I love Lena Little, but wtf was this?! It didn’t even feel like she wrote this 😭 The storyline had potential. The sex scenes were shit. I’m sorry, but this is a NO from me. 😬

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Kristie’s ideal night was one spent at home with a good book, but her best friend Liv is determined to get her out and about which is why she is dressed to kill at a bar when some guy seems to think that she is playing hard to get. Only she is rescued by Jacob the head of the club’s security, he makes her feel safe straight away, so when he asks her for her number, she never thought that he could want it for any other reason than for her account of the incident should the police need to be involved. She is shocked when he calls and asks her out on a date, could a man like Jacob really be interested in her?

Jacob is working at a local club as head of security when he spots Kristie, she is everything he never knew that he was looking for so when he sees her being hassled by an inebriated customer at the bar, he steps in. He knows that he needs to see her again and asks for her number so he can check on her. Jacob knows that she is the one for him and sets out to show her that they are meant to be. Will Jacob get the girl and win her heart?

Enjoyable read with all that you need in an age gap story. Jacob wanted to look after Kristie from the moment he sees her and sets out to win her heart. 4 sweet * read.

Kristie was not into the bar scene but promised her roommate she would go with her. Kristie was a curvy, sweet girl. Of course when she was at the bar a guy who had too much to drink was being a nuisance. Security came to her rescue. Jacob was big, muscular and looked like he could fight anyone and win. He was instantly attracted and intrigued with Kristie. He wanted to get to know her better. What would Kristie do? Kristie didn’t date. She never had anyone ask. Jacob wanted to spend time with her. Jacob was sexy hot. Kristie and Jacob were a good couple. He wanted her to feel safe with him. Kristie was a novice in the romance department but Jacob was so patient, caring and filled with love. It is a great romance.

When our heroine gets in trouble, our hero steps in to help and sparks an instant attraction between them. But our hero has some darkness to him that makes our heroine hesitate. That just means our hero is going to have to work harder to prove them belong together.

This is book four of the series, but it is written as a standalone. No prior reading is required.

This is an alpha male romance with a bit of an age gap. The story is well written and easy to read with a small but interesting cast of characters. Our hero and heroine have excellent chemistry, but have to overcome a bit of a trust issue. We get a bit of action and suspense as well as a bit of romance and steam all leading to a nice HEA. Overall, a fun read and I look forward to more in this series.

Kristie goes own to a bar with her best friend even though it’s not her usual scene. They’re having fun until a drunk jerk won’t take no for an answer and gets aggressive with Kristie.

Jacob has been eyeing Kristie all night, knowing deep down that she’s meant to be his. When he sees some drunk guy hassling her, he steps in to take care of the issue and stake a claim. Kristie can’t believe a guy as hot as Jacob could actually want her but he’s determined to show her how interested he is.

Cute, sexy and fun read. Short, sweet and entertaining. Great novella for an easy afternoon or late night read!

I love this series. Security Book 4 of Claimed brings us Jacob and Kristie. Jacob is head of security at a nightclub, Kristie is a victim of a man not want to take no for an answer. Jacob knew the second he saw Kristie she would be his whole world, he just had to make her his. Kristie felt the sam but she was worried about his employer and when he told her he would be quitting she was hoping they took it well. This was a great storyline and lovable characters. I really enjoyed this book and I would definitely recommend it, and the series.

I’d like to request my very own Jacob, please!

I liked this story a lot. It was entertaining and enjoyable although I kind of felt like it was missing something. I couldn’t put my finger on what was missing, it was just a feeling. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Marty was surprising. His request of Jacob made me smile. Jacob was working as a bouncer when he saw her, his “one”. He was drawn to her and knew that he needed to make her his. Kristie was out with her friend when trouble ran into her. Jacob came to her rescue and she was blown away by him. Kristie was attracted to him and wanted to get to know him better. There was a little bit of drama and angst but there was also steam and sweetness. I loved their happily ever after. I recommend reading this book.

Who knew a club incident would change Kristie's life forever.

Jacob & Kristie's story may be short in length but it has the intensity of a full length book. From his first glimpse of her Jacob knows that Kristie is the one that he wants to spend the rest of his life with & the mother of his kids. They may have only just met but can he convince her of his sincerity of will friends doubts cause her to run away?
You know you're going to get a great story from the author.

Jacob was not just a Bouncer at a club but the head of security at a club that is basically ran by the mafia. Jacob wasn't part of that life. He was just Head of Security. He had settled in his life thinking this was gonna be it until he saw Kristie across a crowded club. Kristie is a simple girl out with her friend Liv and came in the sights of Jacob...who not only became her rescuer but the love she needed and wanted...and the rest is history.

This book sort reiterates for the thought that don't let the other kill your joy. Always follow your gut and be honest from the beginning.

Jacob works as head of security at club owned by the mob boss his brother worked for. It is only temporary for now, he does not want to become part of the life. It is just a typical night, until he sees her, she brings out every possessive bone in his body. He cannot wait to claim her as his.

Kristie cannot believe how drawn she is to the man who protected her in the club, Jacob is all that. Can he really want her? This is a steamy read with an over the top alpha.

This is the 4th book in this series, and this is Jacob and Kristie’s story. Jacob is head of security at a club which his brother a mafia boss owns. Kristie is out with her best friend, and when she is being hassled by a man in a club who will not take no for an answer, Jacob steps in. Jacob knew from the moment he saw Kristie that she is the one for him. This is a well written, quick read, with drama, chemistry, emotions, fun, and is an entertaining and steamy page turner.

Jacob is good at his job as Security for the club, he doesnt need any distractions until he spots Kristie and knows she's his. Kristie never expected that by her friend dragging her tovthe club she would meet her Knight in shinning armour in Jacob, but as things start to grow between them she discovers his connections, will it change how she sees Jacob? Well written steamy fast paced, engaging romance.

This was a short and steamy book. Jacob and Kristie fall hard and fast for each other but only have a little bit drama but I felt as though said drama brought them closer together and gave them the push they both needed. Jacob and Kristie get a really sweet yet steamy HEA and I can't wait to see what Lena has in store for us in the rest of this series.

Jacob and Kristie start dating the it's everything that Kristie could ever want. Jacob and Kristie have the most amazing chemistry. Great story, I enjoyed it.

An age gap romance with heat, possessiveness, a little danger, and a sweet ending. One look at Kristie in the club where Jacob works security, and he sees his forever. She needs saving and he will be there to protect her any time she needs it. I loved the possessiveness of Jacob and the intensity of their chemistry. The ending was really sweet and left them in such a good place.

They start dating one another and things get hot and steamy very quickly, but Kristie’s friend points out that there might be more to Jacob’s story than what he’s been sharing. This is book 4 of the Claimed series from Lena Little and I loved them but this one is my favorite. I loved the story, the characters and chemistry between them. It was fantastic and I was not able to put it down till the end. You are going to love it as much as I did. A reread in my future.

Dangerously Sweet

Lena Little did a good story once again. It was heart warming and sexy. But typo errors slowed it down. I think maybe our dear editor is needing a vacation because she/he is missing some errors. But this was a good story. It made me wish I was young. (sigh).....

The story was good, low drama, but, wow, the errors. Usually I'm not too picky about editing errors, but some mistakes were so bad, I couldn't figure out the sentence. And a character had his name changed in the middle of the story. Morelli, Corelli. Its all the same apparently.
