A woman's guide to the miraculous in everyday life presents a collection of sixty real-life stories that describe the extraordinary coincidences that can transform one's life. Original.
the cover says "extraordinary coincidences of heart and spirit" and this book is exactly that. the stories often brought me to tears, they were so beautiful, heartfelt, amazing, full of sheer spirit. i have read other similar books, they are all so full of joy. it's nice to read a couple stories at a time and let them sink in. very worthwhile reading.
Very chicken soup for the soul energy! It was a nice, quick and warm read but nothing spectacular. Huge religious undertones which aint yo girl. A good reminder of the little weird and wonderful coincidences in life.
Can't get enough of these lovely little anecdotes! They make my day! I have to limit myslef to one or two per day, otherwise I finish the books too fast!
It is just what it claims to be, a collection of short true stories of extraordinary coincidence. Each story has a sweetness of its own. I appreciate that the stories are cross-cultural and are of varying religious backgrounds showing that faith and miracles are not unique to one religion but are a universal human experience.
This book is a collection of stories told to the authors that are either extraordinary coincidences or, my view, show us the role God does play in our lives and how he looks out for us. I love the positive spirit of the stories and how it shows that miracles happen everyday, you just have to be looking for them.
I received a free copy of this book from Goodreads but my opinions are my own.
