There is something very wrong with this book.

If we are to win this battle, if we won’t end up becoming a slave to procrastination, we must lay a strong foundation of anti-postponed habits in our lives.(p. 11).

I guess?

OR

Think of this situation as a huge blocker you are trying to push and know that being a procrastinator doesn’t make you a complete failure or a lost course. (p. 17).

Block? Did you mean, block?

OR

Another interesting procrastination story was that of Saint Augustine, who had to stop his sexual desires but kept procrastinating. Although Augustine has Bob Dylan, who penned down his lyrics, he still had a way of falling into distractions. (p. 18)

Blinks.

When you go to the author page on Amazon this author has no photo and four self help titles all released on the same day. I am going to guess this is a ChatGPT written title. The way it has merged together Augustine's prayer; Lord make me strong willed, but not yet. And the Dylan song ’I dreamed I saw Saint Augustine’… but they did not exist at the same time, you know?

They didn’t even proof read it OR paste it into an AI proof reader. ‘lost course?’ - it certainly IS a lost cause.

It’s rubbish.
