family at her side Skylah is bound and determined that the evil that is hunting her will not win. Lucien is not about to let Skylah go, and he's willing to burn the world down to get her. When Skylah and Slade think they can step back, enjoy some time with friends, the devil decides to strike. This book ends leaving you gasping for the final book. You'll be begging to know how it's all going to end.

Wow!!! Once again another great book that won't disappoint. I love that these books keep me on the edge of my seat and I have to just keep reading them I can't stop and the cliffhangers at the end of each book help with that. All the main characters have so much love for each other and are so loyal they'd have each others back always. As much as I love this story , I cant help but feel sorry for Skylah with all that she and Blake have gone through they just can't get a break but they never give up they just get straight back up. I can't wait to see Lucien and Maria get what they deserve in the next book of this series which is also the last book. Highly recommend reading this series its amazing!

Wild Girl had some incredibly funny moments that literally left me in tears (even my hubby and 16 yr old son got a good chuckle from one scene in particular). I love that she is able to break up the more serious moments with humor. Again we are left on the edge of our seats with the cliffhanger, but she is almost finished writing book 4, so the wait won't be long. Can't wait to see how Skylah and Slade's story concludes. Oh I highly recommend reading her Haven Falls series as there are several characters that are mentioned in the Aston Creek series that were originally introduced in that series.

Another great book! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a bad ass heroine. I love Slade and Skylah. They are absolutely perfect for each other. Poor Skylah can’t catch a break with Lucian and I just feel for her. She’s trying to be strong and just survive but that’s hard when others are getting hurt because of you. She’s in a really tough position and I’m glad she has Slade to help her out through some of that. The ending had me wanting to throw my kindle across the room. Can’t wait for the next book.

The stress and suspense in this story is beyond the normal. Skylar and Slade was run off the road and shot at. Left to die in the the water. Lucien does not know what he did, but he wants it finished with Blake. What will Skylar do to save her family and friends? How can her family and friends protect her? What is she going to do with all these bullies at school? Don't they know she's going through enough h**. Will Damian and Nessa ever figure out their love life or will it take them to help them? Why won't the cops do anything to help them? What will it take before they help?

What can you say about slade and skylah they are both so fierce in their own right and in this book you can't get enough of their fierceness!! Along with dealing with Lucien they have to deal with normal high school drama crazy friends and girls trying to take your man and not knowing who to trust with anything. You feel throughout the story that your always waiting for the other shoe to drop you want them to just have peace and be happy and in love but that wouldn't be their story. This story is one that makes them fight and grieve and then build themselves up all over again to keep the ones they love and care for safe and to keep them all together and safe.
